I think this is fairly common practice now. GDA supplements are not on the level of Slin.

Took a little less than a full scoop of Maximize with a full scoop of Hemavol about 30 minutes before I lifted. Then I mixed a scoop of Hemavol with RecoverPro and drank that on the way to the gym and in the gym.

The pace for chest was quick like it was supposed to be. When it came to biceps got a little too relaxed on the pace at times. Honestly when doing the preacher curls I had nothing left.

Plus I worked out with my friend Chris. Who I grew up with and joke around with a lot. Not a bad person to lift with but stories tend to get told. I wont be suprised when I am sore tomorrow and the next day though.
 
I always take a GDA before bed with some BCAAs. Some slinsane and ALA are my favorites.

Just for the record I make my own slinsane :)

Kind of figured that is what you meant but wasnt sure. I take the Dexa as soon as I wake up.

About to go hit back by myself. Might throw traps in too not sure yet. Taking my Ipod with me to keep me company. Chest is SORE today and so are biceps.

Haha no I honestly mostly just deadlift on cycle. If I do deadlift off cycle it isnt any kind of maxing. Plus for some reason I have been feeling weak as of late. Not sure if it is because my strength doesnt translate well to volume or if I have actually gotten weaker. All I know is it is SCARY.

Today I ended up doing back by myself and then triceps with this crazy guy who is in love with volume. Figure that would meet my requirement of volume and I assumed right.

Back:
T-bar rows, neutral grip lat pull downs, and machine pullover
Triceps:
A blur of exercises with endless amount of volume. I think my triceps started to reject the blood haha.

I may not like volume workouts but my body is definitely feeling them.

Didnt get enough sleep last night but it was cut short because I had to wake up and do something.

My moods seem to be stronger if that makes sense. When I am happy I am really happy, but when I am mad I am REALLY mad and short tempered. Doubled edged sword that is for sure.

All aside, I find dexaprine doesn't really get my heart up too much. It definitely makes me more "in tune" with what I'm doing, but the stimulus effect is not as bad as some other stims/fat loss supps.

Well I will be going to a commercial fitness center. They will lack some of the equipment and will certainly be more crowded. Although they might actually have girls that look decent. Girls at my current gym are not usually attractive, rare, or with their SUPER huge bfs/husbands. I figure being around attractives girls when I lift might get me a little more motivated to try and look better. I love my current gym, but other than a few machines and being able to do deadlifts it could be better. The place isnt exactly clean and the bathrooms forever smell will people use the floor.

Ya it isnt an overwhelming stim feeling. Only when it is broken in half do I feel it has an overpowering stim.

That is about how I would feel it I felt Dexaprine all at once.

Woke up feeling pretty refreshed as far as sleep goes. Cant recall any dreams or anything. Did wake up with a bit of a chub that didnt want to go away. My body feels like I was run over by a reindeer. Havent been this sore in a while. Quads finally feel back to normal, but I think that is mainly because my upper body is so wrecked.

I think I am just going to do a heaping scoop of the Maximize V2 today. When I do chest I will try 2ish.

Been eating considerably cleaner lately. Just had 3 eggs and an egg beater which is the equivalent of 2 eggs. Followed that up with some brussels sprouts.
 
Shoulders and trap yesterday.

Scheduling did not workout well. My triceps were still fried. Don't feel like the workout was up to par. Felt so weak just because I was still so sore.

Still getting used to this again. Might just do cardio today. Will add calves to quads and hamstrings. I don't think anything could afford an extra beating.
 
Sounds like you need some rest.. Take a day off it's ok contrary to popular belief it won't kill you :p try eating some cookies. It's really helping me! Lol

Haha funny you should mention cookies. I just had some butter cookies. So damn good, but that was enough. Earlier I had eggs with ham and chicken breast I cooked up last night plus some brussels sprouts.

I ended up taking the day completely off. Kind of just happened that way. Didnt fall asleep like I wanted to last night so I decided against taking Dexaprine today. Figured if I had there was not way I was going to sleep tonight. I have to wake up early enough tomorrow to go to church.

Nothing workout related but I just had the most interesting and eye opening conversation of my LIFE. I got my best friend back tonight. I hope to never lose him again.

I had written a long paragraph detailing what happened, but I think it was a bit too personal. It felt good to type it out though. Basically he finally seems like he wants to quit the drugs. Plus found out some stuff I didnt know.

Oh and he is probably not a good person to ask for advice on girls. His advice was just hang back and when they come to you talk to them and they will give you their number. I guess it is that easy when you are pretty.

I'm doing weekly updates on the log, life is busy at the moment and time is short :sad: I will try my best to keep the log alive :thumbsup:

A while back on how to pick chicks up. It got way out of hand but had a lot of good tip actually. My advice when it comes to girls is tan regularly, whiten your teeth, have a sense of style, don't let your abs get to far out of sight and what works for me is ignoring them / being a dick. I arrested this college chick one time and she requested me on Facebook, lol

Still not sure on the gains yet. People say I look like I have lost weight, but the scale hasnt moved. Hard to be sure where strength is on this kind of routine. The rests are so short I barely recover and have to drop the weights. I fill a few shirts out nicely, but I have never really had a problem looking big in clothes.
