Starting to get the log back; working on some reps to build stamina with the log in my chest. Numbers aren’t so bad when I remember it’s the woman’s smaller log. New Cerberus deadlift belt was perfect for log!Ran out of time, but will try to squeeze in some light db accessories tonight at home. Honestly, coaching the wife for Strongest Woman in the World last few weeks has been taking the lion’s share of my focus in training. She is really kicking ass!
Today is 9 weeks on cycle. M1A ended Monday, added 30mg of S23 divided in its place while I finish up the last few scoops of the Excalibur SARM powder this week. Thought about staying on another 15 days and pushing my body with something like Sdrol (I feel in remarkablly good health with no sides to speak of) but there’s absolutely no point. I have my base back, & it’s only safe to get so strong so fast.
