Ok back at it today guys yesterday was a bad day I just kind of sat around after work didn't really want to do anything....had a bad day at work....drunk step dad tied his 8 year old autistic step daughter up and put her under a bed bc he wanted to watch a movie....not a good day very depressing but back at GVT with cardio today bros

holy sh!t. that guy needs to be shot. you know my deal, my son's got learning disability/delays and has some similar traits to autism (just found out officially that he's not autistic last week!). I would never DREAM of doing anything even remotely similar to that. he can be a real handful and sometimes demands a LOT of attention, but anyone that doesn't love their kids enough to take care of them doesn't deserve to have children.

That pisses me off reading that. No kid, regardless of having a disabality or not, needs to be treated like that. Fuker needs to have the shlt beat out him, every day for every minute that girl was under the bed.

I forgot u were a cop man. I'm still testing and interviewing. Got 4 active apps right now. I came so close to getting a spot in may last year. I was really disappointed.

Good news: got my money back from the bank incident and picked up another bottle of VL lol so I will be running this 8 weeks total :)

Bad news: got an abscessed tooth which spread to my eye and ear giving me an eye infection and ear infection but I'm still lifting lol

Day 33 update coming soon shoulders and abs GVT style

Actually haven't been to the dentist in 11 years...and I'm paying for it.....I take very good care of myself actually it's odd how much I take care of my teeth but I have 6 cavities and 1 abscess
