I always liked Branch !
Swimfan got all the samples. I didnt grab to much. Just wanted to go check it out, and enjoy the day. I did eat a ton of samples while there though. Lollets see a pic of samples!!!
Me too. My goal was to meet him and Cbum and got to meet both so, I'm happyI always liked Branch !
Appreciate it brother. Though I dont compare to you. Thanks man...and your right you look a lot different in person. You can definitely tell you bang and clang...lol
I ate them all on the spot. The only thing i brought home was a tub of protein powder that robert Irvin gave me. I probably had 400 grams of protein at the expo...200 before and 200 after...lol
Yeah, protein samples all day, and in the truck he was eating Tupperware containers of Chicken, Rice, beans, looked like some boiled egg, and hot sauce.Big Man = Big Protein!!
Yesterday my food consisted of 2 Redcon1 cereal B.A.R.'s, protein samples all throughout the Arnold. A Wicked Cutz Beef Stick that had 15g protein, a Chicken Burrito Bowl(think of everything inside a burrito w/o the tortilla), and when I got home I had a chicken Leg and Thigh skinless, and some mashed potatoes.
Man, I'm so jealous! Love the Arnold, but it's been a minute since I was there. I've had the chance to meet so many past and future champions though, so I can't really complain. It's always so motivating. Super stoked for Brandon Curry too, he looked awesome. His progress since joining the O2 gyms crew has been off the charts.Swimfan got all the samples. I had a great time, little to crowded. Would have loved to spend more time at each booth. Rather than being herded like cattle around. But, overall, it was a great time. But did you have fun ??
The one I just found out today that I missed was CT. He was there and I missed him. Man, upset about that one. Would have loved to have met him.Man, I'm so jealous! I went shopping today too. 50lbs chicken, 5 boxes rice, hot sauce, 10 dozen eggs
I was just picking up some breakfast and snacks for work mainly. We got tons of Venison, Beef, Chicken, Rice, and Potatoes already. And I picked up the pre-boiled Eggs so the wife doesn't complain about me eating all the eggs in the house. Lol. Last time I made boiled eggs here. She told me if I'm gonna eat that many, I'm gonna have to get our own chicken so we dont have to drive to her sisters all the time. I used to put tobacco sauce on everything when I was younger, now I need to use sparingly.

Yah the older I get the more my ulcer acts up on too much spicy stuff.
That = growth on a budget.
6 to 7 meals of it a day. 3 pounds of chicken a day
hard to argue with success...
2:38 to Akron, 1:30 to Columbus

Yes we did. The longest Part of the drive was the Ohio Turnpike all by myself. Together time flew by. Always a good time with friends.Time goes by fast when you got a good friend to BS with though..we had some good laughs for sure

No it wasn't, seemed longer on the way down than it did on the way back. May have had something to do with less police presence. But, I'm not admitting to anything. LolThat's not a bad drive at all.

Yeah, I used to drive 8 hrs to Columbus. Almost inevitably in a snow storm. The first 4-5 hrs aren't bad if you've got a copilot. The last leg is always when you run out of music, trivia, stuff to talk about. That's not a bad drive at all.

When I travel with my wife she always wants to read, I tell if I wanted to travel alone I would have left you at home !!

Psh, my wife makes it an hr and passes out. I basically ride solo. Last three vacations we took were 12-18hr drives and she slept most of it![]()
Mine used too but my trick is to just drive a bit more ‘agressively’ So she’s too scared to sleep hehe

Ahh, the ol’ jam the brakes and scream wildly when they’re asleep...a classic
It was a 5.5hr drive for us, which is fine. But because we lose an hour heading east we had to get up at 2:30am...so that makes the drive a little tougher, when it’s dark and you’re primed to fall asleep lol
planes trains and automobiles....john candy/steve martin. love that movie.
Dell Griffith...classic character
lol...too many great scenes, one of my favorite movies.
