I am liking 8ml a day guys. My protocol is 2ml with my morning shake, 2ml at lunch, 2ml an hour preworkout, and 2ml about 4-5 hours later with my last meal.

Weigh in: 216 lbs


Shoulder press:
105x12, 135x8, 155x5, 185x5, 205x5, 195x5, 175x5, 155x10

Bent over BB rows:
135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 215x10, 225x5, rest 20 seconds, 2 more reps
I realized that my 215lb loaded bar wasn't 225 about 10 seconds after I set it down, so I immediately stacked on two 5's and hit 225 lol.

Seated lat pulldowns WIDE grip:
145x16, 135x15, 125x22
SUPERSET WITH

Standing front DB raises:
30'sx12, 30x12, 30x12

Reverse flyes (rear delts):
No idea what weight I used here, but I hit 20 reps, 15 reps, stripped, 12, stripped, 10, done.
SUPERSET WITH

Standing reverse grip cable pulldowns (slight bend in elbows, pull down to waist, then pull towards body):
20 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps

Machine Flyes:
20 SQUEEZED OUT reps, strip, 15, strip 10, DONE

Had a great workout. Took Focus XT this time so no pump, and I was still jacked, good sign.
Felt very strong and focused, no headaches or anything, it was all around awesome!

I am sorry the whole 5x5 style has been so screwed up this last week. The holidays kinda threw me off. Gonna hit legs and maybe some lower back tomorrow and then monday I promise I will be back to the 5x5 full body work.

Things are looking very promising though, as you can see, there is a weight increase, my appetite is HUGE now, I feel hypo between meals which may say something for the glycogen storing potential of P-Bold, and my strength is great :)

Going to stick to 5x5 for this whole cycle so everyone can see how much I can gain on a 5x5, and because I have honestly never done this style before.
In PCT I think I will switch it up to something similar to 5x5 but more volume and not so much focused on strength. Wanna keep the muscles taxed and confused, but I don't want to stress the CNS to the point of muscle loss.

Hmm. Bump it up to 30mgs. I failed my 395x5 dead. Probably due to poor hip flexibility. I'm bumping up to 30mgs till I die from today. No joke lol.

Well my epicness on deads was held to a minimum thanks to my epicness on back. Chest didn't seem too strong today but after a long busy weekend with no lifting and below maint calories I didn't expect a strength gain. If anything I primed my pecs for my next chest workout.


Flat bench:
135x10, 155x7, 175x5, 195x5, 245x3, 265x3, rest 20, 1 more rep, strip to 225x5, strip, 205x5, strip, 135x12, rest 20, 135x8.

Bent over BB rows:
135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 225x7, pause at bottom 3 seconds, 2 more reps, pause for 3, 2 more reps, rest 20, 2 reps.

Good workout man, I'm definitely thinking about changing how I do things to mimic more of your "5X5" workout. Seems like it would be fun to mix it up rather then do certain areas each day. I've always been told to get the blood flowing to "one" specific area other wise your cutting your gains short to that area. Everybody has a different opinion though.
 
I'm all about that weight gain! I want to use the max amount of P Bold I can for the longest time frame I can handle. Lets see if this cycle makes it in next month's AM newsletter :-p

Cycles per bottle...1 four week cycle at 4ml/day.

5x5 is good. Like it. Look up hst training so you can see the benefits of training full body. When trying to grow I think that type of training is best. So far I'm the heaviest and leanest (well for this weight) than ever and I use a very similar program. Pretty much 5x5 with some high rep stuff on off days to help with getting blood around. I love it.

Btw, when does your pct start? Are you gonna bridge into something else?

Tryin to hit the gym...was gonna hit the tanner first. Brought the GF with me for her first time being at the one I go to. She couldn't find her I.d. so we had to go look for it...just talked to Ruby Tuesday's and they have it from last night but WONT GIVE IT BACK til they see another form of I.d.
I'm about to drive over there and fight someone for it lol. How ignorant.

PCT??? LOL I actually forgot all about that! Been having so much fun with this lately. I am going to be a champ and run this til Jan 30th, giving me 8-9 weeks on it. If I'm getting huge gains in week 8 I just may run it 10 weeks, I do have enough.
And then I can hit PCT hard and heavy, and then accidentally get too excited about another cycle and skip my 4 week "off" period lol.

Today's lifts--

Incline DB press:
40'sx10, 50x7, 60x5, 75x5, 85x10 (guess it's time to hit the 100's on inclines lol)

Smith shoulder press with no back support:
105x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 175x5 (really wasn't feeling good with shoulders today)

Squats:
135x10, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, 265x5 (this may be a PR, will have to check)

All I had time for, and I gave it my BEYOND all today, was exhausted after this and probably would have puked doing more work than this.
Felt pretty good!
Still at 8ml/day.
I am thinking about doing deads every workout from now on, 3 days a week, and when I get to my 2 day off period I will use one of them for shoulders, bi's, and tri's, all for the pump/isolation.
Sound like a plan??
 
So long as it doesn't affect getting new prs every week then add um in!! I am playing with rep ranges now in the main 3 to maximize volume and strength. :)
