Today was an awesome day in the gym! I didn't think it was going to be at first...I struggled to get moving from all of the soreness! Haha Luckily, after I warmed up and started sweating I was focused and ready to roll!! Super happy about my numbers today!!

Went back after I was done to get a video of the 55's 1/2 DB Bench---only made it to 5 this time though. Not really sure I'm doing these exactly right but I didn't lock out completely. Probably went up a little too much?!
