***FEEDBACK on The ONE***

With all this great feedback, i cant wait to run mine. I'll be starting at the end of this month and will be running Prime and 2nd Gear in my PCT, as well as some nolva on hand...just in case lol
 
So took my last dose of TO today kind of a sad day for me LOL Been just eating an resting up the last few days getting ready to go into PCT rested an ready to go.
As of this morning after 35 days on TO my weight has gone from a lean 234 to a slighty leaner 264 so exactly 30 pounds, which has exceeded my expections by far i was hoping for a solid 12-15lbs without putting on to much fat but what i got was quite remarkable.

To me this felt very very mild in terms of sides cause i got none besides back pumps on the occasional leg day other than that it was all good. In only 35 days my body composition has been altered dramatically in putting on 30 pounds i can say without a doubt that it was ALL lbm (muscle,water,glycogen) at what ratios no idea i never felt bloated so not much water id say my true lean mucle gains are in the high teens we'll see how much water/glycogen i drop in PCT. Most mornings id wake up very dry an vascular and flat as though i havent had a carb in a week but my daily intake was 500-600 everyday so id say this stuff repartitions like no other but it doesnt get stored very long it gets used up quick building new muscle energy etc. so i dont feel like im holding lots of glycogen either.

Gains were most visable in the traps shoulder and chest my arms are also much fuller an well my ass grew lol i like to squat so oh well. Strength gains were also great to give an idea starting squat was 325 5 sets of 10 i finished up at 410 for the same reps an sets. DB Bench went from 110 5 sets of 8 to 150 same reps an sets.

So to say i love TO is an understament i can't wait to run it again. Pleaze can i haz sum morzzz........

Holy ****... 30 lean lbs + enormous strength gains... do you have any before/after pics?
 
Was that The One along with Dbol and Test? lol Those are high, borderline seemingly impossible gains in 35 days.
Haha nahh just TO an lots of FOOD im an athlete so training is my job i dont have the distractions normal guys have kids wife etc so i could just devote 5 weeks to this cycle. my training an diet were perfect but yeah i know its pretty crazy i've never posted much here before this but i just felt like i should give this feedback cause of the gains i was getting which i was also kinda shocked by as well.

If anyone is wondering NO im not affliated with AN in anyway just a guy who used their product an got some crazy gains. Started PCT today lets now see how much i keep, the real test.
 
If I put on 30 Lbs with this.... I would be at my weight goal ^.^ (tho its low compared to what most want)

It will be interesting with claims like this, I will be doing it myself next month.

Look through the logs to see what different individuals are using; most people are into PCT now.

2nd GEAR and Sustain Alpha would be ok together. Others may have more input.
 
What is the response to the ergo-log report that this is outdated DHT and is good for aggression, but not for muscle building?

So here it goes, time for my final review.. Just so everyone knows, I had my blood work done a few hours ago, so I should have the results within the next 3 days; I will post the results immediately. Also, I will have follow up blood work done a month after completing PCT. Today was my first day on PCT, I will keep the log updated with results (gains, sides, losses, weight, etc).. Now, onto the review..

‘The One’ Review

Starting dry weight: 170lbs
Ending dry weight: 181lbs (FINALLY broke an almost yr long plateau)


Muscle Hardness
Honestly, being my first (and probably only PH), I have nothing else to compare this to but.. my muscles have NEVER felt harder. It was truly ridiculous how hard my muscles felt to the touch, it was absolutely incredible. I really hope my muscles continue to stay this hard, I have faith in myself, I will keep up my training/diet/pct to the T.

Muscle Gain
As you can see in the pictures, I definitely gained muscle mass. Unfortunately I took those pictures a short time after eating, but I can assure you that I had more abs AFTER running the one, than I did before starting the one. Also, I don’t do any ab work, haha, I let compound lifts work them, I just don’t care about ‘em that much. In other words, I believe the one cut down my body fat, and promoted lean muscle mass development. As of today, I’ve gained 11lbs of dry muscle mass from the one which I am definitely thrilled about; my lean mass gains have been noticed by my family and friends.

Pumps
The pumps while on the one were SUPERB. I really had some skin breaking pumps going on; I never left the gym without a pump in whatever muscle(s) I was working. The only downside to the pump was a few times when I got it REAL hard in the lower back… already having a history of minor lower back issues, I believe it was easily irritated by the pump the one provided. Fortunately, it got a bit better as time went on, I just had to warm up a little longer, stretch a bit more and take a bit longer of a rest period in between sets. But, overall, the pump on the one was awesome no doubt.

