I've been using cell-tech, but I am curious what everyone else uses. Is there a better option out there, something I haven't heard of yet? TIA
Green MAGnitude / Green BULGE
Ragnarok
Neovar

Gaspari Nutrition's Size On creatine supplement is something special, ive been just using monohydrate by body-tech, vitamin shoppe's storebrand is in expensive but if you wanna gain some good lean mass take 30 day periods of Size On.
What about Jack3d?
It's great.
What exactly are you asking here? Hopefully I answered your question. lol
And what makes you think that the Creatine gave you a headache? You have bad experiences with Creatine? I would have that it was from Y-RD, but...
Jacked doesnt have enough creatine in it to make much difference....its a GREAT product ive gone through 4 tubs of it, but its a preworkout, and the creatine levels are not enough if its ur only intake and ur into creatine.....I mix Jacked with a teaspoon of creatine preworkout, and then post workout i just take another teaspoon of creatine
I'd say the top few are Anadraulic State (more than just creatine though), cre-02 or Neovar Recomped.
Hi,
Thanks for sharing your posts guys! I have heard that Creatine supplements are athletic aids used to increase high-intensity athletic performance.
I have a post on here somewhere where I asked them how much creatine is in Jack3d and they said 5g per 3 scoops. That's plenty for me.
yeah but you want creatine after u lift too...not just during or before get bulk powder its like 4 bucks....
Bulk Creatine Monohydrate.
Plenty of great suggestions. I've always stuck with the KISS principle for creatine, and just buy the bulk micronized creatine mono for Invalid Link Removed. Take 5g pre and post-WO with carbs, and you're golden.
Hi,
I have heard that Creatine does more than provide your cells with ample amounts of creatine phosphate. There have been studies performed that suggest creatine has the ability to raise Growth Hormone levels in the body.
