Gonna get lean with Primeval Lab's Super Cardarine!

Today was an awesome day in the gym! I didn't think it was going to be at first...I struggled to get moving from all of the soreness! Haha Luckily, after I warmed up and started sweating I was focused and ready to roll!! Super happy about my numbers today!!

Look at the shape on those legs!!!! I can definitely see a difference there! Arms, chest, shoulders all look leaner too!

Weight didn't decrease this week but I didn't expect it too between adding more carbs and retaining water. I will have a better assessment next week once the water weight is back off! I only weigh on Fridays.

Happy Friday all! Today is officially the end of week two! Still very happy with the Cardarine! Measurements were pretty much the same despite feeling bloated which is good! Really looking forward to seeing how next week pans out! Anticipating good changes!!!

Woke up with some sciatic pain and tightness along my thoracic area. Rolled and stretched before my workout. Ended up with some brutal cramps in those areas - details below.

Nice! Look at those pecs, obliques are coming in, you have some nice separation coming in on those quads and your waist still looks leaner than I have seen it. Line down the middle and both sides with a defined lower oblique is AWESOME!!!!!!

No lifting today! Kids both had soccer games for the first time in a couple of weeks! Had to wake up a bit earlier than I enjoy but I love watching them play!

Neighbors had a tree cut down and were gonna have it hauled off but hubby and I offered to take it off their hands! Lifting came in handy for sure! Gotta love when you can lift large pieces of a tree by yourself!! Plus free firewood is awesome!!! Invalid Link Removed

I find it handy when I can handle 40-50lb hay bales & 50lb bags of horse feed & dog food by myself now too.

Haha, every time someone asks me to help them carry something heavy, I tell them that I'm not strong enough because I'm a girl. works every time.

Went to a little rec center at lunch today to get some form of lifting in today since I will miss Friday due to a little trip we are making. I was planning on going this morning but after several discussions at home it just wasn't worth it all so I decided to try this out!

Definitely not very much stuff to choose from especially free weights but still got in a good workout!

Conditioning: There was an indoor track that 9 laps was a mile. I didn't measure my yards. I just guesstimated ...pretty much underestimated what they actually were after I did the math

** did 25 band pull aparts immediately following each sprint then walked for 60-90 seconds


The sprints were a blast!!! I haven't run sprints in a while!! Legs are already reminding me of that too! Lol

Started on a barbell complex for conditioning but my back kept cramping up so I ended up spending 15 mins rolling and stretching. I will go at lunch for my bb complex.

It was! I really liked them though! Felt soooo many muscles engaging! Not sure if the people around me enjoyed how noisy I was on the last set! Haha
