I've been using cell-tech, but I am curious what everyone else uses. Is there a better option out there, something I haven't heard of yet? TIA

just use the good reliable monohydrate with some sugars
i like the loading phase idea, i know there are mixed opinions just my
.02

Been using Neovar now for a bit over 2 weeks, definitely the best creatine product I've used so far. No bloat at all, looking really lean still when I look in the mirror. The repartitioning effects are also an added bonus. It's also pretty damn cheap.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your posts guys! I have heard that Creatine supplements are athletic aids used to increase high-intensity athletic performance.

Gaspari Nutrition's Size On creatine supplement is something special, ive been just using monohydrate by body-tech, vitamin shoppe's storebrand is in expensive but if you wanna gain some good lean mass take 30 day periods of Size On.

I use bulk CEE from Nutra Planet....it taste bad if in water, put it in juice and its good....

I totally agree... SizeOn is definitely something else.

Just to throw in my .02, monohydrate is probably going to be your best bet for cost as it gives pretty consistent results. I just picked up some Dicreatine Malate yesterday so i'm interested to see how that works.

Jack3d. It has the "one and only" in it, Creatine Monohydrate:) And you don't need a loading phase with Creatine mono., despite whatever you hear.

these days you probably get enough creatine in weight gainers, pre workout etc. but if u want to take a seperate creatine try

concret or nx labs anavol hardcore.

Try Sizeon pills. It's glycerol based. Correct me if I'm wrong... Glycerol is a type of carbohydrate and that helps to transport the creatine to where it's needed.

And what makes you think that the Creatine gave you a headache? You have bad experiences with Creatine? I would have that it was from Y-RD, but...

Sorry didn't see your initial post about Jack3d.

Usually if I don't up my water intake to 1.5 gallons from 1 gallon when taking creatine I get headaches.

Jacked doesnt have enough creatine in it to make much difference....its a GREAT product ive gone through 4 tubs of it, but its a preworkout, and the creatine levels are not enough if its ur only intake and ur into creatine.....I mix Jacked with a teaspoon of creatine preworkout, and then post workout i just take another teaspoon of creatine

I have a post on here somewhere where I asked them how much creatine is in Jack3d and they said 5g per 3 scoops. That's plenty for me.

I'd say the top few are Anadraulic State (more than just creatine though), cre-02 or Neovar Recomped.

^^^Bolded.

Hi,

Thanks for sharing your posts guys! I have heard that Creatine supplements are athletic aids used to increase high-intensity athletic performance.

Creatine can help with anaerobic/intermittent high-intensity performance because it helps replenish stores of creatine phosphate, which the short-term energy system during such exercise is primarily dependent upon (McArdle, Katch & Katch, 2007).

yeah but you want creatine after u lift too...not just during or before get bulk powder its like 4 bucks....

Plenty of great suggestions. I've always stuck with the KISS principle for creatine, and just buy the bulk micronized creatine mono for Invalid Link Removed. Take 5g pre and post-WO with carbs, and you're golden.

Several other good options out there mentioned. Clout, Neovar, GreenMag. Many PreWo supps include creatine, and Jack3d was mentioned.

i used to use 5g before and after but I don't see a need anymore. My diet is in check and I get plenty of creatine form the top sirloin I eat.

Hi,

I have heard that Creatine does more than provide your cells with ample amounts of creatine phosphate. There have been studies performed that suggest creatine has the ability to raise Growth Hormone levels in the body.

Plain old creatine monohydrate with carbohydrates, simple but proven to work.

I believe what you're referring to is the creatine improving the hydration status and therefore maintaining the volume of the cell, much in the same way that glycerol can, this is shown to promote anabolism (Haussinger and Lang, 1993).

From what I've read IGF I and GH (plasma) are not improved further by creatine supplementation (Volek et al. 2004), however, skeletal muscle intracellular IGF I mRNA expression does increase though with supplementation (Louis et al. 2003). I suppose the effect of creatine on GH/IGF I is open to debate, anyone got any extra studies?
