Gonna get lean with Primeval Lab's Super Cardarine!

Happy Thursday all! Things are going well here just very busy this week. I have 6 more days of pills left... I have really enjoyed the Super Cardarine!

Had a great workout this morning. Really have to work to get past my mental block on squatting. Maybe box squats or something. Don't know. It's just like a freak out as soon as I unrack the weight! Grrrr

Rolled my hips/glutes/back/thighs well before starting this morning.

Day 3

Superset 1:

Banded ski jumps
1 set of 10 with med black band
3 sets of 10 with large purple band

Bench press

Happy Friday!! I hope you all are having a great day so far! Mine has been good. Actually went to work after training to make lemon sugar scrub for a marketing gift we are giving out. One of the other girls is doing it as a side job with me.

Workout this morning went well...cleans and snatches are very new to me so I'm still working on figuring them out.

Day 4

Superset 1:
Hang snatch
Warmed up from a bar up to 55

Was only supposed to repeat 4-5x's but I decided to try to video on the last set and I did a poor job setting up the camera twice...Sooooo if I look a little fatigued- it was because I WAS!! Hahaha

Feeling great still from the Cardarine. I usually fluctuate 3-5 lbs in a month and each I have been very consistent with my weight as I have increased my calories! This stuff is great not only for a cut but also for reverse dieting!!
 
I am using Cardarine ahd Gharine and can consume about 3-5 hundred more calories than usual and still I don't gain weight.

Happy Monday! Switched to a pull day today so that I can have time to work on my squats on Friday! Going to to work on bailing out so I can overcome my mental battle.

It will be more just to get mentally comfortable. It won't actually be with my max weights. More like 135. Will likely do some box squats and such. I'm open to suggestions! You've had amazing progress with your squats this year so feel free to suggest away!

RegisterJr - She has an anxious reaction to getting under the bar, and freaks as soon as she begins to push her hips back. I told her to just get used to putting the bar down on the pins a few times to reassure herself there is not much reason to fear it. More psychological than a physical thing. If she knows she has ways out and does it a few times it will alleviate that fear a bit.

A negative weight makes sense. I've heard of others doing it with weight above maxes. When I read 'bail', I literally pictured tossing weight off the back x-fit style.

Yeah, she can go up over that each set just want her to put it down a few times working up and getting comfortable with it. No definitely not toss if off the back, she is in a squat rack with safeties and a globo gym that would frown on that. Just basically learning the best and safest way to get out from under the weight so the fear goes away. Now if she were doing it in the open I would want her to learn to get it off her back from being stuck rock bottom or during the sticking point, or descent from the sticking point. Then again I wouldn't want her going over say 90% of her 1 rep max for a single without spotters in that situation.

I want to say one last thank you to PRIMEVALVP for giving me the chance to log Super Cardarine! This is a great product and so sad to see it go! I had very little sides! The only trouble I had was I retained a little water and some muscle cramping early on but very minor! As long as I kept my water intake up all was good! Energy levels were great and I felt good the whole time.

I am very very happy with my results! I lost a total of 5lbs and 6 3/4 inches overall! Actually the lightest and leanest I've been since starting my cut and I've been increasing my calories for about 9 weeks now!

Long stroy short : Squat... And i failed to put my feet to the ground.. And its bad now... Im on a few different meds now.. Hope i recover in a weeks time.. And i put my gym card on hold..No sens paying for something i cant use.. Im gonna go train in my gym at work so i wont have any one bothering me. (its free) And its common folk that use it..No bb peeps to give me **** about my ****ty physic and me not giving it 100

Oh wow! That stinks!! Smart to put the gym on hold though! Just take care of yourself and get healed up! You'll be back at it soon I'm sure!

You can train upper body and your other leg still right? No reason to stop making progress everywhere else. Then again I know how it goes. I hurt my biceps pretty bad and had to stop anything that involved my arm and it was at the same time my wife was sick. Took me months to get back to the gym and another 8 months to get myself back to where I needed to be. In reflection I should have stayed in it and worked what I could have. Don't give up brother!

Just thought I'd chime in about the effectiveness of Cardarine in general. While on I was eating like a pig and not gaining an once. When I got off I didn't change my eating habits and up 3 lbs. The party is over :(
