Final Review

My review of HGH Pro and Swole Stack:

Well this was my first big stack with multiple products ever and I have to say I'm really sad that its done. Wish I could have done this stack for 8 weeks but its ok lol.

I took these measurements before I started the stack and these are pre lifting so no pumps:
Chest:43 1/2
Waist:33 1/2
Bicep:16
Calf:15 1/2
Quads:23
Forearms:13


And I took these measurements after the stack:
Chest: 43 1/2
Waist: 33
Biceps:16 1/2
Calf:16
Quads:23
Foearms:13 1/2

So I grew a little and am quite happy with it :)

As for weight I started at around 183 and went up to 190. So definitely gained some mass.


HGH Pro: I really enjoyed taking this stuff. Every night I would have the most realistic dreams haha. I would wake up like once in the middle of the night almost every night but I could fall right back to sleep. The thing I loved the most about this product was the recovery. My muscles would always feel refreshed in the morning I loved it.

Swole Stack: This stack really does what it says or you want it to do. Really liked the added testosterone and libido was real nice. I'm not sure how much muscle I put on with this stack but I gained 7 pounds I'd say atleast half or more is muscle. I noticed that this stack starts to kick in around the 7th day lol.


All in all this is a very effective and safe stack, well worth the cash money. I have told alot of my friends about this stack and will continue to. Was a kickass ride, I'm gonna miss it :sgrin:



Review of Ignite

I really liked this pre workout supplement, one of my new favorites by far. Thanks to nutraplanet for letting me try this stuff!

Taste 9/10: I mixed mine with fruit juice and I loved drinking it haha.

Mixibility 7/10: It mixes well but it leaves some little berry like things in the glass but they taste good lol if you can get them.

Energy: I really liked drinking this stuff before doing cardio it would give me alot of stamina and I'm already really used to pre workouts so if you havent taken a pre in a while, this should send you through the roof.

Pumps: Really nice pumps and my veins had veins poppin haha

Overall this is a really bombass pre and especially for the price cant really beat it.

Results speak for themselves. Thank you for the review

Lmao thanks guys but they freaking signed me up for the wrong test... I'm doing two certs at the same time and the idiots scheduled me for the NASM test which I need to take later lol oh well this will give me more time to study for this NCCPT test haha

I just got back from a 6 mile straight run at the track new PR for me :)
 
Dunno didnt time it but kept a decent pace and would sprint the straightaways which is a 100 yards, The farther I went the faster I was going haha

Ahh I remember my Cross Country days from high school. Nothing felt better than finishing a nice long run it was a natural alpha male feeling.:)

I also remember coach making us do fart licks for practice and laughing when we would toss our cookies the sick bastard!!!!

It is not a pretty thing when you got guys tossing their cookies with a coach laughing in the background. It seems easy enough. Sprint full speed from 1 telephone pole to the next then jog the next and then sprint and then jog. After a hour of that it is cookie tossing time LOL.:lol:
 
That's a good run, I used to do 10 k's a few times a week but my shin splints just got too bad.

It is not a pretty thing when you got guys tossing their cookies with a coach laughing in the background. It seems easy enough. Sprint full speed from 1 telephone pole to the next then jog the next and then sprint and then jog. After a hour of that it is cookie tossing time LOL.:lol:

I told my dad this story today and mentioned you from Anabolic Innovations, he works in the Government,Social security,also owns a business on the side, and has since he was eighteen , he is fifty six now, so over thirty years, and he said that coach could have been charged for sexual misconduct if one of the parents got a hold of that.
 
Ever done 50 second sprints? You go balls to the wall for 50 seconds. 15 minute rest in between each one, 4 or 5 is all you do for the day. Guaranteed pukage by the 4th one.

Yeah, we have a modified fart lick in the Army, although I don't know if they still do it, 60/120s. We used to do them for a half hour, 60 seconds sprinting, 120 seconds jogging. Man did those blow.

When I did xcountry I got down to 19:33 for 3 miles...2.5 in 12 is insane!

Many moons ago. I was about 130lbs in high school and running was my passion. At 1 point I got my mile time down to the 4:40 range. The natural high was awesome!!!!
 
I was a big runner, I did manage a 21 minute 5 K and a 45 minute 10 K when I was lighter but my best run overall had to be my 1:55 half marathon at 240 lbs... I was really in the zone and wished I had set a faster pace when it was done.

Damn all this talk about running makes me want to run more haha :) but its gonna have to wait till later today gotta go play with the iron

how much cardio do you get in per week? and what kind of cardio? like low intensity, interval, hard cardio?

I usually run about 6 days a week and its pretty easy stuff, just jog a mile at least but usually do more then do some stairs and some times sprints.
