Cycle log-Transitioning from Off season into Contest prep

Hello everyone, first post here in Anabolic Minds. I have been part of other forums for quite some time now and after an endless amount of recommendations I decided to make an account here.
I'm 24. I've been training an chronically surrounded by the sport of bodybuilding for about a decade now. I did my first contest at 20, and my second contest at 23. I trained naturally for 9 years, and studied AAS for about 5 years before taking the plunge.

Cycle History:

First Cycle: 100MG Testosterone Enanthate, 50mg Masteron Enanthate E3D, 10 weeks.

Second Cycle:Weeks 1-4: 125MG Testosterone Cypionate E3D, 50mg Anadrol (25mg PW/25mg Bedtime),Weeks 5-10, 125MG Testosterone Cypionate, 100MG Masteron Enanthate E3D, Weeks 11-14, 30MG Testosterone Propionate, 50MG Masteron Propionate, 50MG proviron (split doses), 25MG working up to 75MG Winstrol all dosed ED.

Blood work before and after has ALWAYS been done, and BP while on has been watched closely. I have a Family member who owns a primary care facility, so sending an order to the CPL is very convenient for me. Even 2 weeks after the contest my values were all in range, certain kidney markers were slightly elevated but that was to be expected and normal for me. Something I will need to watch as I go on for sure.

After that Second cycle that ended up turning into a pre contest cycle, I won the Overall in Classic Physique, and won my class in Bodybuilding. I would love to stay in Classic but I do not think the weight classes will allow that. Although I am Nationally Qualified I don't think I am ready, so many people get that NQ and think that means they are ready for the big boys. I want to take 2020 to get big, healthy, and ready for 2021 National run.

Current Stats:
5 foot 6 inches
Fasted AM weight: 201LBS
Current Cruise dose: 25MG Test Prop ED

Starting Feb.15 I will be adding 25MG Masteron propionate to get things a little tighter, a little drier, a little free test boost, before the increase in food, and Supplements on the 1st of March.
On March 1st the cycle begins.
25MG Test Prop, 25MG Mast Prop, 75MG Primobolan Acetate ED.
I really don't like to use AIs when I don't need to. My heart health, and brain function is very high priority to me, and I prefer to minimize AI use. As this cycle goes, I will attempt to creep the test dose up a bit. I know everyone says you "NEED AT LEAST 800-100MG Primo" and I just don't think that makes sense. Will 75mg a day equal a big Tren ace dose? Of course not. Will it induce an anabolic environment without making my body toxic limiting its ability to preform optimally? We will see. If not I can always do this crazy thing...and use more Primo.

This is where I am starting the adventure, I would love some input, some ideas, or even some conceptual debates!















On January 1st I decided to be realistic. Competing is a huge part of my life. I love bodybuilding, and I will be using PEDs. I personally think if you want to compete at a high level, and you want to use PEDs, HRT is the safest option. I can expand on why I feel that way buy that another topic.

Alright the primo is going to take a little longer than expected so Yesterday I decided to throw in 25mg Mast P, and 50mg Turinabol split into 2 doses, ED.
Current supps:
25mg Test Prop ED
25mg Mast Prop ED
50mg Turinabol ED
5mg cialis ED

Am fasted Bodyweight: 199.0 LBS

Meal 1) 1 Cup Egg whites, 1 Scoop Whey isolate, 2 Tablespoon Almond butter, 150g blueberries, 1/2 Banana.
Meal 2) 6 oz sirloin, 200g Sweet potato, 100g baby spinach
Meal 3) 6oz sirloin, 1/2 small avocado
Meal 4) 2 plain bagels, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 4 oz Turkey sausage
Meal 5) PW shake: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop whey isolate, 2 tablespoon macadamia oil, 150g blueberries, 1/2 banana
6) 5oz Salmon, 1/2 small avocado, 1 cup white rice.

