Awesome Stuff man! If you can can you take some pics now of you and then at the end of PCT? If not that would be cool but I am really curious to see the difference. It seems most people are able to get leaner on PCT without much weight loss, however never had any one take comparative pictures.

I took pic last monday for the reason my friend. I was on for a few more days but I think it'll still be a solid comparison.

Yea but I will point out that some of those gains were from some rebound. I have never put on crazy rebound weight like most people. Even when I dieted down for a show 4 or so years ago, I only rebounded like 4lbs after about a month and strength was still less than impressive.

The same BF and waist line paired with these crazy strength gains are the most impressive thing, IMO.

either way Im taking a break, we've been conditioning like mad men for ball. Workouts have slipped a little because of it, still beating the log book but im drained and having a hard time getting my meals in. On top of that school is on break so the weight room is closed so im taking a friday-wed break then i'll get back to a more traditional split.

So far 1st week of PCT has been great. Still great pumps, libido has been great and still looking dry and weight has stayed the same. No complaints

Sick pump and crazy vasculatiry. Strength seems to be at a stand still here but not too worried. I know I need to eat more than I have been. Im missing a meal or so a day.
 
Now that im about done with week 2 of PCT one thing that stand out is recovery and what she used to be on Natadrol. Im still getting great sleep with GHenerate, looks like i'll have enough for the entire 10 weeks with my 5/2 dosing. Libido has been high, it seemed to start to level out at the end of Natadrol but it's picked up a bit since starting PCT. Im a little more irritable now though :think: i mean there are some things going on right now out of the norm that may piss me off a little but it works for my workouts. Still have a bit of an alpha male feeling too. I think this may be the T-911, ive taken Formadrol before and never felt this much of a bad ass haha

Waist line is still the same and BF% overall seems to have not increased at all either. Im still feeling as pump'd as I did on Natadrol though, which is nice. I still have a bit of a pump going on here about 12hrs after my arm workout.
 
I noticed the same DW. Recovery was noticeable thereafter or lack thereof when discontinuing use.

When those pics comin?

Nothing crazy but i was stronger than I thought i'd be. Thats the most ove done on bench in over a year. I havent really done a whole lot of flat bb bench in that time but it still felt good. Had good energy and a HUGE pump. I'm a little more sore 2day than I thouhgt. I've also noticed some more acne than normal. My elbow is starting to hurt a little i hope it goes away here soon.

My legs aren't terribley sore today, they actually feel pretty full. I wont be able to walk tomarrow. That was the best leg workout I've had in a long time. I finally had diet/supps/ and timing right and it was great.

Did a Zach Khan workout that I read while pooping 2day, it happened to be shoulder day and a shoulder article....I think it was fate.

Talk about being pump'd! That was insane, my shoulders look so full. Overall the workout was awesome. Shoulders are toast but it feels good. Vasculatiry was poking through a little bit 2day and no soreness in either shoulder.

Yea they suck, as if having 2 burning quads at once isn't enough. I do it twice haha. My outter sweep is sore though today, and thats what i really need to bring up and this is the only way i feel I can really isolate that.

Sounds to me that you have nothing to complain about; this has been a great run for you DW.
 
I dont think i'm ever doing true keto again. I may do relatively carb free, but just for lower total calories, not a fat centric diet

I would bet to say my carbs are still around 30gr/day. I still use things like salsa, ketchup, sour cream, cheese and peanut butter. Only meal that has 0 carbs is my 6 egg meal.
 
Im doing pretty low carbs this week, but only because I'm planning on being hulk hogan for Halloween and want to do it shirtlless.

Alpha feeling / Confidence
-I felt like a G, I was never really in a bad move and felt good in the weight room

Strength
Strength shot up, no question. Final max bench was 305, I'm not the strongest bencher in the world but this is a solid number for me. I started with 195 for 10 on flat and eventually knocked that out for about 30.

I had a number of other lifts that went up in weight. I will go through and make a side by side comparison.

Recovery
When I was on the natadrol, sh!t was sick. Once I was off there was a difference. I was having a harder time hitting a bodypart twice a week but while on, no problem.

Aggression
Never really got too bad, In the weight room I felt great but I never flipped out or got angry.

Appetite
No significant change

Libido
It was up during Natadrol but when i got higher with the doses it came back down. PCT....holy sh!t, libido was through the roof.

Sleep Quality
Awesome!

Pump
Almost always had one. After meals I would get one about 30min later or so.

Energy levels
Feel solid throughout the day, no mid-day slow down.

Endurance
I killed it in the weight room, some of my workouts went closer to 1.5hrs and didn't really phase me.

Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes
When it has all come to an end, up a total of 11lbs. I look a lot fuller, a lot. Vasculatiry was up, still is slightly. I have never really been vasular but this stacked helped out a lot with that.

Final thoughts
I think this product stack is AWESOME! It's mild as far as sides, I never really had any. Some stiff joints and slight acnce but nothing major. I had a great 10 weeks while on this stack, strength gains were sick and thats where this really shined. I didnt gain a whole lot of size but strength was awesome. I wouldn't recommend to use this stack for anything but cutting to be honest. Maybe a recomp but not for lean mass. You could but I think you're money would be best spent while cutting with this. The fullness and stregnth are the 2 things everyone hates about cutting but this stack hits the nail on the head. I WILL use this again for an OTC cut, in a 10week stack you would be able to get into SICK shape with a simple stack like this. This is what i would suggest for the optimal use of the Natabolic stack while cutting

Nata
Week 1: 4caps
Week 2-3: 6 caps
Week 4-8: 6-8caps
Formadrol/T-911
Week 9: 4/2
Week 10: 3/2
Week 11:2/2
Week 12:1/2
*GHenerate 5on/2off entire time

I think 8 weeks would be the best to run nata, the affects start coming about week 3-4 and really start to kick ass around week 6.

Nice review! I hope it's true that it really kicks in at week 3-4 because I've ran it 2,5 weeks now and have gained about 7lbs and lot of strength.. What will this do to me if it hasn't even completely kicked in? :O

My Legs BLEW UP!!!!! Thats where most of the weight gain went, I assume. As you can see not a whole lot of size gains here. Also, not too much waist gain either, only subtle. 10lbs and only about a .25" gain in my waist.

I went with 6 solid lifts to compare. Not doing squats because it would be like a 250lb increase haha.
