I generally use ~4 lbs of whey and ~1.5-2 lbs of micellar casein.

personally i go through about 7-8lbs per month myself, as a college student

i also consume anywhere from 5-10 lbs of whey isolate a month (usually buy 3 tubs of ATW at a time) and 2-4 lbs of casein a month.

I average 5lbs per month.. now that I looked back i've bought 50lbs plus 15lbs more just yesterday

About five pounds of All The Whey isolate a month. I get my casein at night from cottage cheese.

Well atm i'm bulking so i'm using 3 (105g) scoops a day.... basically 7 - 8 lbs in a month.

Generally I use just around 4#'s a month. I like whole food, so my protein powder is mainly pre and post wo.

My wife and I together go through 15+ lbs of WPI per month. We went through 7 lbs in the last 10 days :) .

if i had an awesome deal on bulk, id use more but i average a 5 pound tub a month 3-4 servings a day of ATW

yeah some times you cant eat but only drink...

I am thinking around 5 pounds. I do 1 shake am and 1 shake pm( 2 scoops each), if i am bulking i will do a shake mid day as well.

I like real food too much. lol.

Bring on the AI protein...........Vanilla please. :)

yeah some times you cant eat but only drink...
i dont get breaks at work, so it helps keep me from getting really tired and lethargic. plus post workout its easier when i have nothing around me. i agree whole meals are superior but its not always possible for everyone

15 grams a day, a pound a month, not too bad for cost, mixed with creatine and glutamine helps to maintain.