Cardio: light 40min walk (fasted)
Training: Arms, Abs

@ZOO has helped me a lot with ideology. We started with a clean natty slate and never did anything crazy, everything he’s suggested to me has always been great and moderate.
Protein is right at 275 but today I ate 300 being a little fatty. My fats go from 80-100. I’m actually playing with my carbs right now, I may actually bring them down a bit. I’m a water buffalo naturally, so the less water I hold the healthier I feel. Eating excess carbs has NEVER helped me with my energy, training, or digestion. But the carbs and fats chosen for now are great from cognitive function, and digestion so we will see where this takes me.

Im sure as I get bigger I will require more carbs, but for now I find them to get into the way.

2/13 Fasted AM Weight: 203LBS
Current Supps:
25mg Test Prop
25mg Mast Prop
50MG Turinabol (split doses)
10G creatine (added 3 days ago)
10mg cialis EOD.

Meal1: 4 oz turkey sausage, 2 slices of bacon, 1 plain bagel w/ fat free cheese.
Meal 2: 5 oz Filet, 1/2 small avocado
Meal 3: 5 oz Filet, 200g sweet potato
Meal 4: PW shake 1 Cup egg whites, 1 scoop Whey isolate, 2 Tablespoon almond butter, 4 Rice Cakes.
Meal 5: 5 oz, 2 whole eggs, 1/2 small avocado
Meal 6: Haven't eaten yet but will probably be an Egg/Bacon/avocado Omelette.

I eat Filet on days I eat higher fats, and today there was a sale for 13.99 per LB for Filet so I decided to have a High fat day LOL.

No cardio Today, will walk the upper later but nothing crazy.
In order for me to beat my Hack squat, and Front squat logbook, I decided I needed more rest. So Todays leg day was just Hams, Glutes, Calves, Adductor, Abductor

1) Seated Ham curl 4x8-12 with back off set to 16.
2) Snatch Grip RDL. 4 sets of 8, heavy heavy heavy. added one second pause at the bottom to stretch and load the hams.
3) Lying Ham curl 3x10-16
4) abductor/adductor 4x25 each way
5) Wide stance Legpress 4x20
6) Single leg legpress 3x15-20
7) Standing calf raise 5x12
8) Seated calf raise 4x15-20

Today was much lighter, and more of a "freestyle" structure. Ive been so strict on the logbook I've made great progress, but today I felt like this was the appropriate move.

On another note, The tbol gave me a great mental feeling within an hour of taking it. So far that all I can report positive and negative.

Yesterday I ended up getting called into work ( I bounce at a bar in a college town sometimes lol), Needless to say I did not make my omelette for my last meal. 2lbs of crawfish, and 2 beef tacos from a food truck by my work lol. not optimal at all, but i'm a cajun by birth and I **** with crawfish.

Todays Meals
Meal 1: 6 whole eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 3 tortillas
Meal 2: PW shake 1 cup egg whites, 2 tablespoons almond butter, 1 cup greek yogurt, 1 scoop whey isolate.
Meal 3: 5 oz Filet, unmeasured amount of asparagus cooked in 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Meal 4: 5 oz Filet, 1/2 small avocado, 200g sweet potato
Meal 5: 4 oz raw tuna, 4 oz raw salmon, 1 cup sushi rice
Meal 6: To Be Determined by the female since its female day in all....yea don't get it twisted gentlemen, today is not for you and your girl.....its for your girl lol.

I take beet root extract, citrus bermagot or however you spell it, and hawthorn berry. Every now and then my step mom gives me glutathione injections. But that’s about it.

Meal 3: 5 oz Filet, 1/2 small avocado
Meal 4: 1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop Whey, 1 cup Greek yogurt
Ran out of time before work and had to stack meal 5 with meal 6, I know, not ideal but it meats eating at a food truck by my work.
Meal 5,6: 10 oz sirloin, unmeasured amount of asparagus, 200g sweet potato.
I’ll have a shake when I get home for a 7th small meal.

