Badass on the PR man! I think the only difference taking cre way before workouts is the cordy. Ive had a few workouts about 6 hours apart from my dose and still had a great workout! Keep up the hard work man! Glad to see your stronger and stronger each session!
have you also noticed you fatigue easier on the lighter weights than the heavier?

Personal Commentary: Pretty surprising workout, wasn't in the mood for it when i stepped into the gym, but when starting with seated row I achieved the same number I did when I was on a Epi cycle! Crazy! All this with no spot, no enthusiasm and no encouragement! Biceps went well as well, got a PR on DB curls and then did a massive drop set and managed to make my biceps both cramp! That creatine really hits the spot! Bicep pump was huge! Strength was really going up! Need another bottle![]()

Personal Commentary:didn't really want to take another rest day today, but I have a HUGE interview tomorrow with a panel of 4 people, so I can't be lethargic and limping around with sore legs. Also I have to put a lot of prep in for the interview. So after the interview I will treat my body to some pain tomorrow and try keep the stress to a minimum today...
Side Note: Wit the combination of Slin and AP I simply cannot put on fat... amazing really, Leanest I have been in 4 years. I really need to pump my protein and ensure I don't loose to much weight! But I'm looking bigger, but weighing less, so that's fine by me... numbers on the scale are only for the ego anyway.

Yup, should be some more PR's tomorrow for shoulders that's for sure! I'm going to give it hell, don't know how long I have left on the cre-02 but I know it isn't longIt's kind of disappointing due to the fact I'm really seeing best results in week 3, meaning maybe a 4-6week run is ideal.

Personal Commentary: Good workout, strength was good, super setted everything, so wasn't really a strength day but more of a endurance pump day. Pump in the delts was insane, I look and feel full. did some incline chest just for fun, that was damn hard. Abs at the end was great too, I'm so tired but body is looking damn good. Still leaning out.

It seems that there is a trend with this CRE-02. The initial and bizarre strength gains that come within the first dose or two are followed by steady increases in strength, endurance, stamina, and a leaning effect. Of course, I'm basing this off of a few of the testers and those people (including myself) are very... how you say... 'SELF-AWARE'.
Yeah I would tend to agree on those observations. the endurance came first for me, and pumps and now the strength gains are increasing like mad. Reminds me of being on cycle. Yeah some of the logs with those that are 'self aware' are extremely valuable. some not so much....
Boxmeman ran good logs. Of course, he'd warm up with a half-marathon, then a swim equadistant to the English Channel, and then set a new PR on the bench press... Taking a rest day rather than tomorrow as I have an essay to finish and had in, so working on that today and will do back and biceps as planned tomorrow. Chest is a little sore from yesterday, but triceps are totally fine.