Strength
Not lifting very hard/consistently for a few months before starting the one, I was really surprised how fast my strength shot up. A few of my lifts weren’t as heavy as they were last ‘season,’ but many of them surpassed previous numbers, and I felt SOLID on every rep. That’s one of the thing I really enjoyed about the one.. even on days where I felt like I was ‘tired,’ and really had no desire to lift, I was blown away by how easy it was to rep out the weight that I was focused SO hard on pushing the week before. I made some good strong gains while on the one. Since I was doing more of a volume training routine, I could only imagine how much stronger someone could get using the one while strength training. Awesome!

Endurance
Since I don’t partake in cardio anymore (just 3 years ago I was running 90 miles a week, weighing only 120-125lbs; my metabolism is still a racecar), I really couldn’t test the one in terms of cardio from running, swimming, biking, etc. But I can tell you this much, I have been off of pre-workout stimulates for over a year now, and working out on the one kept me in the zone, in the gym, just as long as when I would be ‘wired’ on a pre-workout stim, except this time I was focused and not feeling cracked out, racing heart rate, etc. So I would say that my ‘muscle endurance’ while on the one was definitely stimulated in a positive way.

Motivation/Focus
The first few days I really noticed a GREAT increase in motivation and focus. As time went on, it became less apparent, but I am assuming it’s because I just got used to the effects. In the gym, my focus was through the roof. While listening to my IPOD, I could EASILY get myself pissed off and REALLY focus on my lifts, I felt REALLY strong, and VERY motivated. Thinking about it now gets me way stoked, I wanna smash some weights!

Mood
This was one of my FAVORITE changes. Prior to the one, I was feeling kinda ‘down and out,’ I was literally taking blow after blow and life pretty much seemed like it was really going down in the dumps, until.. I started the one. Honestly, I haven’t had ONE mood swing, or felt horrible AT ALL since starting the one. I’d say I’ve been more ‘on the ball,’ ready to take on the world. I don’t know if perhaps my feelings before could be in correlation with my ‘lower’ total test levels reported on my pre-cycle blood work? Perhaps. If so, I really hope my PCT helps to kick test production in big time and keep me up in the zone. It sucks feeling like a zombie! And really, I could say that I have a better overall feeling of myself now, almost like a new level of acceptance, a new level of freedom, a new level of confidence. Thank you AN!

Appetite
In the first 2 weeks, my appetite was THROUGH the ROOF. It felt a easier to put away more food down the hatch most definitely. As the days went on, it seemed to level off, but every few days or so, I would be craving large amounts of food once again. The problem with me is, sometimes I don’t have time to spread my meals out, so I have to force a few LARGE meals in, instead of spreading it out into multiple meals throughout the day. Thus, I would get to the point where I would almost gag because there was so much food inside me.. talk about appetite killer! Not to mention, the more food in my stomach, the longer it takes to breakdown, so it takes longer for me to be able to recover and eat more. As far as intake, I stayed around 4000-4500 calories daily; before I was taking in around 3000-3500 daily. My average daily caloric intake I’d say was around 1k over how much I was previously taking in.

Health related/Side effects
Really, I didn’t notice anything. I had a few paranoid episodes of gyno (never had gyno before), hair loss, etc. but really, I didn’t experience any of the above (besides some minor facial acne from increased oil production). Hopefully during PCT I won’t experience any of the above (besides expected minor acne). As soon as my blood work comes back, I will compare my pre-cycle values with my post-cycle values, as well as my final values (which will be taken a month after PCT completion). Also, I noticed a few people talking about how their ‘core’ felt like it was heating up big time. I actually didn’t notice this even once while on the one, maybe mine is always heated up? Or maybe it just didn’t affect me. Other than that, I experienced some minor joint discomfort, which was taken care of by increasing my fish oil intake (along with taking joint support). Therefore, as previously stated.. Side effects were virtually non-existent.

Sleep
I really didn’t have any sleep issues; I usually toss and turn for 30min to an hr before I fall asleep in bed. Once I was out, I was out for the count hah. The one didn’t seem to really interfere with my sleep at all. As far as lethargy from the one, I usually become tired in the afternoon after eating a big lunch, in which this never changed while on cycle. Therefore, I didn’t really notice any change in sleeping while on the one.

Summary
In conclusion, I am very happy with my experience using ‘the one.’ Again, this was my first prohormone (possibly the only PH I will ever run) and I was extremely satisfied with not only the science behind the product, but AN as a corporation and as a ‘supportive family.’ Being able to receive help/information from AN reps regarding the cycle really made this whole experience that much more ‘personal.’. I honestly thought I would never run a prohormone.. that is, until I found out about ‘the one.’ I’d like to send out a special thanks to Jeff from AN for talking with me about ‘the one’ at this past body fit expo for probably over an hr; Jeff is a very nice knowledgeable dude, thanks a lot man. I’d also like to send out thanks to all the rest of the AN reps/staff that helped me out (EasyEJL, Guejsn and others) and a special thanks to Dirk (rms80) for answering my seemingly never ending questions regarding the one starting back in January.

So would I recommend ‘the one’ to others? Absolutely. But do it right, prepare yourself for the cycle, make a game plan, make sure you have everything laid out and ready to go. As Dirk initially told me, once you get into the game, it’s hard to get out. In other words, be smart about it, separate yourself from the crowd and do it right. Don’t be a tool bag! A lot of guys have been asking about strength gains on the ONE...well I can speak from personal experience now that it can enhance your strength quite a bit. I was going through my 5x5 session last night (Power Cleans, Squats, Bench Press, Dead lifts) and what I accomplished on the bench really made me a true believer. I put up 375 for 2 without too much of a struggle once I was done with my sets of 5 (that is not the special part though because doing 375 is nothing new to me as my PR is 405...). However, I felt really good and I wanted more so I put 275 on the bar and squeezed out 10 reps. Mind you, this is after 5 sets of 5@300 and then the 2 reps@ 375. I got to 8 reps and then the burn really kicked in and I fought through two more reps. The significant point here is...that’s how much it took to really wear me out. Something I will also point out from my experience...doing high volume high intensity training does not elicit as much of a response from me while on the ONE. For me, it is when I lift really heavy that I can really feel a difference. One last thing...definitely recommending that everyone pickup a bottle of Osteo-Sport if they plan on running the ONE and lifting heavy...with the new found strength and power...DOMS and sore joints kick your ass! LOL.
 
ive gone a good amount of posts on this thread, and still really can't find any measurements, im honestly tired of hearing about i gained 7 pounds or i gained 10 pounds, weight is not really a true indicator of size gains...

does anyone have any before/after measurements they can share????????

for instance ARMS/CHEST/CALVES/NECK/LEGS/ETC.
 
Here is my review of my One cycle. I figured I should just post it here instead of making a new thread.

Background: This is my first ph cycle. While I have taken essentially every other supplement known to man, I stayed away from PH/DS until I felt like my body was “ready.” I needed to put in more natural work before jumping on the bandwagon. Now that I feel like I am more than sufficiently educated on them, I will continue to run responsible cycles in the future.

Goal for cycle: I just finished a winter bulk so I wasn’t exactly trying to pack on the pounds. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t too concerned with my weight at all. I was more leaning towards shedding some BF and adding some muscle, but not an “all out” cut. I did keep an eye on my weight so I could reference, but due to my low/moderate carb diet, I knew I wasn’t going to put on a ton of pounds as some users have. Basically, I wanted to improve my overall physique/body comp.

Other supps while one cycle:
AN Complete Balance, AN Omega Essentials, AN BIO Mend, AN Neo Var, and Whey Protein.

My Review:
Muscle Hardness: This was noticeable from about day 2. My muscles were definitely harder and fuller. The feeling is something that I will miss while off cycle. It’s like an all day pump!

Muscle Gain: I felt like I did have an increase of overall LBM with The One. My measurements increased as well as my overall muscle size. I did gain around 8-9 lbs on cycle.

Pumps: Pumps were increased while on cycle. They came on a lot faster than before and were more intense. I seemed like I had a better mind/muscle connection.

Strength: As many other users have said, strength was increased in a major way on The One. I hit PR’s it seemed like every week. The One really shined in this category.

Vascularity: I have never been vascular in my life. Maybe a little more so when I was 140 lbs in high school but not since then. It’s just not in my genes. BUT, while on cycle I saw veins (given they were still small) that I haven’t seen since high school. This could be attributed to lowering my BF but I think The One also played a large part in this. Hopefully, it was because of my BF so that I can retain this off cycle.

