Today looks like an off day so I'll dose the massHGH this evening. Pop'd 2 Recompadrols last night post workout and smashed some fruity pebbles, pumps and vascularity stayed until I went to bed (few hours) no GI issues to report.

I'll take pictures tomorrow as well. Hopefully some flexed pictures as well. Not real sure what my split is going to be, finally have a workout partner (legit workout partner who actually posts here)

I'll sit down tonight and make out a split layout. As well as diet plan.

Today I had
6 whole eggs
2 stripes bacon

2 scoops protein
1/2cup nuts

10oz chicken
1/2 cup nuts

*all meals cooked in coconut oil

Not sure what I'm gonna have for dinner, I know I'll have a shake (30gr) before bed :think:

Perhaps some protein pancakes?!?!?!?

That's without the PB on top, I highly advise it though ;-)

I'm so excited actually for my clean bulk after this prep. My wife and I are going to trader joes to scope out the gluten free section this weekend. I love the way I feel without it so I'm going keep my off season as gluten free as I can! My wife is convinced as well.

I'm going to hit you and breezy up again down the road when I start for some recipes!

Between you and breeze and listening to a lot of meadows theories on diet I'm excited to start!

Well gym schedule is all messed up. Hours were different and their closed tomorrow. I'll hit it on Monday, back to traditional DC 3 day split.

Really thinking about going hard these next 4 weeks before my cut with food intake. Go back to traditional DC eating too. Heavy protein (2x's/lbs) pro/fat & pro/carb meals. Carb cut off at 7pm. That's about 65gr/meal for me which isn't far off now (I only eat 4 times vs 6 times) carbs will probably be close to the same. Using AP, P-Slin & Recompadrol. Training fasted (FTP) I can get close to 400gr of those carbs before noon so 6, no problem :cool:

I've got nothing to do tomorrow so I'll just sit and plan my method of attack.
 
Decided on eating patterns. This is how training days will look and started my Versa-1/Compound 20/TestPowder stack :D

FTP Protocol (1 AP pre-workout)
Train
-1 AP+ 500mg P-Slin post workout after last set

Post workout
3 scoops whey
3 cups Life cereal
2 pop tarts

2 Recompadrol
Meal 1
10 egg whites+2 whole eggs
1 cup oatmeal (dry)
6oz sweet potato

2 Recompadrol
Meal 2:
10oz chicken
3/4 cup Rice (dry)

Meal 3:
2 scoops Whey
4TBS PB or AB

Meal 4:
10-12oz ground beef
2 cups broccoli

Meal 5:
6 egg whites
4 oz deli meat
Peppers & onions

2 Recompadrol before bed

Non training days the carbs will be not be cereal and pop tarts :sad:. I'll trade those out for oatmeal, rice or sweet potatoes (probably my pancake recipe)

Thanks guys. I've found with P-Slin, seems to work better for pumps and vascularity, for me, with more simple carbs.

Plus it's easier to get down 170gr of carbs when it's cereal and pop tarts lol

I'm sitting between 205-210 (weights really been fluctuating) but hopefully I'll be 210 in the AM after this 4 week "blast". I'll move straight into cutting
 
1st workout....laid on the locker room floor for 10minutes after my workout lol.

-30 sec hold

Seated DB press 15-30RP

Hammer Strength Dip 15-30RP

Lat Pull Down 15-20RP

-30sec hold

Cable Straight Bar Row 10-12SS
70x12SS

All stretches were held for 60 seconds. I'll try and work my way up to 90sec hold :blink: DOMS is already setting in and it's only been about an hour.
 
Great job man. Those stretches/holds sound brutal yet fun :)

I know you're a pb fan, so I'd suggest grabbing some pb toast crunch. It's fantastic. I miss my mornings with 6-7 cups of cereal lol.
