Workout was great! A little off on the weights for these but I have a good reference point now, I got all my weights. Felt good to get under some more serious weight on squat. Went a little light on the widow maker but it's my 1st widow maker in almost a year! Squats were deep too, now i just need my leg size to catch up with the weight, lol.
The keto is def taking its toll on fullness and pumps, still pick up a pump pretty easily though. I can tell the difference already from 8caps of natty to 10, I love 10! Still no acne and im recovering pretty well, Im usually crawling the day after a DC workout but sorness isn't really there and trained muscles from monday still look pretty full, just not as full as when i was smashig 400+gr of carbs a day. Usually I flatten out damn quick on a keto, so this saturdays carb load should have me looking right come monday.
