Ok, so as I said kinda screwed the pooch on the Carbs and Fats today, so I gotta fix that. Today was first day back at hitting legs, so I took it pretty light, could have gone heavier, but didnt want to push it since its been almost 3 weeks. So here it is for today.
Wake-Up(0500)
Shower, Supplements

Breakfast(0515): 2 cups of coffee, 2 tsp of Creamer. Had to grab breakfast on the go at work this morning so(0744): 2 hard boiled eggs, 6oz Cottage Cheese, 6oz Pineapple, 2 spoons Gbutter Protein Peanutbutter

Snack(0948): 2.5 Servings Kars Sriracha Peanuts

Snack(1036): 2 scoop Protein Shake

Lunch(1149): 2 chicken thighs, white rice

Post Lunch Snack(1320): 20mg Tbol + 2 scoops protein shake

Dinner(1705): Chicken Fajita

PWO + 20mg Tbol(1749)

Warm-Up(Bike): 5 mins x 1.7 miles

All Sets 60" Rest:

Squat(Beltless): 135x18, 185x15, 225x12, 315x8,8, 225x8, 185x8

Lying Leg Press: 300x30+10+10, 30+10+10

Leg Extensions: 70x43+10(lost count supposed to be 50), 35+15

Rotating Leg Seated Leg Curl(No Rest): 30x25, 45x25, 50x25,25, 45x25

MA Research Toremifene is legit.

Raloxifene is REALLY what you want to attempt to treat gyno. 120mg for a month at least, then 60mg for a while. Nothing starves gyno of estrogen at the chest receptor better, while leaving your e2 levels unaffected.

Radarine/RAD140/Testolone also is a terrific oral to compete/protect the estrogen receptors at the chest (both my real life experience and in pubmed), so a good oral option during your blast right now at 10-20mg for 4-6 wks. I think it works as good or better than Proviron, which you could also use at 75-100mg/day but wouldn’t give gains or sides like Rad.

All of these except Proviron can be ordered from a RC site legally.

You have both gyno and pseudogyno. I have had removal surgery, and learned a ton over years about it - PM me if you want any info.

Food choices looking really strong btw.

I would love to travel again. And maybe one day we can do it again. My wife never been to Europe, I got hurt, came home, she got pregnant, so even though we got her passport she never got to use it.

I gave up my sweet tooth years ago, but from time to time when my daughter gets icecream that sounds good

I got 3 yrs of counseling while I was dropping from 212 to 168. But, my shrink and phsychologist both quit scheduling appointments with me. The shrink will say hey as we pass each other in the hall. The phsychologist completely avoids me and will cross the Hall not to even talk to me. I think I scared her.

they need to find different professions...isn't their job counseling vets with traumatic experiences?


maybe request seeing more qualified counselors or even join a support group? mental health is just as important as physical, sarge!!!

What I found is a PTSD Group at the Vet gym I go to from time to time. Victory Gym was created by a former Navy Seal and SF Agent. We have a group on Wednesday night. I don't always go, but when I do, it feels better than going to classes at the VA
 
At the VA I seen people that where just trying to up their disability rating. While, at the Gym. There are Marines, Navy Corpsman, Air Force, Army, that all seen Combat that we help each other more than a finance clerk who got seen a mortar land on the other side of their base

Chados any ideas on what I should drop from todays diet. Cottage Cheese, fruit, maybe not the full bag of peanuts?

It depends, id be less worried about missing something with the fruit. A tip is to eat a lot of nuts to get away cheap and have a ton of healthy fats and protein. I'd say try get 100gr a day. Have fruit around workout, a banana on leg day is awesome but that doesnt mean you need one every day. It you need extra calories add a little olive oil. What is the reason to skip?

I was just worried cause my macro's where way off from what I want to hit.
 
I was thinking the pinapple was good to add to the cottage cheese. Guess, it wasn't.

You can have pineapple, just don't eat a crazy amount. You can add a teaspoon honey I'm the morning to oats.

Macors are bull****, don't focus on percentage, focus on eating a lot of fat and protein (mostly fat from nuts, olive oil and avocado) you're 180 give or take right?

Eat 250-300gr protein on gear and you're pretty well off at your weight. 200gr carbs and rest fats until you hit the calorie intake you want. Most carbs from oats is my belief, maybe some veggies which doesn't have much carbs anyways so don't even count the calories let alone the carbs there, (eat veggies as you like). Count the oats, you can have a sweet potato after the workout or a little white rice instead of oats.. just keep it at 200gr.

You want to have some idea how much you eat just don't focus too much to be perfect. 2000 calories or 2300 because of some extra chicken or nuts is fine.. I think your bulking diet would probably be somewhere around 2500-3000 without any insane metabolism is that a fair assumption?

If you slice the sweet potatoes into discs then bake in the oven with cinnamon sprinkled on top they become very pallet able.

It’s great for preventing growth, but if you decide you want to run a chemical treatment to see if you can reverse things some Ralox is the best bet.

I mean if nothing else you can use the Nolva of course.
Yeah thought about it when I went to bed, and realized its just some Nolva. I will have to make another order. Lol

Funny thing is, your right. Everyone in my family loves them. I just could never get into them.

It's really more a North American food for body building. It has anti oxidants, it has a little sugar so it's more optimal after workout. I still stand by that if you can eat Oats all day you're good, if you wanna switch to rice especially after workout that's fine.

No but I would trust anything from Mike Arnold. Fast shipping, tests his stuff, and stands behind it 100%. The Torem was great. Plumped my boys up fast as Clomid with none of the emotional sides, and handled the LMG and rise in prolactin well when I added that into a cycle (and I am very sensitive to 19-Nors of all kinds).

I dont know what either of those things are.

Raloxifene is like Nolva that works better for gyno reversal, and it increases bone density. Toremifene is like a healthier Nolva. They are strictly superior options, except in cost.
