I think I'm going to keep a minilog myself. Matt was kind enough to hook me up with myosynergy, virile mane enhanced, a freaking awesome evomuse t-shirt, and even b12 strips (how did you know I have intrinsic factor issues?). I will use myosynergy solo first then experiment with the addition of amentoflavone and cistanche deserticola, which both appear to complement the formula quite nicely
Was thinking on the exact same wave length. I was contemplating Amentomax and AnaBeta Elite with my MyoSynergy next, but I do need to try out Cistamax as well.![]()

id say for any non enhanced natty, x2 a week with low volume upper + lower strength/Rest/followed by 3 days hypertrophy style workouts'/Rest. would be something i would recommend if your schedule ever allows it during your Myo run, been great since i started it with John Otis hollywood, after coming off a bro split strength has improved dramatically during this cut with it[FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif][/FONT][FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif][/FONT][FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]How one looks is really a function of how CONSISTENT they are with training and dieting. I unfortunately lack consistency due to my messed up schedule. At present I'm 192 lbs, cutting, roughly 13% BF. I haven't tested my big 3 recently but I've done 375x1 squat (ATG, not full but ATG, usually within 1 inch of touching the ground with my butt), 265x2 bench, and 495x3 deadlift. So my lower body is much more developed than my upper body, probably because time off between sessions is more conducive to lower body gains while with upper body, you really need to hit it consistently in my experience.[/FONT][FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif][/FONT][FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Geneva, sans-serif]Training is full body 3x a week, most time efficient for me. I'll try to snap a pic today, haven't lifted so it will be cold and unflexed which should serve as a fair benchmark from which myosynergy can be gauged.[/FONT]

If using myosynergy with AS forskolin 95 at 100mg daily, should I drop one cap of F95? Or just roll with a slightly greater than 100mg dose for that time
Edit- I just checked out the formula for myosynergy and saw it has 55mg forskolin but doesn't say the % so any clarification on how much additional forskolin 95 I should use alongside would be great, thanks
Just ordered 2 packs of myosynergy coulda sworn it was cheaper this morning when I was browsing at work. Ugh.
Anyway are these packs labeled right 7 caps per serving or are we supposed to do 10 I don't know which "version" these are from the wrongly filled caps dilemma

This holds true even if you remove epicatechin from myosynergy. It has 3 ingredients proven to improve anabolism in humans
Did/has anybody in the logs upped the dose beyond 7 caps?
Not in the logs...the logs are controlled to demonstrate recommended usage.

This was at the bottom of my MyoSynergy pouch. Rather than me dump it out, any idea about how much a 7 cap dosage would be if I weighed the powder out and just added it to water for consumption?
