Is ASGT giving you any pump at all? For the next few weeks I want that hard pump like my arms will explode and was thinking about purchasing ASGT for that.
 
I dont notice to much of a pump, I did arms today also,(gonna update my log in a bit) and just had some minor pumpage although it is cold out, that might have something to do with it dunno.
But ya give ASGT a shot its cheap as hell and its pretty damn good.

Ya I have been doing 3 a day also but I didnt do the first week at only 2, Did the first day at 2 then went to 3 a day. I'd say I got like 2 weeks worth left but still haha
