Why the Ralox and not the Tamox? Endo doc said the Tamox is actually shown evidence for gyno reduction and worked for me prior.. The Ralox I tried tended to be this powder suspension that would clog.in the dropper.Ordered 2 bottles of Ralox 50mg/ml from PRE. Anyone got any advice, on how to run it?

I am still Rocking the Radiate. I will take a break off and on for a day or two. But, will always use Radiate. Just some days, I'll throw a Total War RTD in to give my system a break, when my sinus' start draining I know its time to take a breakDood good work! On Radiate the focus is soo nice I was using daily, not as a pre workout.. had to slow it up.
Surprisingly that Lemonhead flavor mixes real well with other pre's fruit flavor mixes.. to get pump, thermogenic combo.

If you’re really trying to bulk, you should consider flipping those weekly Mast & Test dosages. Masteron is going to harden you, promote leaning, libido, gyno prevention, aggression, strength - it will build no muscle, it’s for cutting or added strength or libido, or to help balance androgenic/anabolic ratio for gyno control.Next bulk will look like but it will be 16 weeks most likely run in OctoberView attachment 182973

I'm 38. Will be 39 in December so I know what you mean. I'm just gonna keep going for now and see how far down I can get before I bulk. And it wont be a heavy bulk like the past. I've been yoyo'ing in 9-14% zone for awhile. Its get harder to shed over time - sans drugs which we can't run forever.. no more wet gainers, I'd rather run a slow 8-12 weeks of Hexadrone or similar and put on 5-7lbs of quality mass then spike 20-30lbs in a month and gain water, fat with it.
At 39, retain too much fat now.. whereas my 16-35 self could eat pizza with impunity and needed weight gainer just to hold mass on ectomorph frame at 6'2".
Hate to see you add fluff on after all the work to get it off. Go real cut first, before bulking IMHO.

I never train abs directly, I find that keeping core tensed throughout deadlifts and squats, hell even heavy barbell biceps curls keeps them stimulated. Also chin ups with legs held straight out at 45 degrees. Diet then does the rest.Got in the Gym today did 10 mins on the stationary bike, then 100 weighted crunches at 40 lbs. And 100 each side side rotation at 80 lbs. Then 2 1min Swiss Ball Planks.
