Epi had me feeling great, i just wanted to keep going...

dinner last night was good I had decided I would cheat but I was able to keep my meal very clean I had grilled tuna with asparagus and a tomato mozzarella salad. I did have a few bites of stacys cheese cake :D

so on an Epi note, def feeling something. got sick pumps in my arms while smashing last night and libido was nuts! smashed 3 times for a while too it wasnt like they were 20 min nuts, and still woke up with some rageing wood, so I smashed again shorty fell over after she got up to go to the bathroom hahaha

Took a early spin class this AM. Just got home eate some food took my usual Supps and dosed 30mg epi, will lay down for about a hour and then I'll go hit chest before school.

well, i dont think its in full effect but i def feel something is weird to describr but endurance is up, and so its libido, xpt nuts are starting to get a little hard will prob start hcg at the end of next. still popping t3 ramped down to 75mcgs
 
A lot of ppl say this bridge will be supper supresive, so just as a precaution I'd like to keep my nuts full and big. Last thing I want is a shorty to go down to lick on some golf balls and get some grapes instead...
 
Am cardio, 40 mins on stepmaster. So I think I'm getting a little dry again left elbow is been acting up a lot lately and my right wrist also. Im gonna try and up my water intake.

I set up some sparring sessions at my old mma gym tomorrow after school, figured better there than at work or school you know? hope i still got it I havent moved at the weight im at in a while but my cardio is been top notch lately, im also looking forward to rolling a bit i havent done jitz in a while.

No am cardio today, felt lethargic as Fu k for no reason.

Over all a great workout for me, not my usual volume but the weight was nice pumps were some of the best I've ever had I was shampooing my head after lifting and my Lats started pumping just felt crazy. Im thinking epi is the stronged oral I've ever done. Which makes me super excited to know that I still haven had SD, Dbol, or tren and I still haven't pinned. Today I can see how how one can really get addicted, I know I'm just rambling now but I'm still excited about my Deadlift it wasn't the prettiest by any means my legs shook like crazy and I really thought I was gonna loose it getting it from my knees up to my hips but I got it up and brought it down in a controlled fashion. Got a sick head rush after it was ****ing good.
