Workout from Monday - I really mixed up the routines this time because my gym was so darn crowded. Made due with what was available.

DB Incline - 80x10x6x5
Hammerstrength Military - 185x8x5x3
French Press - 90x10x6x4
Extra wide grip pull down -220x6x4x2
Tbar row - 3 plates x10. 2 plates x25

Great workout, the GF is still doing DC with me, and she pushed so hard she actually made herself sick and had to run for the bathroom. Came back out and finished the workout... that is the kind of sh*t that I pull... not used to having a girlfriend who is such a trooper... I was really proud and impressed. I think I have found a keeper.

The GHenorate is going well, the sleep is still amazing, the fat loss has mellowed out but is still apparent. I have dropped my dosing to 6 pumps now. I was thinking to myself about a stack I want to run for my next cut (probably won't be till next summer):

The stack would probably not need the Form. The AS and the T-911 already have AIs in them.

The GHenorate is like butta. Everything is just dandy. Recovery, sleep, fat loss, and libido continue to go up. Ask any question you want, I am down to answer it to the best of my ability. The libido is one of the most interesting aspects of this supplement I wasn't expecting it to be so high.



yes, ghrp2 does seem to have this effect on libido. it positively stimulates the hypothalamus which controls the sex drive

I tried Drag Curls this morning but couldn't go through with it. My gut was in so much pain this morning I couldn't drag the bar across it without grimacing in agony.

Drag curls are funny, I don't really get a kick out of doing the exercise, but my arms swell up like crazy.
 
I just tried these monday and theyre awesome. The best part is you get to drag the bar over the tip of your penis. Thanks for the vid G, he's pretty hot!

Standing Calf raise - 185x30 x3 sets
Seated Hammy curl - 100x12x8x6
Hack Squat (Hammerstrength) - 3 plates+25s x7 Widow -2 plates

Felt great at the gym today. Still getting great sleep and vivid dreams. My recovery still seems quicker than before. My fat loss is still there but slower than the first two weeks... which makes sense as it gets harder to lose fat as you get leaner. Wasn't really fired up in the gym today, but felt strong. The hack squats made me stoked, my girl was joking around about doing the 2 plates on each side after I did my warm up. I joked back and dared her to do it, and guess what? She got 7 f*cking reps with 2 plates. My jaw was dropped. She was like "wow, my legs are really sore." Yea no sh*t. lol. Anyway, another good day.

G, we got the exact number of reps and weight for Pinwheels today lol and I did three 45s +25's today too but I got 8 reps :nana:

No, I don't let it touch at the bottom. I go a bit past parallel, any lower is hell on my knees. Should I be taking this exercise that deep? I could probably hit the bottom with 3 plates, but I would want to wrap my right knee.

8 weeks of 1AD and 4AD. Should be a fun ride... been thinking about pulsing some Mdrol for the first few weeks, but IDK... that stuff is pretty gnarly.

10mg probably. I am not a fan of my d*ck not working right, and 20mg shut me down pretty hard when I ran it at only 10/20/20.
 
I think 10mg would suffice. Some people have been running it low dosed and still getting awesome results. Microdrol is only 10mg/day. Punthra has put on 10+lbs so far and he is like half way done.

Pulsing has a different effect than running straight. The 4-ad should keep you working downstairs even with pulsed mdrol. imo

thats a personal choice.

I was taught early on this quote " if you have a doubt in your mind that you are not squatting deep enough you are probably not, go lower" so that is why I go low. yeah I wrap one knee with a neoprene sleeve and the other with an Ace wrap to keep the joint warm.

I found on hacks you have to experiment and find the right position or they can wreck havoc on the knees. and push with the heels, not the front. I even put 5 lbs plates under the front to make sure I am pushing with the heels more(which helps to knees)

Keep up the good work. does you girl friend compete in fitness/figure? I do not see why you both do not. I waited untill this year to get started and in hindsight I wish I would have started a lot earlier.

Eh, neither of us competes yet. I have tossed the thought around a bit, I'd have to ask her what her thoughts were on it to see if she was down for it. If I were to compete I am sure that I would start pinning, and I want to have children before I start any of that.

Thank you! My libido is up quite a bit. It does give me amazing sleep, some of the best of my adult life. It's just extremely restful sleep, very deep, deep sleep, with a lot of REM... I have been dreaming an abnormal amount for me.

Hman is definitely a fan of the pulse. I've never tried it. I definitely wouldn't pulse it more than 4x/wk, 3x being ample. I'd also recommend an on-cycle recovery product that will keep your boys running relatively smooth.

I for one recommend a low-dose of SD in conjunction with another hormone. I'm currently running Microdrol at 2cc (5mg) per day, along with 50mg of Epi, and am really enjoying it. It like I'm getting all the benefits of SD without any of the sides. No painful back pumps. No cramps. Very small amounts of lethargy. - Pros obviously being increased libido, increased strength, and very alpha-male mentality.
 
Im jealous of that stack man. Wish I coulda gotten some epi before it ran out :( :( :sad: if there was a crying emoticon Id use it now
 
I basically got hit by a drunk driver on my way home from work one morning. Shoulder is completely jacked, maybe have a torn labrum, some nerve damage. Playing the waiting game, taking tests, not going to the gym. Thanks for the wishes guys, I haven't been on as much in the past couple of weeks because of this injury. Hopefully I'll be back soon. :fingersx:
