EvoMuse MyoSynergy

I think I'm going to keep a minilog myself. Matt was kind enough to hook me up with myosynergy, virile mane enhanced, a freaking awesome evomuse t-shirt, and even b12 strips (how did you know I have intrinsic factor issues? :D). I will use myosynergy solo first then experiment with the addition of amentoflavone and cistanche deserticola, which both appear to complement the formula quite nicely

Will be it be public mini-log? If so, can you link back to this thread?
 
Was thinking on the exact same wave length. I was contemplating Amentomax and AnaBeta Elite with my MyoSynergy next, but I do need to try out Cistamax as well. :o

Im doing all 3 with Myo strength has been amazing on all of my lifts this week since starting. weighted pullups, bent rows, incline bench, squats, deads, everything. im cutting to, this will be my go to for cuts from now on for strength retention/recomping. i think Cistamax is great if your doing lots of volume from what i have understood from the write up, which is what im doing while running myo

i think Amentomaxx alone would be more than enough if cutting though for budget wise users. downside AnaBeta Elite + Myo been making me hungry as fuark lol

Yeah public. I'm not gonna clutter it with my lifts and stuff (nor do I have the time to do so). Just gonna report each time I perceive an effect, and when that effect intensifies, weakens, etc

[FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]How one looks is really a function of how CONSISTENT they are with training and dieting. I unfortunately lack consistency due to my messed up schedule. At present I'm 192 lbs, cutting, roughly 13% BF. I haven't tested my big 3 recently but I've done 375x1 squat (ATG, not full but ATG, usually within 1 inch of touching the ground with my butt), 265x2 bench, and 495x3 deadlift. So my lower body is much more developed than my upper body, probably because time off between sessions is more conducive to lower body gains while with upper body, you really need to hit it consistently in my experience.[/FONT]

Just ordered 2 packs of myosynergy coulda sworn it was cheaper this morning when I was browsing at work. Ugh.

Anyway are these packs labeled right 7 caps per serving or are we supposed to do 10 I don't know which "version" these are from the wrongly filled caps dilemma

id say for any non enhanced natty, x2 a week with low volume upper + lower strength/Rest/followed by 3 days hypertrophy style workouts'/Rest. would be something i would recommend if your schedule ever allows it during your Myo run, been great since i started it with John Otis hollywood, after coming off a bro split strength has improved dramatically during this cut with it

yeah I'm very familiar with PHAT and it worked great when I had the time. It's just not feasible with what I have ahead of me this summer :(
 
If using myosynergy with AS forskolin 95 at 100mg daily, should I drop one cap of F95? Or just roll with a slightly greater than 100mg dose for that time

Edit- I just checked out the formula for myosynergy and saw it has 55mg forskolin but doesn't say the % so any clarification on how much additional forskolin 95 I should use alongside would be great, thanks

I think it's 60%. You can keep the dose the same if your gut can handle it...I don't think I can handle over 100mg

According to NP page on myosynergy it says they are the 7 cap "version."

It seems like my muscles have really responded to this product. Wow!!! 2 thumbs up for Evomuse!

I haven't kept up, what's the going pouch inventory at, at the moment? And once those are gone, how many weeks until the next run is finished? I'm tempted...so.tempted.

This holds true even if you remove epicatechin from myosynergy. It has 3 ingredients proven to improve anabolism in humans
 
Thought I'd chime in. I've been taking it for three weeks now. I went ahead and ordered two more
bottles tonight. I'm noticing a nice recomp from it, but the biggest thing that stands out to me is my muscular endurance and strength through sets. My third or fourth set is feeling just as strong as my first set. I have a meet in October, in which I'll probably run Myosynergy again into it, along with Amentomax and maybe some other goodies.

Now, that you've mentioned it Coop about the other 3 ingredients that are responsible for growth, you make a good point.
 
Did/has anybody in the logs upped the dose beyond 7 caps?

Not in the logs...the logs are controlled to demonstrate recommended usage.

Forgive me I should of worded it better. Has anybody in general upped the dosage? The logs show great results at 7, I'm wondering if anybody else who ran it went to maybe 8-10 caps

Just started on it and I'll certainly be buying more. Great all around natural anabolic, excited to see how it feels in a week or two
 
So with the inclusion of Forskolin which gives some of us bubble guts etc can we dose this before a meal or 2 and still see results like we would dosing it 1hr pwo?
 
Yes...dosing is really flexible.
 
I'm only about a week in with MyoSynergy (stacked with Alphamax, Anabeta and Recompadrol) and I really have to say that my improvement in endurance has been tremendous. I just got back from HIIT hill sprints after doing heavy deads yesterday, and it just hit me how little rest I was taking and how little I felt gassed. While I haven't really noticed improvements in maximum strength, many of my working sets throughout the week just generally felt easier and my working capacity has gone up.

Recomp effect has been amazing combined with the other supps; I don't really watch my diet and I've hit up the buffets 3 times this week, but my weight hasn't budged and my abs are starting to show through some of my shirts. The attention I've been getting from girls this week has been way out of the norm.

I really can't wait to see how it turns out at the end of my 2 month run. Though it's been noted on the boards already how much their workouts have improved, I feel there is even greater potential for in-season competitive athletes with this stuff.

Having never taken this much forskolin, the only side effect I've noticed is that I've never clogged the toilet so many days in a row :)
 
I'm looking forward to adding in MyoCharger soon.

This was at the bottom of my MyoSynergy pouch. Rather than me dump it out, any idea about how much a 7 cap dosage would be if I weighed the powder out and just added it to water for consumption?

you want to weigh out around 4 grams. Luckily the powder isn't bad tasting at all.

Sure, something else that I will start to view as a necessity. First Nerve Restore, then MyoSynergy, now this. Sounds like an awesome stack, I could run that all year round and just rotate MK2866 and ArA every 60/30 days :)
