Yesterday my food consisted of 2 Redcon1 cereal B.A.R.'s, protein samples all throughout the Arnold. A Wicked Cutz Beef Stick that had 15g protein, a Chicken Burrito Bowl(think of everything inside a burrito w/o the tortilla), and when I got home I had a chicken Leg and Thigh skinless, and some mashed potatoes.

Swimfan got all the samples. I didnt grab to much. Just wanted to go check it out, and enjoy the day. I did eat a ton of samples while there though. Lol
Man, I'm so jealous! Love the Arnold, but it's been a minute since I was there. I've had the chance to meet so many past and future champions though, so I can't really complain. It's always so motivating. Super stoked for Brandon Curry too, he looked awesome. His progress since joining the O2 gyms crew has been off the charts.

The one I just found out today that I missed was CT. He was there and I missed him. Man, upset about that one. Would have loved to have met him.
 
Got some shopping done this morning after my haircut. Got some powerful oatmeal w/protein, some cottage cheese mixers, some hard boiled eggs so my wife doesn't complain I'm eating all the eggs. Some OJ, and a half gallon of whole milkInvalid Link Removed
 
Got home from the store, and had to go back for a few things for the wife this time. Glad I did, found something to add to my weekend breakfast next week.Invalid Link Removed
 
I went shopping today too. 50lbs chicken, 5 boxes rice, hot sauce, 10 dozen eggs
I was just picking up some breakfast and snacks for work mainly. We got tons of Venison, Beef, Chicken, Rice, and Potatoes already. And I picked up the pre-boiled Eggs so the wife doesn't complain about me eating all the eggs in the house. Lol. Last time I made boiled eggs here. She told me if I'm gonna eat that many, I'm gonna have to get our own chicken so we dont have to drive to her sisters all the time. Lol
 
Yes we did. The longest Part of the drive was the Ohio Turnpike all by myself. Together time flew by. Always a good time with friends.
That's not a bad drive at all.
Yeah, I used to drive 8 hrs to Columbus. Almost inevitably in a snow storm. The first 4-5 hrs aren't bad if you've got a copilot. The last leg is always when you run out of music, trivia, stuff to talk about.

When I travel with my wife she always wants to read, I tell if I wanted to travel alone I would have left you at home !!

Psh, my wife makes it an hr and passes out. I basically ride solo. Last three vacations we took were 12-18hr drives and she slept most of it

Mine used too but my trick is to just drive a bit more ‘agressively’ So she’s too scared to sleep hehe

Ahh, the ol’ jam the brakes and scream wildly when they’re asleep...a classic

It was a 5.5hr drive for us, which is fine. But because we lose an hour heading east we had to get up at 2:30am...so that makes the drive a little tougher, when it’s dark and you’re primed to fall asleep lol

I would take that. My daughter sleeps on road trips. and my wife wont hardly go with me any more. she is one of those lookout riders." look out there is a car getting on the highway 1/2 mile up"

If I did that my wife would kick my arse. She went through a windshield in high school so she is the paranoid type. I wish I could get her to go to sleep.
I drove straight through to Destin Beach one year 15hr. drive. ( and she didn't even nod off).