Focus and Motivation/Mood/Aggression: This is tricky, I am always a very motivated guy. So yes, I was very motivated and focused on cycle. But since I was seeing my body change, of course I would be. But I will say the mood enhancing aspect really is noticeable. It was awesome! The alpha feeling is something I will also miss while off cycle. As far as aggression goes, maybe a little increase. But that’s a hard effect to tell whether it’s placebo or real.

Sides: I experienced next to no sides while on cycle. I only had one back pump and the lethargy was very mild. Since I was on a low carb diet, this could also be part of the culprit. Other than that, I had no acne, no hair loss, no prostate issues, nothing.

Final Impression: Well, to sum it up I’ll put it this way. I was able to lower BF and put on 8-9 lbs of LBM in the process. You can ask for much more than that out of a 4 week cycle. I know I could have packed a lot of weight on if I had the right diet, but weight wasn’t my goal. Improving my physique was my goal and The one did a very good job in only 4 short weeks. I will definitely run this compound again in the future. I plan to try out PP’s 1T Tren in the fall but I will run the One multiple more times as well.
Monday will be my last dose and I will begin cutting after that. I know some might not think cutting during PCT is the best thing, but I will essentially stay with my same diet, just increase the cardio. Because of this, I think it will be fine.

You did a great recomp, Tyler :thumbsup: Do you know what the loss of % BF was?

If you're staying on the same diet that you used on-cycle, be careful that you don't overdo the cardio during PCT; especially since you lost bodyfat on-cycle.

Other than that, have a smooth PCT :)
 
According to my OMRON scale (which I know is kinda bogus but it's a good baseline) I lost about 4% bf.

Guejsn, I have some Lean Xtreme/ RPN DCP for my cut. I think this will be OK during PCT, do you think so?

Also, do you care to PM me you cardio recomendations for cutting?

If your starting and end results were done in as close as possible physical/time condition as each other, then they can be comparable re progress (although yes, wouldn't be accurate).

I am getting ready to start my first PH cycle with THE ONE... I will be using THE ONE primarily to bulk... Quick question though-im planning on a cutting cycle afterwards-any recommendations on what to use during this time period?

Recommendations on a cutting cycle? Make sure that you get your DIET dialled in 100% and you should be FINE. Add in resistance training (and maybe some HIIT cardio). Supplements should be the basic staples. Unless you are <10% BF when you start your cutting cycle, then you don't need a fat burner.

I would run something other than just NAC for your liver, The One is methylated so it'll stress your liver something chronic.

AI's Cycle support or CEL's Cycle Assist on cycle, would be fine and use Post Cycle Assist (CEL) or Cycle Support (AI) during PCT.

You could look into Liv 52 as well and SAMe as other general liver protectants (high dose fish oil is also a good one).

Yes. As a personal preference you might want to take something as a precaution (some have), although it's not completely necessary. Check out the logs and see what the loggers have been using.

No you're completely right, I missed that, the AN reps did recommend not to use Saw Palmetto.

However, you could still use the other ingredients and in my personal experience, I would highly advise others that conduct a methylated, oral cycle do so. I don't feel milk thistle alone is sufficient but others may feel different. Pre and post cycle bloodwork is crucial in determining what you do and don't need in terms of cycle support.

Your liver has pretty remarkable regenerative capabilities but I would gladly sacrifice a few gains to keep it's health maintained.

As always though, it's down to personal preference. Rosie's provided sound advice and knows the compound better than I do. Cycle safe ;)

No you're completely right, I missed that, the AN reps did recommend not to use Saw Palmetto.

no offense to the people running those logs or anything/anyone else, but the only measurements ive seen come from two old dudes trying to loose weight....

Well why don't you PM some of the loggers then, see if they did any measurements other than what they mentioned in their logs.
 
how was your body after the first cycle? did you keep all of your gains even after you stopped taking "the one"?

I'll add my take...This is for review purposes only.

I ran The One for the past 4 weeks, and absoutely LOVED it. The first thing I noticed were the pumps and hardness. I took absolutely no NO specific products for this months and had the best pumps, hardness and fullness ever. My muscles turned to granite around 4 days in. Vascularity stayed high through a less than optimal diet(budget/life). I couldn't lift for about 10 days in the middle of the cycle due to again, life, and I still progressed that week.

In the gym, mentality and focus were solid. MMC was more pronounced. Strength shot through the ROOF..I just hit 305 x 5 on flat bench yesterday and havent flat benched that heavy in a while. I added some awesome size to my arms that drew alot of comments, and was much needed.

