Summary:

What up everyone? I have been interested in Trest/MENT for quite some time. In the past, I have run Test/Primo and Test/Mast cycles with orals mixed in at moderate dosages. I feel I am at a good BF percentage to take full advantage of this compound, and I now have the knowledge to try to mitigate the possible Trest side effects.

My goals are to add a little more size before summer, and perhaps lean out a bit more. I have been tracking my calories for the better part of a year, so I am well versed at manipulating macros for my current goal. I am going to use this log to track my progress, and document my experience with Trest (since this will be the only NEW compound for me). I will log some workouts, and just overall how I feel pretty regularly.

The cycle is planned, tentatively, for 12 weeks. I will get bloodwork, and post pics throughout.

But, why are you skipping Saturday and Sunday on the Trest (2 days in a row)?

Thanks for the tag as well bro..I always get a little skeptical when I read I track my calories and I'm well versed I'm diet but you obviously have been on it this past year for sure. I'm not too interested in trest but I'm definitely in on this journey with you. It's always way more fun to follow a log with someone who knows wtf they're doing and also is still open to suggestions.

Perhaps, I'll go ~20/ED for 140mg per week....

BTW the cycle looks pretty good to me. I'm currently running Mast e / but with tren ace ( not trest) and I'm absolutely loving it

I realize I forgot to mention....I am on TRT and 200mg is my TRT dose. I'm keeping it low on this cycle due to Trest aromatization.

I'm not opposed to upping the Trest along the way...i just keep hearing how strong it is...so we shall see.

Thanks for the tag… in on this. As lean as you are and already having your diet in order this should be a very productive cycle. I love Test, Mast, and Trest together. The synergy between those three works great together, and should lead to some nice lean gains.

I also wondered about taking the weekend off from trest after injecting 5 days in a row. As far as nac and arthritis, I take nac daily for years. I think I've been on it for the past 4 years now while working construction and boxing and wrestling/grappling. I wouldn't be too worried about arthritis from nac. I just know way too many ppl that use it year round that should all have arthritis by now if that's the case

Yeah, maybe Glutathione injections would be better huh....
There's only one place I see selling Injectable glutathione and it gets shipped warm. Glutathione needs to be refrigerated at all times and kept out of light. I wouldn't touch it if it's shipped warm. It blows my mind how meticulous ppl will be about certain things but not others. Glutathione has a 6 month life and needs to be refrigerated at all times. If a place sells it worm, Whatever there shipping is either not glutathione or its no good by the time it arrives. Unless a research/supplement company knows something the entire medical community doesn't know

Do you think I should be proactive with the AI, or wait to see how I tolerate the Trest? I'm also upping the Masteron so I dont want to crash estrogen.

Also, what is your opinion in running the Nolva throughout? I've seen some OG's do this buring blast...

Just seems like a good idea to me.

I haven’t used them, but SkRaw has used their choline and said it was great. They have choline, carnitine, a couple different blends of the two, ATP, DADA, and lyophilized glutathione.

Jake was just on Mark Bell’s podcast recently, and it was probably worthwhile for you. Gives some examples how a fighter might use his products. He is close friend of Andrew Triana, and they both went out and did podcasts for the Power Project.

Do you think I should be proactive with the AI, or wait to see how I tolerate the Trest? I'm also upping the Masteron so I dont want to crash estrogen.

Also, what is your opinion in running the Nolva throughout? I've seen some OG's do this buring blast...

Just seems like a good idea to me.
I would do a shot or two and see what happens, but I would really be ready to use some ASAP because most will need it.

I’ve used Nolva throughout, and this would be the place to use it if so, but Ralox is a bit healthier. They do increase the risk of blood clots, but since I don’t have other risk factors I just take some extra Nattokinase daily (a cap twice a day instead of my daily 100mg/2,000fu). I know Matt Jansen recommends all his off-season guys use it and let estrogen run higher and that’s how I have used Ralox also sometimes.

I don’t want to speak for him, but I think I’ve heard Mike Arnold talk about going that route as well when size is the prize.

Yeah you honestly look just like my oldest brother with about 35 more lbs of muscle (he’s shorter and not really a lifter, but works out & always keeps his waist tight).

