Thank you all so much! I am very impressed with this product!!! Really really really want some more! Just not sure it's in the budget with all of the flooding and such here. Hopefully I'll catch it before it's all gone.

How are things near you, Kat? I know a lot of the areas around you were devastated. It's heart renching to see.

The water levels in most areas are getting much closer to normal minus around lakes/rivers but still much safer than they were. Power is back everywhere...there are sooooo many people donating and volunteering all over the place! Many donation sites along with shelters housing victims! It's amazing to see people come together like this! Just makes me wish I could do so much more!

It's times like these that we do wish we were capable of giving so much more. Anything is a help though. It takes a village, sadly it shouldn't take disasters to bring the village back together.

Well, the plan is to lean out while slowly bumping up my calories! The weight loss was just an added bonus!!

We were very lucky not to be effected by the flooding! My sister in law did get quite a bit of damage but luckily not the inside of her house. We kept her 3 kids this weekend and took them to the movies, painted canvases, and played games! Hope you're doing well!
 
Day 11:

I have started trying to split up my dose Morning and afternoon. I am enjoyed the level energy I get that way! Doesn't seem as hard with the IF in the mornings. Energy levels are good throughout the day!

Workout this morning was great! Got a little gung-ho on some of my lifts and they didn't pan out the way I planned. I did feel really good and strength felt good! My biggest downfall is not staying tight.

Superset 1:

Seated box jumps
3 sets of 5
**successfully completed all of these without hesitation or smashing my shins! WOOHOO!!

Side plank
3 sets with 10 second hold followed by 8 dips each side

Superset 2:

Back Squats

**rep scheme was supposed to be 10,8,6 but I failed so I tried again and failed again! I know I can do it but I just can't seem to keep tight and not loose my breathe as I get about 3/4 the way down! UGH!!

**didn't want to turn my tabata timer on for the slams or squats so I just counted 30 reps

Awesome work! Remember those weight jumps you are used to starting lower reps last 3 weeks, take that into account that you are already at a higher volume by the time you hit that heavier set. A smaller jump on the last set might be in order.

I'm doing 4 total so 20 mg! Good to know you like it that way too!

I'm feeling good! Feeling leaner especially my legs! ....I forgot to take my second half until late afternoon today and I could definitely tell! I started dragging a bit! Took it and was good to go! I have also noticed water seems to be running through me faster! I woke up 3 times last night! Lol Luckily, I had no trouble falling right back to sleep! Also, hubby told me I was hot- meaning literally my body temperature is warmer than normal! Haha

You have that heater thing going on!!! Hubby gets like that on certain cycles too.
