Yes, but it has to be inserted ass to mouth, so if you don't have one, you'll have to get someone to insert it for you, as hand administration ruins the effectiveness.

I know that in the studies have their subjects take 2.5g daily, but TMG is not like creatine and beta alanine so it doesn't have to be taken daily right? Just preworkout and postworkout?
Take your full dose pre-workout, and yes take daily.
Well I only lift 3 times per week (Texas Method), do I just take 2.5g with a meal on my off-days?

I get in roughly what I guess is 4-5 grams preworkout. If I use Condense, that's an easy 7 grams or so. Haven't had any GI issues personally. (Plazma has 1-2 grams of betaine, it's part of a 6+ gram blend with citrulline malate, Condense has 5 grams with the 2 scoops I use, if I don't use condense, I take 3 tablets of VS TMG which is 3 grams).I know when I take it all preworkout, my a** explodes during my sets at the gym. I'll be taking with meals for now on too.

Same here. I use it on HIIT days only. The idea
is that since HIIT is what I do for some fat burning goodness, might as well maximize it. I train first thing in the morning, so on HIIT days, I just get in 1 tablespoon of MCT, 2 tablespoon of P28 for some protein, a small handful of nuts (like half ounce) just so there is something solid for my stomach to digest to prevent GI distress from the MCT. Idea here is to program my body to prefer fats for fuel for the day.
How has that been treating you? I originally bought the mct for cardio I just never used it

Couldn't agree more. The whole point of HIIT and cardio is to burn calories. Taking 200 cals of fat and PB2 prior to cardio just means that you have to burn 200 more calories on the treadmill? 1 step forward, 2 steps backagreedlots of bastardization on the idea of using mct's....you want to maximize your fat-burning cardio? then simply stick with some BCAA upon rising, and follow with some fasted cardiono need for anything else, or trying to get all fancy..
I don't think you guys understood why I do that. From what I understand, what you have for your first meal of the day sets your body up to preference either fats of carbs as an energy source for the rest of the day.
