It was so good. Very good day of eating. Didn't make it to the gym yesterday, but got alot done inside the house. Today, gonna go buy momma a gift, and try to get some more quotes for the kitchen remodel. Cause the first one she got was $15K and that was just the Cabinets, not delivery or installation, or flooring or counter tops. Lol. I know I can get the whole kitchen done for that price. Rather than just the cabinets.

Yes the strength this run is crazy, and the change of programming has really helped. It's not the most I have put up. But it's the most I have put up without hurting myself. I did 275x3x1 when I did Abombs, but I think that was just some dumb ego lifting cause I was hurting after that.

So finished this last cut at 173 and 14.2% bf. Its that time of year, to get that bulk on for winter.

Daily Supplements: Multivitamin, B12, D3, Omega-3, CoQ10, Probiotics, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Cinnamon Bark Extract, 80mg Bayer Aspirin

This Run will Consist of:
10-12 Weeks haven't decided yet

Testosterone (Bi-Test): TRT dose 200mg/w split dose

Masteron E: 500mg/w split dose

Mesterolone(Proviron): 50mg/d

I'm gonna pin on my normal split Monday mornings and Thursday afternoons.

Diet: I eat mostly healthy will keep my split at something like 50%P/30%C/20%F and I will slowly bring the calories up from where they are now.

Pre-Workout will consist of Radiate and some creatine. As well as instead of doing 10 mins balls out cardio on the bike in the beginning of my workouts, I as you have seen in my other log will be transferring to post workout walks on a treadmill.

Thanks, it's nice to be adding some size without putting on tons of bodyfat like last time. And yes, the wife is definitely learning how to make food, and put them together better.
