So I actually have a bottle of MA Tamoxifen.MA Research Toremifene is legit.
Raloxifene is REALLY what you want to attempt to treat gyno. 120mg for a month at least, then 60mg for a while. Nothing starves gyno of estrogen at the chest receptor better, while leaving your e2 levels unaffected.
Radarine/RAD140/Testolone also is a terrific oral to compete/protect the estrogen receptors at the chest (both my real life experience and in pubmed), so a good oral option during your blast right now at 10-20mg for 4-6 wks. I think it works as good or better than Proviron, which you could also use at 75-100mg/day but wouldn’t give gains or sides like Rad.
All of these except Proviron can be ordered from a RC site legally.
You have both gyno and pseudogyno. I have had removal surgery, and learned a ton over years about it - PM me if you want any info.

I got 3 yrs of counseling while I was dropping from 212 to 168. But, my shrink and phsychologist both quit scheduling appointments with me. The shrink will say hey as we pass each other in the hall. The phsychologist completely avoids me and will cross the Hall not to even talk to me. I think I scared her.no...I would not want that-you get any counseling for that?

What I found is a PTSD Group at the Vet gym I go to from time to time. Victory Gym was created by a former Navy Seal and SF Agent. We have a group on Wednesday night. I don't always go, but when I do, it feels better than going to classes at the VAthey need to find different professions...isn't their job counseling vets with traumatic experiences?
maybe request seeing more qualified counselors or even join a support group? mental health is just as important as physical, sarge!!!

Me too, we all have things in common, and we all like lifting now. It's guys and girls that I can find common ground with.talking shyt out has helped a lot of people...glad you found a place you feel comfortable!!!

I was just worried cause my macro's where way off from what I want to hit.It depends, id be less worried about missing something with the fruit. A tip is to eat a lot of nuts to get away cheap and have a ton of healthy fats and protein. I'd say try get 100gr a day. Have fruit around workout, a banana on leg day is awesome but that doesnt mean you need one every day. It you need extra calories add a little olive oil. What is the reason to skip?

Macors are bull****, don't focus on percentage, focus on eating a lot of fat and protein (mostly fat from nuts, olive oil and avocado) you're 180 give or take right?
Eat 250-300gr protein on gear and you're pretty well off at your weight. 200gr carbs and rest fats until you hit the calorie intake you want. Most carbs from oats is my belief, maybe some veggies which doesn't have much carbs anyways so don't even count the calories let alone the carbs there, (eat veggies as you like). Count the oats, you can have a sweet potato after the workout or a little white rice instead of oats.. just keep it at 200gr.
You want to have some idea how much you eat just don't focus too much to be perfect. 2000 calories or 2300 because of some extra chicken or nuts is fine.. I think your bulking diet would probably be somewhere around 2500-3000 without any insane metabolism is that a fair assumption?

Yeah thought about it when I went to bed, and realized its just some Nolva. I will have to make another order. LolIt’s great for preventing growth, but if you decide you want to run a chemical treatment to see if you can reverse things some Ralox is the best bet.
I mean if nothing else you can use the Nolva of course.

I will be picking up some oats on SundayIt's really more a North American food for body building. It has anti oxidants, it has a little sugar so it's more optimal after workout. I still stand by that if you can eat Oats all day you're good, if you wanna switch to rice especially after workout that's fine.
