When I read Hammer curls I read it IN THE RACK . . . . I hate those guys doing there curls in the squat rack! But I love/hate running curls down the rack, insane pump at the end that HURTS!

I'm all about that weight gain! I want to use the max amount of P Bold I can for the longest time frame I can handle. Lets see if this cycle makes it in next month's AM newsletter :-p

You ever notice any headaches while on slin-sane?

I feel like that's where mine are coming from and I almost want to sell it off because of that.

Just saw ur pm broseph. I don't notice any but I've heard of it happening to people on Anabeta. Read up, I can't really remember what was causing it but its very interesting regardless. If you want to sell them, I will buy them at the right price :)

Prob going hypo....what are you eating after dosing? How many carbs?
 
With Slin Sane it could actually be a hypo related effect from not getting enough carbs with your meal, but I think with Anabeta it was something different. Still worth asking a Genomyx rep maybe. High BP is gay!!!!

I'll have to stop a few things....
I'm on an AndroMass & decavol cycle along with some animal m-stak. It could be from the AndroMass...

I usually try and get a good 40g carbs in. I admit they are not all complex 100% of the time. The headaches have been before and after dosing... I'm take a break from stims... Cause even on off days with no stim use I have a headache...

It's trial an error.... Asking my question maybe made me notice it may not be the slin-sane....

When I go on cycle my bp actually goes down lol.

I think the appetite is increasing. I might not have brought enough food to work today. I drank my 700 cal shake at 6 and was hungry not even an hour later. Usually that thing has me feeling lazy til 8, but not today!
Also starting to feel that day long pump in my biceps, and more alpha. My lats are starting to want to stay flared all the time lol, that's how I know it's working.

Also in regards to libido, I think P5sky asked me about that. I have no comment as to good or bad bro, just seems to be the same as day one, very good sign since im at 8ml a day!!!! ATD suppression at a minimum :)

wow that sounds amazing.... Good stuff on the pumps, appetite increasing, and libido. Sdrol has pretty much killed my libido, but I dont really mind... haha.
 
See that's one thing that didn't really hit me too hard with sdrol was libido issues. I figured the androhard would help fix it for u but maybe u need to just dose some DAA?
Perform by AI should help too. Or cialis ;)

I might start adding in DAA soon. When Sunday hits that will be 4 weeks on Mdrol lol. I think Im going one more week then hit AH for the last week at 6-9 caps (I have manko's left over AH lol). <- I should have wrote that in my log... anyway I know you speak highly of Perform... Cialis.. I dont think I need it THAT much lol. Isn't that stuff kinda pricey?

Alice is dirt cheap with the right source. Also...you wont need it every day unless ur a nympho lol. A 30 cap supply could last you 3 months or more!!
DAA+Perform is a great "performance" stack, and adding the alice (optional) will just add some extra innings at the end of the ball game lol.

Just another quick update...I need to hit the cafeteria for lunch :( I already burned thru my preworkout meal, so now I have to sub in one of my other meals, leaving me one meal short today lol.
I ate my MRP bar at 9 and by 10 was starving again, almost going hypo, like I couldn't focus. So I got back to the fridge at 10:30 and ate my preworkout meal.
the cafeteria here actually makes really good food, but the thing is the corporation has the cooks adhere to this stupid health food plan, so they make meals that are under 400 calories. I would estimate 85% of the work force here is out of shape and has no idea of what nutrition is. Last time I went up there, I heard a bigger girl asking if they could sub a whole wheat roll in place of texas toast for her 1/4 lb angus burger with fried jalapeno rings and 4 slices of cheese. I don't know how to explain to people that after that point, the type of bread is not going to be the factor between healthy and not.
Anyways, I have to go there today and get 2 meals for my one meal lol.
I am happy with this appetite though and am confident it is a result of the P Bold, as there have been no other factors in play.

I've been noticing that type of feeling too, I don't eat equals me getting head aches ear aches and the shakes.
Lucky to have a cafeteria at your job! My old job had one as well. My new job went from 1 hour meal periods down to half, but we still get to leave and go out and buy food if wr choose.


Man I just wish I had some crazy muscle building genetics that would allow me to eat WTF ever I wanted and just lift and look damn good!

This is really user based. I had libido up till I hit 20mgs... Then it went down hill. BUT, I am a lot more in tuned with girls around me. I am hornier... just the buddy down stairs is like... meh... how about you just use other methods? haha. Hard to explain. Manko though.... felt it at like day 3 on 10mgs. And hasnt recovered yet... Granted his strength gains were out of this world....

Wow, you sir are strong. I could barely keep upright when I had 185. But then again.. I got a weak core. FL3X on the other hand... is a beast.
 
I am liking 8ml a day guys. My protocol is 2ml with my morning shake, 2ml at lunch, 2ml an hour preworkout, and 2ml about 4-5 hours later with my last meal.

Weigh in: 216 lbs


Shoulder press:
105x12, 135x8, 155x5, 185x5, 205x5, 195x5, 175x5, 155x10

Bent over BB rows:
135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 215x10, 225x5, rest 20 seconds, 2 more reps
I realized that my 215lb loaded bar wasn't 225 about 10 seconds after I set it down, so I immediately stacked on two 5's and hit 225 lol.

Seated lat pulldowns WIDE grip:
145x16, 135x15, 125x22
SUPERSET WITH

Standing front DB raises:
30'sx12, 30x12, 30x12

Reverse flyes (rear delts):
No idea what weight I used here, but I hit 20 reps, 15 reps, stripped, 12, stripped, 10, done.
SUPERSET WITH

Standing reverse grip cable pulldowns (slight bend in elbows, pull down to waist, then pull towards body):
20 reps, 20 reps, 15 reps

Machine Flyes:
20 SQUEEZED OUT reps, strip, 15, strip 10, DONE

Had a great workout. Took Focus XT this time so no pump, and I was still jacked, good sign.
Felt very strong and focused, no headaches or anything, it was all around awesome!

I am sorry the whole 5x5 style has been so screwed up this last week. The holidays kinda threw me off. Gonna hit legs and maybe some lower back tomorrow and then monday I promise I will be back to the 5x5 full body work.

Things are looking very promising though, as you can see, there is a weight increase, my appetite is HUGE now, I feel hypo between meals which may say something for the glycogen storing potential of P-Bold, and my strength is great :)

Going to stick to 5x5 for this whole cycle so everyone can see how much I can gain on a 5x5, and because I have honestly never done this style before.
In PCT I think I will switch it up to something similar to 5x5 but more volume and not so much focused on strength. Wanna keep the muscles taxed and confused, but I don't want to stress the CNS to the point of muscle loss.

You should dude! Maybe stack them both for 2 weeks since it takes a bit for the P-Bold to really unleash, then run it solo? That'd be tight!
And you know me and my superdrol stash, always willing to make a trade so someone can bridge a cycle last minute haha
