omg I just re-read that post and yeah wtf I made a lot of misepellings. Im laughing at myself when I read it but I believe I was typing it so fast and was in a hurry hahaha. That post is messed up anywho have a good one man.

negative. U said drink the gallon durring workouts I meant if you put creatine in a gallon of water you know like spring water. It seems that one is confussing but the idea is to sip on it the whole day. If your using mono and not drinking at least a gallon of water sir you just wasted your money. Just wanted to clear up the confusion.
