Horsepower from UN

I have been taking Horsepower for a couple of days now (actually following Rosie from team APPNUT advice on doing resistance training along with cardio). I have experienced something like a niacin rush but I dont see any niacin in the ingredients. Is this normal? It starts about 5 minutes after i take it and it doesnt last very long, approx 5 minutes. It isnt uncomfortable but need to know if this is normal.
 
Niacin flush, not rush. The main noticeable symtpom is a redness of the skin that fades. PGD2 release from the endothelial cells IIRC. Try taking the horsepower over 15 minutes in a larger quantity of wa ter and see if you still notice the same effects.

Quick note that I did not mean to do resistance training and then cardio; I meant to do RESISTANCE training instead of cardio in the gym if you are going 5 times weekly. Do 3 x resistance sessions and 2 x high-intensity cardio sessions, or 2 x full-body resistance sessions and 3 x high intensity cardio sessions (no more than 20 minutes). As mentioned, it is just tingles (sometimes small numbing) from the Beta-Alanine, which is a common effect.

Wow thanks for all the info! At least now I know! I will follow advice. The funny thing is when I bought this product the guy at GNC assured me there was caffeine in the product. I asked 2x as I didn't see it in the ingredients. I like caffeine with a Pre WO supp as I work out first thing in AM but I will just add some caffeine as I mix it. So would it also be advisable to add waxy maze or dextrose to my protein shake post workout seeing as my protein supp doesn't contain additional carbs or is that overkill?
 
did you have problems mixing your horsepower? I had terrible experience with it, would mix horribly too. maybe a bad batch

No worries. That's what I wrote it for!

You can add either waxy maize or dextrose to your post-workout shake, as they will help with recovery. Read Invalid Link Removed.

your lucky beta alanine feeling only lasts 5 minutes for you, i think beta alanine is the worst thing ever....the feeling doesn't go away for me for like an hour, i've had a niacin flush before and i'd much rather that than beta alanine, it sucks saying it but if i do buy a pre workout that i never tried before that has beta alanine in it i actually hope that it is underdosed
