Awesome notes on the X Factor, and i have been waiting for my cinnamon roll UP. Glad to hear everyone seems to like that as well.

Mixed with water, ice and 1/2 cup of oats and it's straight up a shake from heaven. And I don't even like most popular proteins. I've had three of those today lol
 
lean and full is what i try to get across to people, but they just dont believe ArA will outwork their pre carb pills, or other things that are marketed to do just some of the things ArA/X Factor truly does.
 
Okay finished up an insane Physiology test today, didn't go great but I passed. Finally going to have time to hit the gym today and I might suck it up hit it early tomorrow too.

Yes im having huge pumps with sometimes zero carbs preworkout.
 
That kicked in fast! I never felt x factor untill week 3. How do your joints feel? Can you compair that to the original formula ?

I am just finishing up the 3rd week now and I feel really good on it. I have lost a few pounds but seem still full which is nice. Been so busy lately its hard to keep things together and get to the gym but next two weeks are going to be much much more wide open to get everything a litte more dialed in. I do look leaner and the pump with 4 pre wokrout is tremendous. On Arm day it feels like being on a PH like halovar.

I hit the gym yesterday and played some intramural bball the day before.

I never tried the old version so I can't really compare them directly. That being said I have had zero joint issues. I have a few nagging injuries (right wrist, constantly sore shoulders, so so knees) and they haven't caused any extra problems and m shoulders have actually felt really good.
 
Have a relatively easier exam this week so should make it to the gym more than twice! Damn I was upset. Ha

Good workouts with huge pumps though.
 
Great so far! Thank you for the answers. I have some tendinitis that acts up and the old x factor killed it. I heard they improved the joint issues on the advance version.
 
I did some heavy Chest work on Friday along with some different moves for shoulders and felt really nice. Don't remember it exactly so just saying I did it lol

I know Bench was 225x 10,9,8,8 or something similar and FST 90x 12 (for 7 sets) and some FAT GRIP DB holds 50x as long as possible (~45sec)x 3

Meal 3: Postworkout Shake (2 scoops Myofusion Chocolate with 1/2 cup oats)
Meal 4: Chicken breast and green beans
Meal 5: Tablespoon of natural peanut butter adn 4 slices of turkey bacon
Meal 6: Cottage Cheese with a tiny bit of sugar free jelly



NOTES


- Great pump as always. Looked big and full in the mirror and the pumps even were impeding some lifts at first, I think it hurt my pullups in the circuit.
- I think this is the first real upper back pump I have experienced and my shirt was nice and tight!
- Cheated a lot this weekend but what can you do right! I missed a dose on Saturday but will be doing 5 caps for next 4 days to make up for that.
- So far so good, will hit chest tomorrow and really get after it try to cause some damage :D

NOTES


- Monster pump all through chest and arms. Arms still feel full and hard hours after leaving the gym. Had just a really great session today, liked it a lot.

- And right on queue after saying I haven't felt much DOMS.......My biceps have been hurting so good along with my back all day long. As in felt it even in my chest work! Even some in my legs from the KB circuit Monday. Kicked in hard now this week. Already feeling some slight DOMS in my chest/tris LOVE IT.
-The DOMS isn't like horrible its more that "Oh ya I did work!" feel that most of us love and that after so many years I have a hard time getting my body to feel that way. So for it to happen again is a very nice motivator.
- Looking leaner even after my blah of a weekend and running today even my arms were looking pretty swole!

Another week that started out good and then had to study my butt off haha might try to get something in super late tonight.

Last night played 2 40 minute basketball games. Im hurting!
 
Your workouts have alot of volume. I usually only do 5 sets per muscle group at most. Lol

i used to play a lot of basketball and lift, and i was just ever able to obtain enough size/hypertrophy while doing both.
 
I mean it's once a week so not overally crazy haha.

Been swamped. Will update with gym workouts tomorrow during a break hopefully only able to get a very short chest workout and arms in. Getting legs tomorrow.
 
Weighed in this morning 184.4. Nothing spectacular but with so so diet and schedule losing a few pounds is nit too shabby. Also at 6 pounds lost I can't tell muscular loss at all.

I measured my waist at 33 or slightly belie today as well.

This semester has been pretty terrible in gym time haha 2- lifting sessions per week last 2 or three plus 1 night of basketball is all thats keeping me in shape. I don't feel like I have lost any size or gained any fat which is amazing with this stress levels and frequent waaaaay of plan diets (especially weekends or study binges). Its seriously like finals every exam it feels, not fun. I hear second year is actually much easier lol

Anyway, I am down 6 pounds which is cool and I seem leaner in some areas. Nothing major from the waist area (upper abs a bit) but thats always last for me. Everything considered I feel Xfactor has been great at maybe slight recomping and letting me hold on to muscle in a very catabolic environment.

I did some arms on Friday and I looked HUGE!!! The pumps were insane as always and just shoulders were popping as were tris and bis. Its pretty extreme and is not a usual look kinda. Was a very nice workout and felt really good.

I am dissappointed in myself in not running this product sooner. Its always been on my radar but I never pulled the trigger. If it is doing this well in not even close to perfect routine (diet or weight wise, which I hope to rectify after this monster of a week) then it would really shine if everything dialed in.

Already I will be saving up and doing another run, possibly over winter break.

Special no bake cookie style snack (kitchen experiment): peanut butter (whatever was left in jar), drizzles of honey, 1/4 cup oats and 1 scoop of myofusion plus a tad bit of water all mixed up in the PB jar........HOLY **** IT WAS GOOD.
Bison burger on whole wheat bread
Some beef jerky and cheese
Protein shake with 1/2 cup oats post workout.

Weight: 184.4lbs this morning eek so apparently down 6 pounds since this log began. Don't feel any smaller musclulature wise and feel leaner so things are going pretty well! I feel like Xfactor has really helped me hold on to my muscle while being in a pretty catabolic state of stress/stims/late nights/off diet. I still have great gym sessions and feel like I am leaning out but not dropping my hard earned muscle. At this point I will definitely be buying my own bottles to run in the future with a more precise diet/training regimine and it should shine like no other if it has worked like this in the environment I am in right now.

Been popping some stimz, and my favorite SUGAR FREE ROCKSTAR Nom nom and hard to eat when focusing on studying and appetite is zero.
On top of all that I hit some MM tonight haha great workout. Now.....when will I sleep!
 
Compliments from the ladies are always a big plus.

The best part is these are people I have known for minimum 8-9 years two closer to 15 so they have seen me and used to me being muscular so that it was noticeable and said was pretty cool and also meant the compliment meant more in a way.

Sorry for lack of updates. Things going well having some great pumps as usual in the gym. Rocked a "tool, bodybuilder" style costume to an event and there were lots of things said and looks from both sexes haha I am not huge by any stretch but bigger than average and just a tight black wife beater busts out the arms like no other lol

My favorite accessory: a $1 grey visor that simply says "Get Pumped" on it lol

Zero, slight shoulders but I have that all the time and hasn't gotten worse at all. No increase in joints at all though. Feelsgood.

New workout tonight, will post. Put off physiology studying for a little fun and regretting it :0( but I can't miss the gym again. I'll pull all nighter before missing anymore damn time.

Updates in this bitch

Going to start doing a 3 day a week training just to try and get in some training! Other days I have open for conditioning and random stuff (like I get in the gym more than few days lol).

Said **** this studying and went today, I needed it bad.

UPPER BODY WORKOUT
1.Bench Press: 225X 8 240x 6 255x 4 (weak stuff, strength definitely lacking due to diet and crazy schedule)
2.Flat DB Press: 2 x Max Reps 40x 25, 17 (Very new feeling ha)
3a.Seated Overhand Grip Cable Rows: 105x 15 120x 15,15,15
3b.Cable Triceps Pushdowns (straight bar): 100x 15 130x15,15,15
4a.DB Shrugs (2 Sec Holds): 70x 15,15
4b.DB Lateral Raises: 15lbx 15,15
5.Barbell Complex (deadlifts, bent rows, hang cleans, push press, back squat): 65lb (I was huffing and puffing need some conditoning lol)
2 sets, Perform 10 reps of each exercise. Rest 90 sec. b/t sets

No really new notes other than amazing full upper body pump as usual! Always feel extra big in the gym since taking Xfactor even with a workout schedule that is far form ideal. Got a great sweat going and really wasn't there more than 45 minutes or so I don't think.
Clean but so-so diet today ( 2 shakes, 1/2 cup of oats total, 5 eggs, toast, PB + drizzle honey + myofusion + 1/4 cup oats + water snack NOM, beef jerkey)
 
LOWER BODY WORKOUT

1.DB Squat Jumps, holding 10lb. DB’s: 4x6
2. Deadlift: 260x8, 275x6, 295x4
3a GHR BWx15,15,15 (used a 10 pound plate for a few reps but wasn't feeling it, next week!)
3b.Seated MB Twists 10lb ballx 20,20,20

4.Timed one-mile run: Treadmill, 1.0% incline 8:49 BLAH