Back day was fookin great. I feel like the Tbols mental effect builds each day, and it’s very different than what I expected. Winny made me very angry, and irritable, Tbol gives me aggression but far closer to a euphoric feeling. I feel happy when I take it. I also feel like the endurance effect kicks in very quickly.

deloaded back day (10-14 days until we are back under the heavy weights)

1) Dumbell Pullover 5x12
2) 4x10-12 pull ups.
3) Bent over bilateral Dumbell rows 4x8-12
4) Single arm nautalus Pull down 3x10-12, 1 set bilateral, 10 reps, 1 second iso hold.
5) Single Arm Cable rows 4x10-12
6) Bent Over high cable high row 5x20-25
7) Dumbell shrug 4x10-12 1-2 second hold at the top.
So far feeling pretty darn good about Tbol and even better about my source. Not tellin;) If 175 test/175 mast/350 Tbol facilitates results like this than I’m more than impressed. I have several of my close partners running very low dose test/Tbol cycles with the same source and I’ve seen some incredible results.

Btw I ended up going to a spot by my work like I said I wasn’t going to, but got 6 oz steak with cabbage and white rice so not so bad but definitely went over my macros. Oh well off season gains not too bad

2/17 fasted AM weight: 204.5

Felt great today. had some shitty life circumstances occur, instead of getting emotional I am going to do what I am best at and use the frustration to make some gains. Food will increase quite bit, so will sleep. Time to really push the pedal.

1st meal is at 3am.
6 oz Sirloin, 1/2 small avocado, 150g blueberries

Meal 2:
5 oz Turkey Sausage, 1 Bagel, 1 cup Greek yogurt

Meal 3:
1 Cup egg whites, 2 Tablespoon almond butter, 1 scoop whey isolate, 2 uncrustable,

NAP TIME

Meal 4:
6 oz Sirloin, 1/2 small avocado

Meal 5: Post workout shake
1 cup egg whites, 1 scoop whey isolate, 2 tablespoon almond butter, 1 banana

Meal 6: 5 oz salmon, 1 bagel, 200g sweet potato

Meal 7: 2 cups egg whites, 100g baby spinach, 1/2 small avocado.



On another note, I tired JUICE DADDY Pre Workout...10/10. Hands down favorite pre. I never felt weird or uncomfortable. Stomach wasn't bothered. I just wanted to keep training. Ill throw up the arm pump in a bit.

I Wanna give @ZOO a huge huge huge thank you for the JUICE DADDY. I haven't felt that spicy in the gym in too long brotha. absolutely loved it. My roommate really enjoyed it too, and he's kinda a pussy so he took 1/2 a scoop (don't tell em I said that)

if I’m going to do a show this year, I obviously have limited time to for the off season. If there was one compound I could add to the 175 test/350 Primo what would you suggestAfter I’m done with the Tbol I’ll only be on 175mg test for 6-8 weeks. That will give me one more good 6-8 week push before I start coming down to get peeled. The four compounds I’ve narrowed it down to
Anadrol: 50mg 6 weeks
NPP:210-300mg 6 weeks
Trestolone Acetate: 175-250mg 4-6 weeks.
Superdrol:20mg 4 weeks
leaning toward anadrol, but open to suggestions, even if it’s not one of the four I mentioned.
I know I could up the primo but I plan on really pushing the primo high coming into the show, and for he majority of the prep.

Having never used it, I would consider NPP as your number 1 candidate for this final 6-8wk offseason push. Reasoning: you have been using tbol and another 6+ weeks of a stronger oral won’t be optimal for hunger (I have used a lot of orals for years). Off-season is a time to grow. Plus, it will give your lipid profile a break compared to the orals - and you will definitely be taking a lipid hit when the Masteron gets turned up and the finisher orals for contest get added in. I also recommend NPP because it’s inferior to Trest for growth - you are just getting going. Use the weaker compounds to make good progress now so you have stronger ones to employ later on when you are indeed tangling with the big boys!

Ok guys I am back. The deloading phase is over, and now I can get back to the heavy weights, and the fun tuff.
For now I am dropping the Tbol, great compound but this experiment is about learning what I can do with primo so for now just test and primo.
25mg test prop ED
50mg primo ace ED
ill work the test up to 300, and the primo up to 700, all in good time.
Today is ledgy. Today is the day I hunt down my hack squat PR. Will be back for updates.
