I've been checking bp/heart rate periodically but not glucose. all three of those metrics are super interesting to me.Do you already have a good baseline from before starting fasting?

Really happy with last night: 2 weeks after that adductor pop, going over 3 plates in my comp stance with pause work as well as close-stance hi bar with no discomfort, and a 9-plate legpress without issue either. I can work with this!

Glad the adductor is good…..all that squat volume (you always have good high total weight volume on your compound lifts, bench, squat, deadlift ), then throw in that 9 plates for 12 legpress, yeah I would call that your happy place.6/28/23

I believe all of the incline and widegrip bench volume I’ve been doing has really helped re-develop them since the elbow scope.Jeebus Man! Your delts are always shockingly impressive. I have those damn sloped looking shoulders, not really much of any type of rise to them. Yours look like two large cantaloupes sitting where normal shoulders should be. Impresses me every time i see a picture of you. They have definitely come back up a lot since you got your elbow fixed.

I’ve actually only ever done 400, in the Phoenix which is a bit stronger than the worn out Full Boar yellow Slingshot I’ve been using. I believe I could probably take 405 right now in this slingshot honestly, but this is training not testing after all. Birthday today, and happy to be alive. Slept in this morning and did this one in the garage on lunch - a beautiful day out, doing exactly what I wanted to do. Widegrip is still improving. Starting to turn the dial up on food to try to keep the scale moving. This is my favorite meal right now:
