DW whats your daily dosing look like right now im doing 2wakeup-3lunch-2dinner-3bed but my last pills are at like midnight and I wasnt sure of the half life on Natadrol

Hit legs last night, a little sore 2day. Not going to post weights since im still working back into training them.

I didnt train arms this weekend, my bis were still sore on saturday. Since it was my 2nd arm session of the week i figured Id be ok if I didnt kill them.

I got chest and tris chalked up 4 2nite, gonna move up on the weights...hell yea! I'll post my weekly update when i post my workout.

Some notes though......

Still peeing a lot, and libido is up ;)

Started 8 caps/day....really looking forward to the start of week 3 and the 8 caps!
 
Day 14

Just didnt have it today in the gym. Just felt kinda weak and not a lot of motivation, numbers werent down some were up but didnt feel the same as usual. I got 2 solid meals in before my workout, even had a cheat meal yesterday. Well semi cheat meal, it was a jumbolia (sp?) Rice and shrimp with sausage are really all thats in there other than spices.....man was it good and spicy! Still peeing a lot, i notice im looking pretty dense and waist is still stayin small, last belt loop still.

Natabolic stack review: Week 2
Weight hasnt really changed from day 1. Recovery seem'd to be down a little last week and not really sure why. I hit back and bis on wed and were still sore on saturday. Sleep has been great, super vivid dreams. Waist hasn't gotten any bigger and strength is slowly climbing but not what I thought it would be doing. Still peeing a ton!



Alpha feeling / Confidence
-Feel pretty great actually.

Strength
-Up slightly from last week, nothing crazy just a steady progression.

Recovery
-Not too good last week, really surprised by this. Maybe i was starting to get a bug though. My throat was a little sore last week so maybe that had something to do with it?

Aggression
-Nothing out of the norm

Appetite
-No significant change

Libido
-Slightly up for the 2nd week

Sleep Quality
-Still awesome

Pump
-an increase from last, nothing mind blowing but theyre better than the week before.

Energy levels
-Still feeling solid through the day.

Endurance
-Im not having too much of an issue getting through my chest/tri and back/bi workouts that take about 1.5hr to get through.

Body Composition / Fat Loss or Muscular Gains weight changes
-Weight is about the same, waist is also the same. Im looking a little denser and feeling a little fuller.
 
I felt drained this week from my workouts so I took 5 days off and will lower volume this next week. Workouts will also be a little different. I am on 8 caps now and muscle fullness is crazy. Night and day from 4 n 6 caps, I think taking those 5 days off should really help.

I have been spot on with diet and training for close to 20 weeks now so a few days off is a must. I know I haven't been updateing as much as I normally do with logs but it was the 1st week of school and had A TON of crap to get together for class subs, schedule and graduation stuff but im all settled in now and should be good to go.
 
I been feeling ****ty recently too, I think it is just from the weather change though. Hope those couple days off help you get back to normal. 20 straight weeks seems like alot, a couple days of deload could be just what you needed to feel like yourself again.

Solid workout 2day. I've come to the conclusion that I have a ****ty bench and probably always will.

Solid puimp 2day, recovery between sets was a lot better then last week. I had a um...."carb load" on friday night. Budweiser was my carb of choice, lol.

Felt good to losen up a little, really foucused for this next week. I'm starting to have a slight pump through the day, a feeling of muscle fullness. Peeing has finally subsided and still looking lean.

Natabolic stack review: Week 3
Weight hasnt really changed from day 1, still. Waist is still the same and strength, other than bench seem to be up while I've been eating a STUPID amount of carbs for me. I took a few days off from the weights to recharge and had an all out binge day. Seemed to help today in the weight room. Sleep has been nothing short of awesome, perhaps the best part of this stack. My hair and finger nails have been growing like weeds, 2 signs of increased GH so these next few weeks should be awesome

Easy i dont feel supressed at all. I know you cant always feel it, but I feel great.

Another note. WOW, was I an ass hole 2day lol. Dont know why i was just pissed at the world 2day...no real reason.

Back feels stupid swole. Rear delts are so as hell though, we really started back to practicing this week. You can hit and throw all summer but nothing beats taking ground balls and hitting in the cage with team mates. Everyones working that sorness out.

Nice job on the legs. That's impressive that you haven't went above 225 for 8 months, but retained strength to rep out 315 on 1st try.

Yes you read that last one right, 135x6. Now I will admit, the reps were not as strict and deep as the others but it was more so because I felt like my wrists were gonna snap off. DW my wrist get the same problem when going over 115. I got the 135 for 5 this morning and keeping the wrists straight is NOT easy and even gets painful. I have to wrap my elbows on that, but now might even wrap the wrists... going to look like an APT Mummy!!!

Nothin too much to report from 2days workout other than I had a sweey pump and my shoulder actually started to feel better after I was done lifting.

A note, I will b switching to a Keto-Diet monday. Im starting to get bloated from meals, which i hadn't before 2day. Still get a sweet pump from food, Thanks natadrol ;) haha. But this also mean time to chill with the carbs. Afer about 4weeks I'll switch back to amore normal diet.

Remember I've been KILLING food the past 4 weeks and waist is still damn near the same....Love it.

Felt a lot stronger this workout, actually got a little pump too! Man was a sweating like a whore in church too. I thought I may have some trouble getting my rep range feel but had no problem. I felt so much stronger this workout.

Mr. Kleen, Im working out now at about 8pm or so. Should I dose 1 serving Ghenerate in the morning and the 2nd before my workout? I usually will go to bed at about 11, pretty soon after my workout.
 
DW - You can dose Ghenerate anytime during the day as long as it is away from carbs... not a problem for you on keto. I have taken it at 11 AM before than again 12 hours later with the same results. As long as you dose it twice a day you are good to go.
 
Yeah what he said. Honestly I have taken the Ghen in the morning then pre workout and then pre bed. It isn't going to hurt but may help the recovery from the workout and help you fall asleep later. Great workout man!

Does anyone know of a low-carb or sugar free bbq sauce? I think im just gonna try and make my own. Ground beef, cheese and bacon is the sh!t....if i could add a little bbq, stuff would be down right stupid good.

I tried a low carb one and it was horrible. Although a little A1 goes a long way. A1 and mustard goes even farther. A1/mustard/tabasco and garlic. Well you get my drift. Although with that combination you mentioned, i would throw some hot picante sauce on it and call it a day.

Workout was great! A little off on the weights for these but I have a good reference point now, I got all my weights. Felt good to get under some more serious weight on squat. Went a little light on the widow maker but it's my 1st widow maker in almost a year! Squats were deep too, now i just need my leg size to catch up with the weight, lol.

The keto is def taking its toll on fullness and pumps, still pick up a pump pretty easily though. I can tell the difference already from 8caps of natty to 10, I love 10! Still no acne and im recovering pretty well, Im usually crawling the day after a DC workout but sorness isn't really there and trained muscles from monday still look pretty full, just not as full as when i was smashig 400+gr of carbs a day. Usually I flatten out damn quick on a keto, so this saturdays carb load should have me looking right come monday.
