Thank you all so much! I am very impressed with this product!!! Really really really want some more! Just not sure it's in the budget with all of the flooding and such here. Hopefully I'll catch it before it's all gone.
How are things near you, Kat? I know a lot of the areas around you were devastated. It's heart renching to see.
The water levels in most areas are getting much closer to normal minus around lakes/rivers but still much safer than they were. Power is back everywhere...there are sooooo many people donating and volunteering all over the place! Many donation sites along with shelters housing victims! It's amazing to see people come together like this! Just makes me wish I could do so much more!

Awesome work! Remember those weight jumps you are used to starting lower reps last 3 weeks, take that into account that you are already at a higher volume by the time you hit that heavier set. A smaller jump on the last set might be in order.
I've started splitting the dose as well and I'm liking it a lot more compared to dosing all at once in the morning! What is your current daily dose?
I'm doing 4 total so 20 mg! Good to know you like it that way too!

Day 12
I'm feeling good! Feeling leaner especially my legs! ....I forgot to take my second half until late afternoon today and I could definitely tell! I started dragging a bit! Took it and was good to go! I have also noticed water seems to be running through me faster! I woke up 3 times last night! Lol Luckily, I had no trouble falling right back to sleep! Also, hubby told me I was hot- meaning literally my body temperature is warmer than normal! Haha
