Now that you mention this, I went through contacts like crazy last AI cycle I did...trione. My eyes kept getting "gunked" up and protein deposits were terrible.


DHT hasn't been mentioned much at all during this log. I've had no agression, no acne (maybe even clearer than usual), and no shedding. I have some thin spots upstairs and I shed pretty bad with trione or 6oxo... thank goodness I'm blessed with a body that is irresistable to women despite my hairline :laugh:

I remember you were asking a while back what the possible half life of Formex is. I would say approximately 8 hours. This is a logical estimation based on research I did on the MCPE ether on E2 and how it effected E2's half life, and then applying that information to the half life of regular formestane taken orally (2-3 hours).

1 Cap Formex 8am
1 at Noon
1 at 4pm
1 at 8pm

I've noticed a little bit of hardening effect today with increasing the dosage to 4 caps. Otherwise, libido, aggression, and so forth are all the same as they have been throughout the log.

After dosing at around 3 caps for a while, I mentioned that nipple sensations had actually increased (after initially decreasing at the beginning of the log). When I bumped the dosage up to 4 caps yesterday, the sensations decreased again. And the lump might be feeling a little smaller over the past 48 hours as well.

So overall, the lump went up and down with Formex. Also, the sensations sort of fluctuated as well. There's no way to measure by any means. But I'd say overall net effect would be no change. I have no idea if continued usage would have any further effect. Those who know me, know that I've read hundreds of "gyno resolution" posts... and I am still waaaay clueless :laugh:

Tomorrow will be my last day of Formex.

I suspect that the main factor was rebound that occured about 4-6 weeks after a Superdrol pct. I also suspect that I ran too many cycles in too short of a time period (3 in about 12-14 months) may have contributed to being susceptable.

So, I take full responsibility and it's totally my own fault with poor decision making. DOH!

There are pros and cons to both Formex and TD formestane delivery. I will be as objective as possible in my final review within the next 2-3 days.

1 Cap Formex at 8am, noon, 4pm, 8pm

Today was a real nice quad, core, calves workout. I've been squatting A2G for the longest time and decided to reincorporate some heavier parallel squats over the past month. Strength increased week by week. But I suspect that strength increased as expected and wasn't really enhanced in that department.

Endurance was good again today despite terrible sleep patterns over the past 2 nights. It's tough to say if Formex is causing the sleep disturbance. Stress is pretty high with a short run of working doubles plus an all out battle with night time sinus congestion. I'd bet that Formex is a minor contributing factor just as most AI's are for me.

Bedroom performance was good last night for 2 rounds within a few hours. I had no intentions of going a second round but you all know how it is sometimes. I was pleased that performance was good both times and didn't taper off at all for the second round. No change in libido noted. Testicular mass does have a mild increase above the usual IHO (in her opinion :laugh: )

I think a few things made this log popular. There were a lot of good posts and good questions. For example, Buster had questions a few times per week. That sort of genuine interest makes any log a good learning experience for everyone.

And, we're all looking for oral Form. So Formex is intriguing regardless of how precise of my log was.

Yes, to the guys that were asking, a final review with after pics should be up today or tomorrow. I'm a bit swamped at work at the moment, so I don't have time at the moment to do you guys justice right now :type:

Formex is my choice when I'm looking for oral formestane. I'd choose Formex when my goals are improved workout endurance and improved bedroom performance without stronger sides that I get with other AI's.

If I'm looking for aggression and enhanced libido, and willing to deal with a bit stronger sides in terms of vision and sleeplessness, and my lifestyle allows for consistent TD application, I'd choose TD form.

If you have a specific question, feel free to ask. "Which did I respond better to" is tough to answer since I responded differently to the two options.

Also, unless I see evidence otherwise, I suspect that both delivery methods SHOULD control estrogen fairly well.

And don't be so hard on yourself, alot of people got post-Superdrol gyno.

No problem bro. Formestane is my favorite supplement short of being ON cycle. So the more options we have, the better IMO. Formex is going to have to be one that people try themselves and develop their own strategies.

trust me brotha, my self esteem isn't fragile. I just say how retarded I was because, in the past, I've probably called "BS" on rebound gyno claims. So, I need to make it clear that I was wrong and have officially changed my gyno status to "clueless" :laugh:

Maybe a stupid question but Formestane isnt a pro hormone is it? You can use it as a PCT, alongside with something like Post cycle Support right?

I ordered a bottle of this stuff in the UK so Im hoping customs wont confiscate it.... I dont think its an illegal compound is it?

Formestane is an aromatase inhibitor; and yes it is often used in PCT as well as a stand alone for boosting Testoterone.

Unfortunately, I have no idea if it is an illegal compound in UK.

Stupid question number 2, what exactly is a aromatose inhibitor? I just came off a p-plex cycle and I just shut down bigtime on methyls. Im already on Clomid and Post cycle support and Im gonna add Formex to the mix, well if it arrives here, I can only hope! :(
 
An AI prevents the conversion of some Testosterone into Estrogen. So, say you have 100 Testosterone, and naturally 30 of it will be converted into Estrogen. An AI may block, say, 20 of that 30 T from turning into E. So it boosts your T levels in the end from 70-90, and only 10 of your Testosterone will be turned into Estrogen. I just made up all of those numbers, I don't really know how much T the average guy makes on a daily basis, but I just wanted to give you an idea of what an AI does.

It is definitely good that you are on Clomid and Post Cycle support. Formex would be a good thing to add to the mix. Let me see what I can find out about it shipping to the UK.

Its shipping to the Netherlands haha :) I ordered it from the UK since bodybuilding.com has had it on backorder for ages. I know the dutch customs are a pain in the ass so I hope it will slip through, I really need something to get my libido back ASAP ;)

Crap, I just read the doping list and formestane is on it....So I guess if it ever arrives here Im lucky. Last time I ordered Cycle support the box even got opened, but that was maybe because it said bodybuilding.com on the box, I hope these guys dont make that mistake...

All I can do is cross my fingers I guess....

yes, formestane is a mild ph to 4-OH-Test. It's very mild. The consensus, along with limited studies, suggests that it should be safe for pct and that's it probably not suppressive. Opinions are split with formestane's effectiveness in post cycle therapy as compared to ON cycle or run solo. Hope that helps.
