DC's New Year, New Life 2019

No but I would trust anything from Mike Arnold. Fast shipping, tests his stuff, and stands behind it 100%. The Torem was great. Plumped my boys up fast as Clomid with none of the emotional sides, and handled the LMG and rise in prolactin well when I added that into a cycle (and I am very sensitive to 19-Nors of all kinds).

Raloxifene is like Nolva that works better for gyno reversal, and it increases bone density. Toremifene is like a healthier Nolva. They are strictly superior options, except in cost.

Got it. I dont know alot about AIs and PCT because I dont come off and never get E sides

What I found is a PTSD Group at the Vet gym I go to from time to time. Victory Gym was created by a former Navy Seal and SF Agent. We have a group on Wednesday night. I don't always go, but when I do, it feels better than going to classes at the VA

work on it...my life has increased dramatically since I put my demons to rest.

Way mild too. Can't even tell your taking anything with Ralox

I don't think you screwed the pooch on carbs there DC. Wasn't too many and nothing wrong with a bit of sugar unless you are pre or diabetic. Especially from fruit which has plenty health benefits. No bad macros, sometimes just bad timing for them, or situations like poor insulin sensitivity. However once that is corrected you might be surprised how many carbs you can enjoy.

At your body weight 2200 is not a bad day at all IMHO.

I always found it odd when people say “fruit is full of sugar”... but fail to realize the micronutrient benefit among the vitamin benefit(s).

Thanks, I am working with what I got right now to improve where I can and will try to improve it more after I go shopping this weekend for a few things.

Yeah I was just repeating what Jay Cutler said. He also didnt eat veggies..he said they just take up space. I dont eat fruit and have veggies only occasionally..im kind of stuck in my eating routine...not saying its the best, but its pretty effective. Chicken, rice, and beans. With eggs, cheese, and yogurt for snacks.

I only eat veggies as a side when I have a taste for it. Like a crispy salad, or butter drenched asparagus.

Cutler PLOWS vegetables now lol idk if you watch his current series/videos on cutlertv. Which his physique is STILL phenomenal with his current (what is assuming is a lot less AAS) gear use.

I didn’t eat a whole lot of vegetables (mainly greens, some bells peppers and have worked onions back in slowly) but fruits, I consume on a daily basis.. pineapple, pears, mango and berries.

I see veg and fruit as being like the interior of a car. You can have a great chassis, lovely paint job etc but if your interior is sh1t then it’s not as much fun to drive. Yeah sure you get those moments of joy from knowing your car looks mint but ultimately when your balls deep in a 200 mile journey you want it to be comfortable AF to be driving.

Those micronutrients in fruit and veg (and herbs and spices) can play such a big part in managing inflammation, soothing aches, cognitive function etc I just think for most people with any sort of ‘look and feel good’ goal they are important.

No question the sugar impact of fruit is overstated - whole fruits come sweetly packaged with a load of fibre normally which can greater lower the glycemic impact, granted i had to change my intake up as I was nailing a shed load last thing at night (not as part of a carb backloading strategy either) which probably wasn’t ideal but pre/post workout or generally during the day I think it’s beneficial (unless your doing keto of course).

Incidentally I seem to recall pineapple having an enzyme that aids the absorption of protein or something like that - so definitely not a bad one to consume at all DC

I like this logic, I try to eat at least one piece of fruit a day.

Fruits are good but it's good to use them right and to not think of them as (only) nutrition cause it is a lot of sugar. It all depends on your body too, some can tolerate more sugar than others. There are also fruit and veggie powders mix, some are quite awesome where you don't get much sugar just everything else. For breakfast I think it's great to have a little fruit because your body needs it when you're waking up with a low bloodsugar

Literally the reason I refer to veg and fruit (in my previous post) rather than the normal ‘fruit n veg’ is due to my view on the order of importance for consumption ....

I like how you did that. Veggies I just throw In there, completely random amounts every day. I like having green Cale in smoothies sometimes.

I have a hard time believing anyone became fat or any real impact on physique due to fruits. If you have all the other sugars out of your diet the fruit isnt going to hurt. Hell, I bought 25 apples 4 days ago and finished up the bunch last night. Eat tons of bananas too...I've yet to see it have any impact on my physique. Thousands of micronutrients that will greatly overshadow any negative effects one might see from a bit of fruit....imo

Regardless of the sugar in fruit, for the most part it is not going to cause much of an insulin spike on it's own. Plus the body needs or desires the sugar from fruit for your liver glycogen. Adding fruit to a diet also tends to improve cholesteral levels because the liver works better when you are getting enough fruit.

Also the GI of most raw fruits is not that bad at all. Even an apple with 50g of carbs isn't going to be a bad spike because it is released slowly, the cell walls of the fruit are intact and the sugars are basically protected via the fiber so you end up with a slower entrance into the system. People just tend to get a bit sugar shy, and just like sodium there is no reason to limit it within reason unless there is an imbalance, especially when coming from whole fruit sources.

I will just say this and leave it at that. There are far more health and physique benefits from having enough fruit in your diet than negative things to do with it.

I mean the more muscle you'll add the more you want to add sugar, the more importance it have.. Even tho sugar in general should be kept quite low, someone that uses the sugar correctly can get away with much more. Eating fruits or berries in the morning is much better than having it before bed. I definitely agree that fruit should be implemented, a banana on legday can make a ton of difference.

Unless you are in contest prep, one piece of fruit a day is a good thing.

Honestly, the only reason I dont eat it is because Im on a very limited budget. I gotta go for the bang for the buck.

Dang what’d the delivery driver do, punt it off the truck to your doorstep? Lol

For what it is worth, my opinion that is. You don't really want fat and carb macros to be the same. It would be better to have higher carb, and low fat, or high fat, and low carb. Moderate carb combined with moderate fat can cause issues in the body.

Yeah, personally as you can see I try to hit higher Protein than anything else. But I was trying something a little different today, and it didnt work out the way I wanted it to. Playong with my diet to see what fits into my diet plans. But tomorrow will be all about me and swimfan65 hitting up the Arnold and crushing it.
