If taking either or here's what I have done
Kno3 3-4 hours prior. Seems half life of that is pretty short however what you will notice if you take them too close, atleast for me, you have a hard time maintaining or achieving desired outcome
Cialis same deal however once taking cialis, remember it works for 36 hours. For me I was still able to take kno3 24 hours after taking a cialis
Of course this isn't sound medical advice. But just telling you how I've played around with it

I would not advise this...heavily contraindicated. Nitrates also have a much longer halflife than you think

Yeh I am considering it as well. I only started K nitrate a few days ago. I had 4 caps spaced out 2 days ago (workout day), 4 spaced out yesterday, only one cap today around midday. Then I read PES message saying amino nitrates have a 8-9 half life.. DOH. I totally forgot I gotta be in banging mode tonight.
I am tempted to have 5mg cialis tonight around 11pm. I just don't wanna die

OBJECTIVES:
This study was designed to determine the time course of nitrate interaction with tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor with a half-life (t(1/2)) of 17.5 h.
BACKGROUND:
The PDE5 inhibitors augment the blood pressure (BP)-lowering effects of nitrates, yet the time course of this interaction is unclear. Recent guidelines from the American College of Cardiology/American Heart Association recommend that nitrates be withheld for 24 h after taking sildenafil (t(1/2) = 4 h).
METHODS:
Male subjects (n = 150) received seven consecutive daily doses of placebo or tadalafil (20 mg). On day 7 and beyond, subjects received repeated doses of sublingual nitroglycerin (0.4 mg) after the last dose of placebo or tadalafil. After a 10- to 21-day washout period, subjects crossed over to either placebo or tadalafil, and nitrate dosing was repeated.
RESULTS:
In response to nitroglycerin at 4, 8, and 24 h, standing systolic BP fell below 85 mm Hg in more subjects on tadalafil compared with placebo (p < 0.05), with no difference in the response to nitroglycerin at 48, 72, and 96 h (p > 0.2). Similar observations were made for standing diastolic BP <45 mm Hg, decrease in systolic BP >30 mm Hg, and decrease in diastolic BP >20 mm Hg. Nitroglycerin also evoked greater mean maximal decreases in standing systolic BP at 8 and 24 h after taking tadalafil versus placebo (p < 0.02), with no significant difference at 48, 72, or 96 h (p > 0.49).
CONCLUSIONS:
The hemodynamic interaction between tadalafil and sublingual nitroglycerin lasted 24 h, but was not seen at 48 h and beyond. Similar to other PDE5 inhibitors, tadalafil should not be administered in combination with organic nitrates.

140mg of cialis in 7 days is pretty huge considering the looong half life, interesting that they applied nitroglycerin which is supposed to be potent in the nitrate world. But even so 0.4mg versus the probable 100mg of KNO3 still hanging around in my system.
I reckon there are gonna be plenty of bros that will knock down a similar KNO3 dosing to me and hit the cialis in the evening... though do I wanna be one of the first to talk about it. Also on that Bioperine infused Vanillean which adds lovely CYP3A4 interactions, not to mention the BP lowering effects of forskolin today... I'll be fine but as they say safer than sorry.
If anyone can get FT or has a more poignant study, please let me know.
