I did some heavy Chest work on Friday along with some different moves for shoulders and felt really nice. Don't remember it exactly so just saying I did it lol
I know Bench was 225x 10,9,8,8 or something similar and FST 90x 12 (for 7 sets) and some FAT GRIP DB holds 50x as long as possible (~45sec)x 3

Meal 1: 2 scoops of protein (very hot water with XF Mochachino!) and 2 slices of toast with sugar free jelly
Meal 2: Protein Bar .......VPX Zero Impact
Meal 3: Postworkout Shake (2 scoops Myofusion Chocolate with 1/2 cup oats)
Meal 4: Chicken breast and green beans
Meal 5: Tablespoon of natural peanut butter adn 4 slices of turkey bacon
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese with a tiny bit of sugar free jelly
NOTES
- Great pump as always. Looked big and full in the mirror and the pumps even were impeding some lifts at first, I think it hurt my pullups in the circuit.
- I think this is the first real upper back pump I have experienced and my shirt was nice and tight!
- Cheated a lot this weekend but what can you do right! I missed a dose on Saturday but will be doing 5 caps for next 4 days to make up for that.
- So far so good, will hit chest tomorrow and really get after it try to cause some damage
