Can one of you explain what a rainbow press is? I tried looking it up but I can't find anything... Sounds pretty brutal, I'd like to try it :D

It sounds like you and N8te had on heck of a workout. Keep killin big man. 10lbs aint bad seeing as you have a little more than 21 days left ON cycle.
BTW your log is waaaaayyy better than mine Nick. Keep us updated, Im trying to take pointers from this log and incorporate them into mine. That just goes to show how much you're really putting into this cycle bro. KEEP IT UP

My tri's are feeling much better and I couldn't wait to hit the gym after work. I even managed to set a few PR's!!!! The weights just feel lighter and lighter! I will have my new Super Kitana Bench shirt tomorrow and can't wait to start to break it in on Saturday. Sick pumps in and out of the gym. There are times that I feel like my muscles are going to explode and pull a Greg Valentino lol.

Sides: Hunger, thirst and libido are still at an all time high. After my workout last night I ate 8 cheeseburgers off the grill without the buns hahaha. Lethargy is still an issue if I do not take the DHEA. I was so bloated due to all the carbs I ate from Easter & traveling so I cut back on them quite a bit starting yesterday. Huge difference already. I felt great and no bloat at all. I am going to cut out the carbs this week to try and lean up a tad bit more as well.

As I have said before I am just starting to train my legs to where they should be and I am seeing gains pretty easy. Tonight is going to be my bi's night and I will be dead lifting as well.

I am forced to make a change with my cycle. Stupid me mis counted pills. I am going to have to drop the M14ADD and run the P-Mag solo for the remaining 9 days. I am not worried as I have seen some really nice gains and will continue to work my a$$ off!!!! This is going to be my last cycle for a while. I am not able to touch anything hormonal until after my comp on July 31st. As of August 1st, you bet your a$$ I will be starting another sick cycle!!!!! I can tell you this, I will never run another cycle without CEL's Formestane and Primordial Performance's Liver Juice ever again. I highly recommend both of them for your next cycle!!!!!!!!!!!!

Defn bro, That stuff is awesome!!!!!! I can honestly say I will never run another cycle without CEL's Formestane, Cycle Assist and Primordial Performance's Liver Juice ever again. That combo is unstoppable!!!!!!!
 
UPDATE

I apologize for not updating this sooner but I was have had some internet problems at my house and it was one crazy weekend. Still feeling amazing. The pumps are more than a rush in and out of the gym. Still cant say anything bad about the Formestane, the stuff is down right amazing!!!!! I checked my blood pressure yesterday while at the pharmacy getting another asthma inhaler. It s perfectly normal at 119 over 70 thanks to CEL's CEL's Cycle Assist and Primordial's Liver Juice.

Sides: Lethargy is awful but it seems to be ok with the DHEA at 100mg a day. Hunger, thirst and libido are still higher than ever. I can not get enough of either of them and the elevated libido usually leads to the extreme hunger and thrist afterwards lol.

My bruised tri's seem to be back to normal as well as the joints in my elbows. My trainer wasn't kidding about them being very sore and eventually will toughen up. I did receive my new Super Kitana Bench shirt and Titian wrist wraps on Friday. Just in time to have a little bit of fun on Saturday morning with them. I did manager to pop a blood vessel in my left eye on my last set with the bench shirt. I look like a feckin 5' 4" terminator lol. I also bought a pair of Converse All stars to squat and dead lift in. Anyone else ever use these? My trainer swears by them as they are so flat and I must say they are pretty comfortable to use.

Workout, Deads & Chest:

Dead Lifts: 20x135 (warm up), 5x315, 5x315, 5x315

Warm up for chest, no shirt: 50lbs bar 15 times, 10x140, 10x190, 4x230

Warm up w/ shirt: 5x315

Workout:

Flat bench w/ shirt: 5x365, 5x365, 5X365, 5x365, 3x385 - All were done off the 3 board. I have a vid of my last set I will be uploading this week to youtube.

The rest of my workout is done raw without the shirt

Decline: 10x135, 10x185, 4x225, 4x225

Incline Dumb Bell Press: 10x75, 8x80, 6x90

Flat Dumb Bell Press; 10x70, 10x85, 4x100

I do have a confession to make......I added wrong lol. I actually just realized this. I was using a 50lb bar benching with the shirt so all the sets I did will have an additional 5lbs added to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am pretty content with the new shirt, I weigh 171 lbs and repped 390 lbs 3 times. I will be going well over 400 lbs this Saturday and filming it so defn stay tuned........

Anyone else love juice as much as me? lol This cycle has been one hell of a ride and the best part is I have a little more than a week left!!! The sides vs gains with these compounds are incredible. Pumps are insane and the strength gains are sick.

Sides: The usual hunger, thirst and libido elevation. For dinner last night I had 4 large pieces of grilled fish and 2 cheese burgers without the buns lol. Lethargy is ok with 100mg of DHEA a day. I have noticed that I have been a bit more irritable lately but I believe that's due to the retarded people I work with annoying the crap out of me and not the juice.

I did have to make a change with my workouts. My trainer told me to ease up on the pressing exercises because the joints in my elbows are a bit sore from Saturday. I did a few and then went right to more of a body building workout.

Shoulders:

Seated military front of face press, rest/pause sets: 10/135, 8/160, 10x145, 15x95

Standing straight bar shrugs: 15x315,10x405, 10x405, 30x225

Close grip standing rows: 10x95, 10x95, 10x95

Standing plate raises: 10x45, 10x45, 10x45

I am also making a change in my diet slightly for these last 2 weeks. I am cutting back on the carbs to lean up a little bit before the end of this cycle. I have done this in the past and have always seen great results with it.

On a separate note. I forgot to include this in my update. I am not able to touch anything hormonal or anything that will make me fail my drug test prior to the comp on July 31st. Any suggestions on what everyone would like to see logged on here. I am debating on a few different products now and would like everyone's input.
 
Id stay off all test boosters or anything of that nature.

Id go to the basics ;)

The weights just keep getting lighter and lighter!!! Felt absolutely amazing after my back workout last night. Still have the overall feeling of well being and am walking around in a great mood. Putting up PR's left and right!!!

As far and me not being able to take anything hormonal or that will prevent me from passing a drug test goes. I am able to take whatever I want up until the beginning of June. I will not take anything hormonal though because it way too soon from getting off this cycle. Any suggestions on test boosters, IGF boosters people would like to see logged on here? I have a few products I am debating on now but I wanted other suggestions.

Man Nick, every time I look at the numbers you're moving compared to what I'm moving, some of mine are higher...it makes me think I'm doing the exercise totally wrong!

I apologize for not updating this. I was thrown on the road due for work and and have traveling like crazy. I have not let it affect my diet or workouts though. Man does it feel good to be home though! I am actually on my 4th day of PCT and have been feeling great. I am still continuing to make gains as well. Haven't lost that intensity in the gym at all.

The stuff works great but holy sh*t does it taste horrible. I also found out the hard way in the past that you have to start with a half of scoop and slowly work your way up to the full 2 scoops are it will make your sick to your stomach while working out. I am having some crazy dreams again from the Anadraulic State due to it containing ZMA. They are insane dreams but quite enjoyable lol. Has anyone else taken this?

I ran Anadraulic State a few years back and yeah it tasted horrible but it did an amazing job ;) I ran it with T-911 when it was still hormonal so I had some decent gains. The stomach upset is common, believe me, I had to find out the hard way also :D I worked up my dosing like this: 1 - 1.5 - 2. I even took 2.5 scoops one time and that was a mistake though...

Man does it feel good to be back on here. The weights are still feeling lighter and lighter. I am still seeing strength gains and set 3 PR's yesterday.

Sides: Irritable & edgy. My people tolerance is no longer there. Its controllable though and I use it to unleash the fury in the gym every day. Libido isn't as high as it was but I am still able to perform like a champ. I am crediting that to the Formestane.

UPDATE, PCT Week 1, Day 7

-Off with plenty of yard work. Spent most of the day laying bricks so that was a workout in itself lol.

Still feeling pretty amazing!!!!!! I wanted to go up and over 400 lbs on Saturday but the guys on the team had a different idea. They wanted me to drop the weight down to 365 lbs and rep it off a two board instead of heavier weight on a three board. It was a bit tougher as I am still getting used to my shirt. Appetite is still up quite a bit especially after a workout. Just seems once I start eating I just don't want to stop. I switched up my diet and threw in some carbs this past weekend. It was a nice change of pace. One of the guys on my team tweaked my old diet and threw in rice pasta. We will see how it goes this week. It still consists of lots of fish, steak, burgers (no buns), Bison, Venison, chicken, etc.

Sides: Still lethargic but not as bad as I was on cycle. My joints in my elbows and triceps were pretty irritated after throwing bricks around. I was also having some problems with my lower back due to the dead lifting. Muscles were a bit tight and it has been causing me to wake up in pain in the middle of the night. A guy on the team is a Chiropractor & Physical Therapist. He adjusted my back after our workout on Saturday and said to start sleeping with a flat pillow under my lower back. Wow what a difference that made.

My libido dropped off a tad bit last week. Didn't have any problem performing but just wasn't as good as being on cycle. Yesterday and today though I felt 100% back to normal. The Anadraulic State is doing a nice job for me. I also dropped down my dosage of the Formestane to 50mg a day for this week. I am really going to miss that stuff once I am done using it. I am going to try and take a few more videos this week and get them uploaded as well.

In July I will just be benching but in future meets I am going to dead lift as well. My goal is to be well over 400lbs with my bench that day. I have used a denim shirt in the past and am still getting used to the new poly shirt.
