Feeling pretty stiff & blasted from Saturday evening’s leg training. Not surprising, but a reminder that there’s no replacement for displacement - didn’t stop things from moving well this morning!
The new power bar feels tremendous, like an extension of my body. The heavy knurling definitely helps inspire some confidence on the reverse grip hold.
