Day 10

Cardio/Abs ( to tired to do abs)

Pre workout: 1 scoop of ASGT decided to mix it with fruit punch juice, dunno if it was a good idea haha I felt like puking after getting done with the track. 1 Alpha-T2

Ran 1 mile pretty quick for me 6:35

Then ran 10 40's @ 100%

Post Workout:20 g Whey

alright cool dude. i just turned 18 recently but been workin out for about 9 months 5 days a week pretty hard. i'm about 5'11 weigh about 180, wanting to cut down and get the abs goin. i research and research diets and s*** but EVERYthing tells you somthing different. haha its getting exhausting
 
My Daily Diet

Alright this is pretty much my diet almost every day.

7:00AM 2 Alphas

7:30 20g Whey

8:00 3 eggs, 2 pieces of toast

10:00 Some type of fruit like a orange, pear or apple

12:00 20g Whey Turkey Sandwich or tuna.

1:00 1 Alpha, 5g Creatine, 1 Scoop ASGT

2:00 Usually post workout stuff 40g Whey and, 5g Creatine

4:00 Vegetables like a carrot or v8 juice

6:00 Tuna

Ok its about 190g protein, 50g fat, 90 carbs
 
If anyone has any suggestions on something I should add to my diet that'd be sweeet :)

Also have you calculated the aproximate total calories? I would also calculate your BMR so you have an idea of what your ideal maitenance calories are.

I just calculated my BMR and its 1920.9, Im going to calculate the total calories I'm taking in a bit

Extreme Fat Loss:
1687 Calories/day

Yea from my experience these are rough estimates, because working out 4 days a week is different to the general public then to people lifting heavy, but its a good starting point to play with and see how you like the results.

6PM-7AM is a lot of time with no food, is that what you want though?

I've got a log going with A-T2 as well, I've also just started using a strict diet and lifting heavy so I'm expecting some good results, good luck man, Sub'd to see how it does with someone with more experience. :drive:

Thats still another 11 hours of nothing, but hey if it's working and you can control your hunger then props! I get starving around 10pm, throw back some cottage cheese and maybe a piece of fruit.

It doesn't bother me to much, although in the morning I;m a little hungry but nothing to serious.

If you are hitting PRs and staying lean on your diet, I can only imagine the awesomeness of a slight increase in cals.

Hey if it is not too much, could you post your feelings on the supp in regards to before as compared to now. Basically your mood in the gym, your workout intensity etc, how it has changed since on the supps.

2 Week review of Alpha-T2 and ASGT​

ASGT: I really like this pre workout supplement. The taste is really really good, I mix it with fruit punch juice. It doesn't give me to much energy but it does give me focused energy when I need to use it on a lift. As far as endurance is going I'm able to last a little longer during the workouts then when I was taking other Pre's.

Alpha-T2: So far I havent lost any weight and I have actually gained 2 pounds lol. But I think I am leaning out slowly. This product makes me pretty tired during the day though, so i sleep really good during the night which I like.

I'm liking both products and cant wait to finish these so I can see my results.:fest30:
