Gotti's About To Give Some Raw Footage-I-gh-1 and Ghenerate PCT

I must say the last 2 days, the sleep hasn't been nearly as good as the first two nights with i-gh-1 at 2 caps....i've woken up twice throughout the night, which is common for me, once is a given, but the first two nights i didn't wake up at all which is good, i'm waking up and really having to go to the bathroom for some odd reason....the dreams are still fairly vivid, not as vivid but pretty good and the sleep is good, i don't get that tired knocked out feeling with just one cap though so i have to tell myself to go to sleep

just a side note that i've been seeing from this stack, figured some ppl could benefit from the information

Cannabis Indica is a pretty good sleep aid... ;) (please obey your state laws, I live in Cali where it's all good, all day long)

You might throw in some Melatonin to keep from waking up... that helps me out.
 
Congrats on the PR looking good in here and moving some good weight in your other lifts too.
 
so it's been a few days since i updated, busy last few days

thursday after work i had a rehearsal diner for a wedding i was in so thats an off day

friday was the wedding, but the groom said he wanted to go to the gym in the morning, neither of us woke up after being out late the night before, did rock some souja boy at the wedding though and broke a nice sweat

this morning the or late morning the brides parents had a breakfast for all of us which led us to be there for hours and ended up watching the soccer game, needless to say i'm prety pissed about 3 days off in a row but sometimes it happens

i am taking it easy tonight though and getting to bed at a normal hour so i can hit the gym tomorrow
 
i should also add, that i was never at a wedding let alone in a wedding before....i had no idea the groom gets the groomsmen gifts....and i figured only you guys could appreciate what my gift was since everyone else hates on it

he got me a gift certificate to a local supplement warehouse....can't say sources but one of the retailers has a warehouse near my house that i go to often...just what i need more supplements

Upright Row: 65 x 10, 85 x 9, 115 x 5 drop set (closer grip) 95 x 6 drop set (wide grip) 85 x 6

Rear Delt machine (plate loaded): 15's x 10, 25 x 10, 35 x 8 (hold the 8th rep)

Lat Raise machine: 60 x 10, 75 x 9, 90 x 8, (2,1,3), 125 x 5 drop set 75 x 6 (partial)


BB Shrug: 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 12

Back BB Shrug: 135 x 20, 185 x 12

Cardio: 15 minutes on stair stepper set at intervals

Abs: Superset 3 sets of ab machine for 20 w/ romain chair leg raises for 15

sleep is so so, sometimes i'm out like a rock, other nights, like last night sleep wasn't so good, woke up like an hour after going to sleep, and then about a half hour before i had to get up for work

on the other hand saturday into sunday i slept for like 11 hours straight and felt amazing upon waking up


what it feels for me is the i-gh-1 is what induces the sleep and not so much the ghenerate, when i take more i-gh-1 at night i sleep better than when i lower the dose down

i usually go for 8 hours with 1 piss break but i attribute the long nights sleep because thursday and friday were looong days, friday i was up until about 3-3:30 because of the wedding, i was back up at 8:45 a.m. for a breakfast, i wanted to nap during the day, but i ended up watching the soccer game, so all that thrown together led me to face plant into my bed that night

Ha... I used to drink alot, buying bottles of this, bottles of that so my peeps would have a good time. I havent touched alcohol in a long while, not saying I wont ever or anything like that but Ive grown out of certain habits and love to make progress in a positive way. I buy proven supplements in bulk but my girlfriend and I spend a lot of money buying food in bulk so we can eat healthier, whole foods.. I feel a lot better about myself these days.

yeah i mean i don't mind alcohol, it's not my favorite thing to do, but i don't think i've ever spent that much on alcohol in one night, i don't live in a city so alcohol's alittle cheaper, the most it is around here is like $3 a bottle, so even if i drank 22 bottles it's still 66 bucks plus tips....it's the shots that kill ppl

my parents think i'm crazy about supplements because they think i should be saving for a house and a new car, which i agree, so i've come to the agreement with them and my girl that i won't buy anymore supplements besides protein and possibly a preworkout until i run out of what i have....my stash is decent, so i should be ok for a few months

well your parents are right on about a house. A car... Well a new car turns into an old car and you put money into it... LOL but a house is a smart, long term investment. Just like your health but all of those things come slowly, I'd say sticking to some staples and saving some money will make you feel good in the long run. We can't have it all unfortunately.. Or at least right when we want it haha

you know kleen, i never thought of it like that... I use creatine, beta alanine, fishoil and a multi. So i think of those as my staples maybe the nice people from one of these companies wants to sponsor ol' southern charm when he does his cut lol. :bigok:

This sounds like me to a T... my last stacks were very comprehensive and required serious thought just to make sure everything was dosed at the right time and not forgotten. I am looking forward to a nice break here soon, time to give the body a rest and let the basics speak for themselves.

haven't done DB's in about 2 months so it was nice to get in there with them, but after doing shoulders yesterday i was expecting to struggle, my shoulders are sore and my range of motion during the day with my arms felt off but i was relatively happy with the weight that i put up, it was a nice pump on my chest also, NO Infuse is no joke if your looking for pumps
 
Good workout man! Keep it up! I asked before but didnt see if you had responded but how is the recovery with igh1 and ghenerate? not so much the sleep but the recovery? cuz i sleep like a brick anyway, but im interested in those products

it's kind of difficult to say, since i'm on so much stuff right now during pct....i must say though i started the stack right around the 1 week mark of pct and the first week recovery was difficult for me, but now it seems like i'm recovering better than if i wasn't on anything

the real test will come after this pct is over and i move into lowering calories down and cutting alittle to see what this stack could do with recovery

Kind of an odd workout today, haven't done pullovers in a very very long time and haven't used the cable row machine in just as long, but i was reading an article today and someone was talking about the pullover being very good for back width so i went with it and tried, the heavy weight was tough, the seatbelt on the machine is snapped, so getting it down was rough, but i made the best out of it, i would normally stop at deadlifts but my buddy was doing tri's while i did back and got there late so i waited for him to finish his tri excercise to do bi's with him, again i haven't done reverse curls in a long time and my form was pretty bad when i started, so thats why i only ended up doing the bar, light weight but good form and full range of motion....hopefully i'll be sore in the back area tomorrow with the change in excercises

I do the DB pullover on chest day, really stretches it out good. Lets see how that recover treats yah!
 
YG still killing it in here man! I would imagine the stack is effecting your recovery by what you said regarding the timing of when you started taking it and when you started noticing extra recovery. I do wanna see this on a cut.

I am going to get my wife on this stack at some point and see how she likes it.

well kleen ur in luck, from the gift certificate i was given, i picked up the get up and go stack, after this pct is over, it's on to a cut.....i-gh-1 at 4 caps a day had a nice leaning effect on me, i do feel like my stomach has gone down alittle during this as well, i need to get a weekly review up soon
 
Wednesday: Cardio/Abs

I'll keep it short and sweet, 20 minutes of HIIT cardio on an elipitcal mixed with 10 minutes of interval work on a stair stepper....total 30 minutes

Superset ball sit ups w/ weighted side dips w/ leg raises, 3 sets of each at 20/10/15


it felt good to get in there and do some good cardio work, it's been awhile, i was sweating pretty good and enjoying it, however i only did 30 minutes because i'm still in pct trying to preserve as much muscle from the cycle as possible, i did make up for it though with some added calories in the form of grilled chicken last night

now i face a dilemma, today is leg day...yesterday though i have an intense pain in my quad on my left leg, it doesn't hurt when i walk or when i was doing cardio, but if i bend over, plant that leg getting out of my car, or walk up steps its giving me pain, last night before i went to bed i tried to squat using body weight, it hurt pretty bad, so if it's still in pain, i'm going to go with shoulders today, tomorrow is off and hit my legs on saturday.....time to get my bcaa mixture together and rub it on the affected area

maybe by 2015 i'll be down to have a star....but still heavy into learning things, as we all are but not even close to be knowledgeable enough for all those reps

Today is usually legs but my left quad is hurting when i put weight on it so i went shoulders

Shoulder press (smith machine): 100 x 12, 125 x 10, 140 x 8, 155 x 6

High Rows: 65 x 10, 85 x 8, 115 x 5 drop set (closer grip) 85 x 7

Real Delt on pec deck: 40 x 10, 55 x 10, 70 x 8

Side Lat Raise: 15 x 12, 25 x 8, 35 x 4 then 4 partials drop set 30 x 5

Shrugs: 135 x 20, 185 x 15, 225 x 12

Back Shrugs: 135 x 15, 155 x 12

Cardio: 15 minute stair stepper set to a peak routine

Abs: Crunch machine for 20 superset w/ 15 romain chair leg raises for 3 sets

a fairly good workout, the last set of shoulder presses on the smith machine was a personal best but it's a smith machine so i dont' count that because i think i can do the same in free weights but the shoulder rack was taken and the way it's set up to really push myself with weight i need a spotter because it's messed up and the rack is way to far back...also hit a personal best on the crunh machine 180lbs for 20 i was pretty happy with that, hopefully my abs will hurt

really looking forward to cutting once the pct is all locked up, brother said my stomach was looking flabby and i have been doing research on my next routine, i was going to do full body 3 days a week and cardio on the others but i found a routine today which is set up just like mine but pretty much 1 less workout per body part but cardio at the end of all lifting days and off days longer cardio...might give that a go

Hell you only need slightly over 90 thousand more reps points and you will have a nice star LOL.

LOL... the rep system has changed around 4 different times since I joined. I had over 100,000 at one point in time, but guys like Trauma, Pem, and Metroba all had around 2 billion or something so they changed it so that reps were worth way less. It used to be pretty funny to watch one of these guys with over a million reps decide they didn't like someone and neg them into oblivion. Which come to think of it might have been the reason the rep system changed... :lol:

well i didn't injure myself during legs at all it's been awhile since i did them, but just all of a sudden when i put pressure on the leg it hurts for some reason, hopefully it's a freak thing and will go away
