When I get some cash, I will go talk to the doc that did my wife's tummy tuck, and see what he thinks about it. Thank you, I always felt like it was gyno to, mixed with a bit of chest fat.
I'd try torem everyday for a month an see what happens. Torem is the sh1t I need a source.

doubtful...what is estrogen at?
Dont know actually. I was fat at 212 lbs. At my biggest. Then after I dropped to 168 my old training partner turned me on to cycles. My first cycle was 600 test a week, no AI, no PCT. But I never had itchy nips or anything else. But, it was probably cause my test was so low as well.

you need to get estrogen checked-YESTERDAY!!!
 
ok, DC...here is some advice. drop the 'roid's' other than trt, get estrogen checked, look at something like torem ran at a dose that won't completely tank estrogen...and then consult with one of the knowledgeable guru's on here about a course of peptides/sarms.

I truly think peptides/sarms will be more beneficial to you than what you are doing.

I have gotten bloods done brother. I got them through the VA for Entourage Hormones.

And I have tried SARMS, they are a joke. They dont do **** for me.
 
I had a small Umbilical Hernia, and took 2 weeks off of lower body. Nothing surgical, but noticibal.

If you have a training belt, wear it. Learn to “brace” instead of inflate/extend the belly (that would be a no-no, would likely worsen the hernia, ASAP.)

Now that protein intake i like. On gear it's so underrated and misunderstood how much protein you can eat.

add in a AI, you are not going to tank estrogen at a moderate dose and going by my personal results you should drop some weight pretty quickly. those test results were from before you started this cycle-right? if so estrogen has increased since then I would put money on it.

Yes that was before I started. Do you think .5 Adex would work. Or should I go higher?

start low, you can always go higher...keep current with bloods, you don't want to do this without frequently checking where you stand...when is next bloods?
 
I don't think your estrogen should be absurd on that gear you're using or the amount I shall say. I never dose 0.5 adex, I'd be surprised if you need more than 0.25.

I had surgery for an inguinal hernia back in July and I still have to work round it. I have a brace I can wear under my trousers that presses the whole tummy and groin area in. I don't wear it day to day but if I'm doing lunges and deadlifts etc. I'll use it. I've had some weird nerve thing going on down my left leg since surgery also but I'm just told full recovery can take months.

Do you have myprotein where you are? Having 4 scoops whey can be expensive but they offer great discounts. I get 3 kilos of protein off them for about £36. Does a month easy at 4 to 6 scoops a day.

You obviously don't want to live on the stuff plus their concentrate isn't the best out there but it's better than none and if you mix up a couple of shakes with fruit and/or oatmeal or peanut butter depending on carb requirements it becomes more of an actual meal. Also their concentrate doesn't give me the runs like cheap protein from gnc(holland and barret).

Order online and get it delivered then it doesn't matter when you can get to the shop.

No dont think we do. But, I do get a discount now from the company I rep. Still have to try their protein, but I just bought the 5lb jug I have so. I will get some more at a good price soon enough and give it a go.

Sounds good. Like I said don't base your whole diet on it but if it's a choice of not getting your protein in or grabbing a shake then the shake option is by far the best. I tend to go for cinnamon flavours where possible because once you start adding a lot of stuff some flavours just don't work or undetectable. Vanilla is a good option too as it will go with pretty much anything.

Yeah exactly. Whole foods always better but with work, family etc etc it’s just not always practical. I use powder/bars for convenience and as a treat. I try to make sure it’s 25% or less of my daily protein intake.....

That last food and macro split was exactly the sort of thing I’d be aiming for by the way DC - looked great

The one I have now is 21g of Protein per scoop.
 
One of the hardest things for me to give up while doing low carb. Steel cut oats is one of my favorite breakfast foods.

Thanks brother. That is what I am shooting for. Doesnt always work out for me that way, but picking up some food after the Arnold on Saturday should be able to put me back on track.

Raloxifene is REALLY what you want to attempt to treat gyno. 120mg for a month at least, then 60mg for a while. Nothing starves gyno of estrogen at the chest receptor better, while leaving your e2 levels unaffected.

Radarine/RAD140/Testolone also is a terrific oral to compete/protect the estrogen receptors at the chest (both my real life experience and in pubmed), so a good oral option during your blast right now at 10-20mg for 4-6 wks. I think it works as good or better than Proviron, which you could also use at 75-100mg/day but wouldn’t give gains or sides like Rad.

All of these except Proviron can be ordered from a RC site legally.

You have both gyno and pseudogyno. I have had removal surgery, and learned a ton over years about it - PM me if you want any info.

Food choices looking really strong btw.

Good advise, I used SERMs to fight off Tren/Deca gyno issues I had last year... All gone now, no surgery, and I notice RAD-140 had a positive effect to fight gyno too when I took it, by chance after a cycle that left me with some gyno.

I have been on TRT for 17 weeks. And they did full panels. They are somewhere in this thread. We did pre bloods, week 8 bloods, and we are doing bloods again in 8 weeks I believe

Thanks for the info brother. Will look into all that, and I will be talking to the doc that did my wife's tummy tuck. He is the top surgeon in Michigan. I did good yesterday with the food. Today, I got some good protein in but screwed the pooch with Carbs . Will have to tighten that up tomorrow. Will post it as soon as I'm out the gym.
 
off topic but big fire there in michigan...I think auburn hills, you anywhere near there, DC?
