Badass on the PR man! I think the only difference taking cre way before workouts is the cordy. Ive had a few workouts about 6 hours apart from my dose and still had a great workout! Keep up the hard work man! Glad to see your stronger and stronger each session!

Hey thanks for the support man. Yeah love rugby.. always have.. guess that's what you get for being South African. At school I played Blind side flank and then moved into the locking position for the rest of my days.. but alas I stopped growing taller so these days I really have to play in the backs e.g wing. I'm a bit light to play centre and I dont have the kicking game for 1st 5.

Yeah I noticed that as well, endurance was still great, like I could do the same weight (heavy) time and time again, set after set. Almost annoying sometimes... haha.
 
have you also noticed you fatigue easier on the lighter weights than the heavier?

Personal Commentary:I don't usually take a rest day now, but i worked out quite late last night and was up late last night so decided to get a good long sleep and take it easy today and then do the next two days in a row.

Personal Commentary: Pretty surprising workout, wasn't in the mood for it when i stepped into the gym, but when starting with seated row I achieved the same number I did when I was on a Epi cycle! Crazy! All this with no spot, no enthusiasm and no encouragement! Biceps went well as well, got a PR on DB curls and then did a massive drop set and managed to make my biceps both cramp! That creatine really hits the spot! Bicep pump was huge! Strength was really going up! Need another bottle :P

Thanks for all the support guys, yeah loving the PR's. On this stuff you sort of have to remind yourself to try a heavier weight, and then when you do you are almost surprised how easy it goes up. Remind me a lot of my epi cycle. Cramping in my biceps was new to me, but the pump was insane! Seems like 90-120 minutes cre-02 pre workout is the sweet spot for me.

Personal Commentary:didn't really want to take another rest day today, but I have a HUGE interview tomorrow with a panel of 4 people, so I can't be lethargic and limping around with sore legs. Also I have to put a lot of prep in for the interview. So after the interview I will treat my body to some pain tomorrow and try keep the stress to a minimum today...

Side Note: Wit the combination of Slin and AP I simply cannot put on fat... amazing really, Leanest I have been in 4 years. I really need to pump my protein and ensure I don't loose to much weight! But I'm looking bigger, but weighing less, so that's fine by me... numbers on the scale are only for the ego anyway.

Personal Commentary:Amazing workout, maybe the best in terms of strength increases. I had an extremely stressful interview today before a panel of 4 people, and as you know it's hard to work out after that... but damn what a workout. Hit two new PR's, one of leg press and another on leg extension. Was so happy about this, and the strange thing was it came so effortlessly. Just put on more weight and did it, so put more on, and did it again.

Will go in again tomorrow and thrash my delts while my training is going this well.

Thanks my man! Took 4 Slin's today! Made me hungry as hell! Might be what's aiding my fat loss as well. At the moments I'm pretty damn ripped! Just waiting on the bottom two abs to appear :P

Hunger is definately a plus on this stuff. My training partner raves about how hungry it makes him, he loves it! I have also noticed more room in the stomach and also less fat gain whilst eating like crapola then what i would normaly gain. Ive eaten pretty high carb too which for me isnt really normal but i cant help but eat high carb on slin! :thumbsup:

Yup, should be some more PR's tomorrow for shoulders that's for sure! I'm going to give it hell, don't know how long I have left on the cre-02 but I know it isn't long :( It's kind of disappointing due to the fact I'm really seeing best results in week 3, meaning maybe a 4-6week run is ideal.

I am going to be running it 90 days on/30 days off. It is sad that you're almost through though :(

The initial and bizarre strength gains that come within the first dose or two are followed by steady increases in strength, endurance, stamina, and a leaning effect. Of course, I'm basing this off of a few of the testers and those people (including myself) are very... how you say... 'SELF-AWARE'.

Boxmeman ran good logs. Of course, he'd warm up with a half-marathon, then a swim equadistant to the English Channel, and then set a new PR on the bench press... And then go tanning with his sponsored bottle of Atomic Meltdown and pick up a new chic at the tanning salon each visit.

went out last night so only got in late and thus woke up really late, so didn't take the Slin as didn't have breakfast... annoys me but oh well. Making up for my meals now though... Glutes and calves are damn sore from Friday, which is good, as my calves need all the growth they can get. Tomorrow will be chest and triceps so looking forward to my last Cre-02 chest and triceps day.

Personal Commentary:Great chest workout, felt strong as hell, bext chest workout on this cre-02, pumps are getting insane, and simply look full all the time, even after 1-2 sets. Hit a new PR on the Flat Bench DB's. Which was awesome. Also triceps were great, strength was there, and endurance was insane. Really happy with this supplement now.

Just the bottle I was sent, if you read the start of the log, I started this log a week early, without using cre-02, so even though I'm day 29 of the log, it's really about day 22 of using cre-02 ;)

Well I might just have to really, so far it has surpassed expectations. I have half a bottle of the new Neovar I have to finish first, so might finish that first, then I have a h-drol log to run in 10days... so might use Cre-02 as some sort of help during PCT.

Side note: Been feeling tired and lethargic all day... feel like I have picked up a cold... that night drinking sharing a bottle or two is the reason I'm guessing, it's nothing REALLY bad but I'm 70% none the less, will take a day off tomorrow again and hopefully it passes really quick.