Outside the gym, coordination and speed both increased as well as recovery. I started playing semi pro football 2 weeks ago, and I can tell I'm already moving better and more crisply.

Libido stayed high throughout as did mood considering circumstances.

The only side I noticed was a slight headache for the first week, and that subsided.

All in all, excellent cycle, excellent results despite subpar circumstances hitting mid cycle. I gained a total of 14lbs and I'd say bf% stayed the same, if not a little lower.

...As far as the One goes: Wow. I've NEVER tried anything that works like it did. I will absolutely run it again. Strenght was through the roof, mood was awesome and the fat was dropping. I finished up 10 lbs, 8 of which i still have. The PCT I'm doing (2nd Gear, IGF-2, Drive, RPM, and Neovar) is blowing my mind. Add to the fact that The One gave me no shutdown, this PCT has me getting spontaneous wood regularly like a 12 year old, the boys are always hanging very low, and I feel great, other than my nose. lol I've kept my strength gains...
 
You want measurements as if they're somehow telling more of a story than any other type of result they're speaking of... Do you honestly think you can see a difference between 18 and 18.5 inches in arms? There are so many variables to taking measurements that they are just as ambiguous as anything else you've already seen in mine or anyone else's review/log.
 
In case anyone cares week 2 of pct is winding down for me the first few days i had a quick loss of 4 pounds water gylcogen a lil fat tigher cause of water loss, so from 264 down to 260 and ive held that weight steady for the last 8-9 days i've got a good recomp going so i see no reason for my weight to drop anymore it looks like ill be holding on to 26 pounds from this cycle my diet right now is soley to mantain that weight and get a lilttle recomp going an its going nicely, pct consists of dt 2010 at 6 caps ed, lean xtreme and 2nd gear at night.

Training: Been INTENSE! I have cracked this week a PB on the following:
Squat
Leg Press
Dead
Lat Pulldown

Body composition and Look: Tighter!
Muscle Hardness: Def increased.. specially around delts and legs
Vascularity: Slightly up, especially when training..
Strength: Lifting seems easy now.. ie; Legs Tuesday my PR for 8 on Squat was 125kg, it went up SO easy I went to 130 and then had to go to 135, it could have went higher.. looking forward to Tuesday

Co-ordination: N/A
Quality of Training: Really really good!
Mood/Aggression: Ok, Same?!
Libido: Not Sure.. I am usually toey at the best of times.. maybe slightly down?
Joints: Knees arent liking it, but that could also be PR Squat Related

Final weight was 178lbs a 13lb gain over 4 weeks. Delts are noticably larger. Arms and calves are larger and more solid than ever. I dont exactly see the pounds everywhere. But I feel them. Shirts are tighter, jeans are snug on my quads. Wife has commented on the width of my back, and the veins that seem to be popping out of my legs and forearms. Overall I would say that I am happy with the gains at the final day of the cycle.

Side effects.

I did have some problems with my b/p at the start of the cycle. It was hard to concentrate in the beginning. I upped my dosage on Niacin to 3000mg, Milk Thistle 2240mg, Hawthorne berry 2260mg. Blood pressure dropped down to acceptable levels. Back pumps went from annoying to just about unbearable. Torwards the last 7-10 days of the cycle deadlifts and squats were almost to difficult to complete. I upped my dosage of Taurine to 3000mg, but it had little if any effect.

Overall I am pleased with everything, and at cycle end I am very satisfied with the results...I have to admit that I have been in a far better mood than normal. Again, even my wife has commented on my level of excitement over the past month. If I keep the majority of my gains I will have no problem recommending this PH.
 
I'm having these great workouts, however my muscles are tightening up so much during my workout. It's to the point where I'm lifting a significant lower weight. (Mostly in my arms and chest) In no way shape of form do I feel like I'm getting cheated because I'm still working them out to failure but...... I'd have to say I'm stumped! Any suggestions would be very helpful. I'd say for sure this week my muscle tightness has been at an all time high, the're like rocks.

I'd drop the V12 preworkout, you can still take it off days, or even post workout.

Thanks, I'll try to take post workout instead. I guess I'm not sure why this would be an issue 3 weeks into it. Very interested in what your physiological thoughts might be?
 
Just moreso that overall the pumps + hardness are still increasing from your use of The ONE, so the pump agents in V12 are just causing more hardness on top of that.
