Been wanting a topic made for this for a while I would love to compile a list of ingredients/supplements that should not be mixed either for safety or efficiency reasons.
I will kick it off:
ARA with anti-inflammatories (cissus, fish oils, etc.)
Calcium inhibits the absorption of some minerals such as iron, reduces effectiveness of many sleep aids (ZMa), some antibiotics.
Phytic acid (common in foods like oatmeal) will block absorption of many minerals as well, save your multivitamins for later in the day if you enjoy an oatmeal breakfast.
Dendrobium alkaloids + beta alanine
Tyramine + yohimbe
Icariin + nitrates
Prohormones/androgens + blood thinners
