The GHenorate is like butta. Everything is just dandy. Recovery, sleep, fat loss, and libido continue to go up. Ask any question you want, I am down to answer it to the best of my ability. The libido is one of the most interesting aspects of this supplement I wasn't expecting it to be so high.

Great workout, the GF is still doing DC with me, and she pushed so hard she actually made herself sick and had to run for the bathroom. Came back out and finished the workout... that is the kind of sh*t that I pull... not used to having a girlfriend who is such a trooper... I was really proud and impressed. I think I have found a keeper.
The GHenorate is going well, the sleep is still amazing, the fat loss has mellowed out but is still apparent. I have dropped my dosing to 6 pumps now. I was thinking to myself about a stack I want to run for my next cut (probably won't be till next summer):

Standing Calf raise - 185x30 x3 sets
Seated Hammy curl - 100x12x8x6
Hack Squat (Hammerstrength) - 3 plates+25s x7 Widow -2 plates
Felt great at the gym today. Still getting great sleep and vivid dreams. My recovery still seems quicker than before. My fat loss is still there but slower than the first two weeks... which makes sense as it gets harder to lose fat as you get leaner. Wasn't really fired up in the gym today, but felt strong. The hack squats made me stoked, my girl was joking around about doing the 2 plates on each side after I did my warm up. I joked back and dared her to do it, and guess what? She got 7 f*cking reps with 2 plates. My jaw was dropped. She was like "wow, my legs are really sore." Yea no sh*t. lol. Anyway, another good day.

G, we got the exact number of reps and weight for Pinwheels today lol and I did three 45s +25's today too but I got 8 reps :nana:

No, I don't let it touch at the bottom. I go a bit past parallel, any lower is hell on my knees. Should I be taking this exercise that deep? I could probably hit the bottom with 3 plates, but I would want to wrap my right knee.
thats a personal choice.
I was taught early on this quote " if you have a doubt in your mind that you are not squatting deep enough you are probably not, go lower" so that is why I go low. yeah I wrap one knee with a neoprene sleeve and the other with an Ace wrap to keep the joint warm.
I found on hacks you have to experiment and find the right position or they can wreck havoc on the knees. and push with the heels, not the front. I even put 5 lbs plates under the front to make sure I am pushing with the heels more(which helps to knees)
Keep up the good work. does you girl friend compete in fitness/figure? I do not see why you both do not. I waited untill this year to get started and in hindsight I wish I would have started a lot earlier.

I think 10mg would suffice. Some people have been running it low dosed and still getting awesome results. Microdrol is only 10mg/day. Punthra has put on 10+lbs so far and he is like half way done.
Pulsing has a different effect than running straight. The 4-ad should keep you working downstairs even with pulsed mdrol. imo
