It’s worked for me but it **** on my sex drive, grated I’m in PCT now but my sex drive is nill.
Sex drive is through the roof from TRT, and the wife aint up to it right now if you know what I mean

Ordered 2 bottles of Ralox 50mg/ml from PRE. Anyone got any advice, on how to run it?
Why the Ralox and not the Tamox? Endo doc said the Tamox is actually shown evidence for gyno reduction and worked for me prior.. The Ralox I tried tended to be this powder suspension that would clog.in the dropper.

And deleted my long rambling post before.

Dood good work! Down -11lbs and -1.2% BF your body fat is now 14% range, that's what up!

Keep it Rollin, you still rocking Radiate+ too? I took a break from it.. but saving a tub for October, when family goes abroad for a few months, and I have the luxury to sweat for a long period of time, ha.
I am still Rocking the Radiate. I will take a break off and on for a day or two. But, will always use Radiate. Just some days, I'll throw a Total War RTD in to give my system a break, when my sinus' start draining I know its time to take a break

Nice and thanks for the suggestion on Performax too, took a look at their line up.

On Radiate the focus is soo nice I was using daily, not as a pre workout.. had to slow it up.

Surprisingly that Lemonhead flavor mixes real well with other pre's fruit flavor mixes.. to get pump, thermogenic combo.

Not yet, just going to finish my home gym (just gotta hang my pull up bar) to cancel my gym fees & get consistent with Body Beast (3 days a week now, for past two weeks.. want to get up to 4-5.

House is sort of settling down with 7-month old son and 2yr/8mo daughter. Work is on track.. so once consistent to log like I was, perhaps try rep - not sure with my workload if I have the extra time..

Just make sure you put a decent lock on the door when you do.
Oh I got a Huge Lock on the Front Barn Doors now. And a Deadbolt on the side. Plus I got movement lights set up on the side now, and Camera's

If you’re really trying to bulk, you should consider flipping those weekly Mast & Test dosages. Masteron is going to harden you, promote leaning, libido, gyno prevention, aggression, strength - it will build no muscle, it’s for cutting or added strength or libido, or to help balance androgenic/anabolic ratio for gyno control.

Or perhaps 1:1, like 350mg each, or 400/300 test/mast. But 200/500 is like bodybuilding precontest, not offseason.

Also, proviron is almost completely redundant here - it won’t be needed at all with the mast.

What BF% is your target before the bulk? You are in 14% zone now, perhaps 9-10%?

During the bulk you will add some fat back on, so be careful (stating the obvious). As I am now almost 40, I am pretty much in recomp or lean gain mode from now on. I've been yoyo'ing in 9-14% zone for awhile. Its get harder to shed over time - sans drugs which we can't run forever.. no more wet gainers, I'd rather run a slow 8-12 weeks of Hexadrone or similar and put on 5-7lbs of quality mass then spike 20-30lbs in a month and gain water, fat with it.

At 39, retain too much fat now.. whereas my 16-35 self could eat pizza with impunity and needed weight gainer just to hold mass on ectomorph frame at 6'2".

Hate to see you add fluff on after all the work to get it off. Go real cut first, before bulking IMHO.

I'm 38. Will be 39 in December so I know what you mean. I'm just gonna keep going for now and see how far down I can get before I bulk. And it wont be a heavy bulk like the past. It will be lean bulks from here on out. Nothing wild like the past. Lol

This for sure, these days I find it hard to drop weight like I used to. I'm not quite as old as you guys, but close.

So today I didnt get to record much it was just a crazy day. Over slept, then got to work but forgot my work keys at home so had to go back, then just busy all day during work. I'm gonna enjoy these 3 days off. But, here was my workout tonight

Warm-Up(Bike): 10 mins x 3.67 miles

Got in the Gym today did 10 mins on the stationary bike, then 100 weighted crunches at 40 lbs. And 100 each side side rotation at 80 lbs. Then 2 1min Swiss Ball Planks.

I never train abs directly, I find that keeping core tensed throughout deadlifts and squats, hell even heavy barbell biceps curls keeps them stimulated. Also chin ups with legs held straight out at 45 degrees. Diet then does the rest.

Thanks brother. Remembering those who gave their all for this country is what this Weekend is all about. Tomorrow, will be a memorial chest day. I'm gonna do all sets of 15, for the 15 brothers that I lost.

So did some yardwork, drained the pool so we can get a new liner, and cleaned my pole barn up. Gonna try to hit the gym. Also, made some ribs today.

Nice pool bro, just ordered a nice pump for my little townhouse pool, and you are looking trim, bet those ribs smelled good.
I couldnt tell you about smell. Lost my sense of smell in 2004 in the War. But they tasted awesome. The pool is nice but small, and I still got a few more lbs I like to drop.