Highly recommend this French toast.
1 cup egg whites
4 pieces wheat bread
Vanilla and cinnamon to taste

As you can , see the macros are great and super feeling/satisfying

I approve this meal! I made it a couple of times. I have been watching some of Remington James recipes, the guy annoys me a little with his antics but some of the Anabolic Recipes look like cheat meals. I feel like a lot of it is just ripping off others ideas but it seems he also has some he works hard to make and improve. Thinking of buying the book to see if I can help my daughter learn to enjoy some healthy variations of tons of their favorite foods! His is 99 but digital copy gets updated with every new recipe and you can just redownload whenever you want so might actually be worth spending to have a list of really enjoyable foods to add to our daily meals. I have a few go to meals but 200-300 more sounds great.

I feel like a lot of it is just ripping off others ideas but it seems he also has some he works hard to make and improve. Thinking of buying the book to see if I can help my daughter learn to enjoy some healthy variations of tons of their favorite foods! Note for the log

I'm going to be taking Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) at around 10-20 grams/day to keep skin clear.

I'll be taking a B Complex Vitamin as well, and tanning on the reg;)

Yeah bro, I love the idea of being full and still be in a deficit or at maintenance. And once you really explore the macros in foods, and experiment with the cooking; it's completely possible.

Feel free to share any recipes you like in here. I'll also post some my go-to meals along the way. I have the Doucette cookbook. I'm trying to get my wife to read it more lol. That way my whole house is on the same page.
I will go out and look at some of my history and add some of his recipes to a Playlist and then pop some of the ones I am really interested in here. I like that he actually gives you everything in grams so it is easy to know you are getting the recipe right on the money too.

750 test e 600 eq 400 mast e 300 tren ace 3ius gh will start clen on Monday and then winny drops in 2 more weeks, this " practice run" ends on June 3rd so that last week I'll carb up with the anadrol I have left from the beginning of the cycle
That is a hell of a cycle....enjoy bro

Highly recommend this French toast.
1 cup egg whites
4 pieces wheat bread
Vanilla and cinnamon to taste

As you can , see the macros are great and super feeling/satisfying
Bro what are you doing to me, food porn!! I'm literally 6 weeks out, I haven't had a piece if bread in over 10, and no added sugar in 4. I would rather eat this than eat 🍑

@Ironpirate Do you mind sharing your experiences with Trest in here? Dosages used, stacked with anything else, ancillary supps needed, etc?

I've never done a log on it I'm very busy with work and to be honest my genetics are just different than most people. I would just suggest doing the smallest amount as possibly per pin ex: 10mg ed vs 20mg eod. It's just such a strong chemical that you probably won't ever need more than 25mg ed especially since you are stacking.

I always tried to take it with winny, epistane, and or test prop. Exemstane at 6.25mg eod right from the beginning and then 12.5mg when the nipples start to tingle and they will tingle I've never used ralox and then nolva for pct. May cause uncontrollable masturbation.

I approve this meal! I made it a couple of times. I have been watching some of Remington James recipes, the guy annoys me a little with his antics but some of the Anabolic Recipes look like cheat meals. I feel like a lot of it is just ripping off others ideas but it seems he also has some he works hard to make and improve. Thinking of buying the book to see if I can help my daughter learn to enjoy some healthy variations of tons of their favorite foods! His is 99 but digital copy gets updated with every new recipe and you can just redownload whenever you want so might actually be worth spending to have a list of really enjoyable foods to add to our daily meals. I have a few go to meals but 200-300 more sounds great.
I take care of my older roommate/friend now, as his health has gone downhill over the past 1 1/2 years.
I sometimes struggle to find meals that really interest him that are healthy. Maybe I'll put RJ's channel on the TV, and let him pick a few!

I make the same thing, I just don't use wheat because I feel like brown breads and rices give .e some digestive issues. It's fukin delicious I actually shake a scoop of vinalla protein powder into the egg whites instead of vanilla extract and I add the cinnamon at the end

Yeah man a while back, it basically Doubled in price!
Be sure to keep an eye out for sales (and ask around).

@Renew1 I think that would be a fabulous idea. It is exactly what I intend to do with my kiddo. Aks if any of them interest them and then give them a shot. He does a lot of fat free cheese in a lot of the recipes, so I would want to add in more leucine content to the diet for sure but those look excellent and have great macros. I do wish he used a little more vegetation but I think just adding it in, or on the side will suffice for sure.

It is brutal, I eat a mixed macro diet so I don't even bother with isolate any more and go with a good 80%WPC product instead. No reason for isolate if you are not avoiding carbs or have milk sensitivities.

don't know of any good protein sales at the moment.
Apex-Alchemy has a BOGO FREE Sale going, but sadly, we don't offer protein (I wish we did).

I always check eBay, just in case ....

I was going to ask the same thing. I'm the only income with two kids and a fat mortgage. Ill take any deal i can get..
